I had come to this location in late July needing to have my brake pads and rotors replaced on my front wheels. I didn’t know which brakes the grinding was coming from, and so asked for them all to be checked. Repairs were made, and I wouldn’t have to worry about it for a while.Or so I thought...I brought my truck in again today after I started hearing the same grinding that I thought had been addressed on my last visit. Come to find out, it was the BACK wheels this time. The brake pads that I was told were fine weren’t fine, and the rotors had become damaged and now had to be replaced.Long story short, a month and a half after I’d received a brake service, I had to hemorrhage almost $500 to fix a problem that could have been prevented entirely if that brake service had been done properly. I’m in the process of trying to contact some form of management, but as it stands now, I think they’ve lost me as a customer.

I came for an oil change and I had a valid coupon specific for this location. When presented with the coupon they kept making up rules to prevent me from using the it. For example: I had to print it out (The coupon or the site did not specify this requirement). When I asked to email it to them for them to print out they said “ our email is not hooked up to our printer” which does not make sense if their computer is hooked up to print.I asked to speak to upper management and they did not come speak to me.I am very upset that they blatantly lied to me to scan an extra $7 from a student who makes $0. I will be warning my friends not to come here.

I always get my oil changed here! They dont try to sell me unnecessary add on and I appreciate that! They thoroughly explain any necessary things that need to be done and why. They are trust worthy!

The place was busy, different things for different vehicles, I came in and walked inside and then was quickly greeted by one of the gentlemen who came inside right behind me and asked if I had been helped yet, he then proceeded to ask what I needed performed on my truck. He quickly pulled.my vehicle into a spot and I got the Mobil 1 synthetic oil, and he came in and showed me my air filter, and 20 minutes I was done. Very thorough job and will be back again. I was experiencing car trouble 5 hours away from home. I called Kwik Kar and Tyson answered the phone right away and answered my question, he was polite and courteous. Dont remember the man name who fixed my brakes but he was an Angel sent. He was honest and polite as well. The lady at the counter was knowledgeable and nice also. This was the best experience ever. I called Firestone at first and their customer service was not good at all. But very comforting when I called Kwik Kar they made me feel welcomed and I knew immediately where I was taking my vehicle . Thank you all!

Great place with a very friendly staff. They walked me through the “mechanics” of all the tune ups that my car needed, and then helped me prioritize what needed to get done. The manager Marty was eager to help and Peyton explained what was going on with my car. Will definitely go back!

Very professional, and very nice too

I went in around 9 AM for an oil change and inspection on a Friday. Payton was the first tech who took my keys and got my truck in immediately. Marty was who performed the oil change and inspection. Both techs were friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. While I was there a rush came through and these technicians still kept a smile while working hard in the heat with the chaos of cars that came in. I’ve always had a good experience at this location, but this one particularly was exceptional!

Pulled up and they got me in right away for a vehicle inspection and it went FAST! Thank you! Then as we were getting ready to go, my children spilled 20+ ounces of soda all over the floor(!!!) The folks at Kwik Kar were so kind and helpful. I’ve gotten my oil changed there before but today I was worried about my truck after all this high water so they checked my vehicle for water damage, pointed out a leak in my power steering and helped me figure out how to get my janky hood to stay closed, all for free! They are so lovely, I will definitely be taking my truck back. Thanks Payton!

Super fast

I would give this place negative 5 stars as they completely ripped me off. I paid them $180 for a tune up. One day later my car would not accelerate. I hired a private mechanic and he told me that they never changed my spark plugs as they were still the old ones made in Japan!! That those spark plugs arent even sold in the States. And on top of that they just broke off the coils that go on top of the spark plugs and replaced only one with THE WRONG PART and didnt even bother to replace the other ones that they broke off and just left them dangling unconnected. So on top of giving these crooks $180 I had to pay another mechanic to get everything corrected. Please do not ever take your car here for issues to your car. I have the old plugs they never changed in my car that the mechanic gave as proof!! I will be pursuing this.

While I was waiting for an inspection, a woman was at the counter talking with a tech about her charges. She said she hadnt approved the work done on her car and asked for the Regional Managers phone number. The techs answer was a surly NO. You can wait for him to return. Ive already been here for 2 hours said the woman, isnt my time valuable as well? The manager only uses his phone for business, replied the tech. This is business. Id like to speak with him about my car. The tech continued refusing to give out the managers number, so the woman paid and left.This exchange greatly concerned me, as Ive never seen an unhappy customer denied a managers contact information. And from other parts of the conversation I heard, I dont believe the woman was consulted about the total charge before the work was done on her car. I asked for my keys and left to find another service station. I dont want to find myself in a similar situation, so I will not be going back to Kwik Kar Lube & Tune.

I went to this place twice for a state inspection and was turned away both times. I understand the first time a year ago because they were slammed, but today I showed up an hour after they opened and the kid behind the counter said he was on break. I intentionally went early so they wouldnt be busy. Feels like they dislike doing inspections.I gave them two stars because the first visit I was at least referred to another location, which turned out to be not busy at all and was quick.

