Lance was amazing!!!! He listened to my needs and recommended a phone that was good for me. He was very knowledgeable ( as were all the team members that were there when I went in). He got me a great deal for my new upgraded phone. Then I went back with some billing issues and he took care of them as well. He made me feel comfortable as did all the employees who were there with him ( my apologies for forgetting their names).They were friendly, outgoing and very knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend them to anyone I know who needs a phone or wants to change carriers. Thank you Lance (and crew!)!!!! You are the bees 🐝 knees!!!!

Do not go to this store. They do not inform you of all the details and charges. They hype promotional deals up as if they are the best just for you to get your bill months later and have added monthly charges. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION.. rather don’t go to Isaac M. who helped me and gassed the “promotional” deal to me.. I would have been fine with the price either way but it’s wrong for people to sell something as a deal and once everything is said and done it’s not even a deal rather a scam.

I transferred my family members to my sprint plan today which consisted of 4 new phones and all their numbers ported over to the new plan. Andrew was SO SO helpful, professional, and knowledgeable. He was patient with my family and I which meant a lot. I have always had good experiences at this store and I will definitely go back.

Stores Manager/ District Manager Taylor, made me very Happy by solving my most troubling and deepest pain with my sprint phone service. She resolved my issues and very patiently took the time and listened to my problems and she resolved them all. I am very pleased with Sprints customer service.

Awful experience. I will never go back. I got a new phone activated, and so far I’ve had nothing but issues. The rep seemed to be anything but knowledgeable about what was going on.

John was very helpful! From the get go he was on top of everything and made some of our doubts of sprint go away. Him and the other associate in the store also had great customer service. All in all, the experience we had was fantastic!

Well i USED to have sprint, we dont anymore, this store isnt the best, but its not the worst, ive seen the worst store before.

Tajiana helped me figure out the best way to get my bill cheaper, and she got me a free phone for my kid!

These guys that work here are the biggest liars on the planet. They switched my plan after I left. Which began my horrible service afterwards trying to fix this issue which has gone on for now 3 months. These guys will do whatever it takes to get commission for their store.

Nice staff always ready to help,they let me charge my phone while I was paying my bill and they actually talked to me about what I could do to save my family money on our bill
