I having been trusting my vehicles to this business since I moved to the island and I have to say they are by far one of the best in regards to their knowledge, turnaround time, and customer service. This business is a blessing to those who need advice on the status of their vehicles and are straightforward to what needs to be fixed with no attempt at an upsell. Best place I’ve ever brought a vehicle in for work! We were stranded in Galveston on vacation, and everybody at G&M helped out to make sure they could get us back on the road with our children as soon as possible! Great prices also, and a great family atmosphere.

Please avoid! These scam artists actually admitted to over charging hundreds of dollars to keep themselves in business. Its not surprising they would prey on minorities. Very disappointing with everything going on in the world you cant even count on honest respectable, business. We will be seeking legal action.

Thank you so much for finding and fixing the problem. We were stranded after a cruise and ended up in the parking lot of the mechanic shop on a Sunday when they were closed. The owner happened by and saw us just sitting there trying to figure out who to call and what to do. He stopped, got out his magic tools, pinpointed the problem and fixed it. All within an hour on a Sunday afternoon.

Great repair shop! Very fast and knowledgeable. Hour and a half for pinion seal. No plastic... bring cash.

We were in Galveston and had an A/C problem. They got us right in and got our issue solved and back on the road. The owners are awesome people. My only regret was we didnt have more time to visit with them.

Told me I needed a new ac kit bc my car would squeak really loud when I turned it on and this would of cost 500 dollars and wanted me to get it but I’m 17 where can I get that type of money and they said I’ll be find with out it so I went without ac in my car the last month of summer then about 3 weeks ago my belt broke and I towed to quick car and the fix the belt and other Llittle car problems but nothing was wrong with my ac at all it was just the belt. Would not recomend going to G&M.