Replacing brake be line on 03 Sedona at home. Discovered old line had bubble flare one end & Inverted flare at other end. Called Kwik Kar Broadway.. they brought top tech (Chris? Asian persuasion, cool, calm, relaxed, AND interested/concerned with problem/ challenge!) to phone. After I briefly explained, he said Bring it in.Got there with brake line in hand. They were BUSY.. but after only a few minutes in very comfortable waiting area, Mr Top Tech came in & said Brake line?I asked if it was ok for me to watch how proceedure was done.. he said sure but itll cost you $100 to watchIll try to wrap this up even at the expense of leaving out the professional courtesy & genuine friendliness I experienced among ALL the Techs around.Top Tech spent 15 minutes on my delima durring a very busy day. I pulled out some cash while asking how much I owed for the excellent work.. Top Tech put his hand over mine & said.. Mr Dub, keep the money & lets get your vehicle on the road.. bring it in for tune-up & a good examination.Bottom line: Ill be back... I called earlier to get a service record for a pending goodwill repair for an engine problem. Not only am I thousands of miles away, but my call was right at closing. Samuel Jackson was PHENOMENAL with his customer service and helping me get what I needed to make my case. I could not ask for more!

I called to see how much it was to simply change the oil in my truck, I provide the 13 quarts of oil and the racing filter. All they had to do is 5 minutes worth of work and this arrogant manager told me $85.00. Wal-Mart and most other places charge $25.00 for a quick dump and fill. This is what happens when you put Kids in charge of your business.

One of the most unprofessional place I have ever been to. They took forever for an oil change. They dragged dirt on the passenger side mat. One of the mechanics straight up cussed in front of me. Then they did not know how to accept coupons from their own website. Overall it was a very frustrating experience. Save yourself the hassle and go somewhere else.

Quick professional

I went in for an oil change. The worker showed me my cabin filter, and I said that I would replace it myself. Upon getting home, my glovebox popped open. The worker did not put the glovebox back in its proper place. Though it took me only a minute to reattach the glovebox, it was unprofessional.

The individuals who work here managed to strip out the threading of my oil pan. I had to replace my entire oil pan on my Brand New Vehicle because of the careless work. After the incident I was contacted by the manager and offered compensation for the damages. Ive been here a few times and have had a pretty satisfactory experience.

I have been there twice for oil change. The first time was ok, although someone went in a gym bag looking for money. The bag looked like a purse. Yesterday, they did not close the hood of my truck good. I drove on highway and noticed it. Exited off and closed it shut. This was not acceptable. I could have had a bad accident and they would have been liable. On Dodge Nitro, you have to close the hood latch under the dash, in order to close the hood on the truck. I did call the Manager.

$60+ for a oil change! Be sure to make your deal in advance. They worked me over.

This is the third time Ive been here for an oil change. The others I had a groupon for and I wish they still had that groupon. Anyway I came in today for another oil change and they were nice enough to give me the ladies Tuesday discount on a Sunday because I wasnt able to come in on Tuesday. The service was quick and friendly too. Definitely appreciate them.

Used them for the last 3 oil change and my inspections . Love them not once have they tryed the you need this BS It has all been straight from the get go . I drive a F350 with 289k miles .. nope havent heard you need this for the miles . Jason and Samuel are the only ones that touch my truck . (Ok so Im picky ) . Overall I feel many other shops could take lessons from this one . So what else to say they keep my big truck running . From bumper to bumper . ☺☺☺☺

Went here because of a friend . 100% cool guys . Took them in the break pads to change out . Was informed that its $95 per front and $95 for back . Got it done super fast . This is an Awesome shop .

We took a car in to have the belts changed - they charged us for two belts & only changed one. When we questioned them about it, they put the car back on the lift, changed the second belt, and denied not replacing it the first time. The owner produced a second belt (with part numbers & brand names still on it - these wear off of used belts) & claimed it was the belt they removed from our car.

I have been coming here for years getting my oil change and other minor automotive repair..excellent service.

So I call as Im getting into my car to inquire about inspection wait times and Im informed there is zero wait time. So not even 4 minutes later I pull up to the inspection slot. Literally as I pull in a man comes out and yells Im going on lunch!. Another man approaches me and informs me that its now an hour wait. Lol okay.. so I go 3 blocks down to the tire shop where it gets done in 5 minutes. Thanks for nothing kwick kar lube and tune.

The last time ive been here i got the worst service ever I ve been caming here for oil and filters change and they charged me resonable price but this time the rules have changed the charged me a lot nevere gonna come back!!!they need to take care of the custumer not push them away from them

This was definitely the most unpleasant experience I’ve ever had getting an oil change. I had purchased a $19 Groupon for a full semi synthetic oil change for my girlfriend. When she went and tried using the Groupon, they tried telling her it was only good for $19 off an oil change. Why on earth would I pay $19 for a glorified coupon that only gave me $19 off an oil change? Clearly they arent too big on logic here. Both the manager and owner were clueless about the groupon they had arranged. If you don’t know what you’re getting yourself into, don’t freaking advertise on groupon. This also isn’t this first unpleasant experience Ive had at this place, this time just took the cake. You couldnt pay me to get an oil change here again. I will tell everyone I know to avoid this place.

Most expensive oil change on the island. Awful employees. 40 yr old wanna be thugs probably fresh out of jail.. low class trashWent in for basic oil change on old car. Everyone had a thuggish attitude, too cool to communicate with the customer.. Ended up paying 50 bucks for an oil change i could have got for 28 across the street. The cheapest oil change option is a package that included a vacuuming of the car (which was not done), also a check of washer fluid, brake fluids (which was not done)... I asked the jerk employee to give me an idea of how much old oil was emptied (keepin an eye on a leak), and even though he acknowledged what i said with a roll of his eyes and a hesitant nod, he did not actually do it.. When I asked after if he checked.. he just said .... Naah without even lookin up from his phone
