Took in for door ding from parking lot, coordinated with my insurance and truck was in and out within days. Professional and courteous staff, o communication was flawless. Would highly recommend them to anyone over the competition.Also took family members truck here from out of state to have the fenders repaired and coated, salt on roads caused rusting and to get treated and prevent future rust on a fairly new 2016 truck with only 40k miles it was the perfect solution.

My wife was in an accident in the beginning they are great. Went to pickup our car to be informed we have no head lights. I thought ok that’s fine I have new bulbs at home. I got home and went to install the new bulbs only to find all the connectors for my headlights have been cut. I reached out to the lady we have been dealing with since we had her cellphone number. She informs me that the car had none of the connections when it arrived. We are a young family and do a lot of driving at night we had all the lights when we got in the accident. After finding this I started looking a little bit more into the repairs and realized that there is now masking tape on my car. And one side of the bumper doesn’t line up correctly. I will be in contact again in the morning during business hours. Let’s see how this gets resolved

Installed an aftermarket spoiler on my Accord. Tire light was on when I brought it in and Terri checked the air pressure out of courtesy 🙌 I purchased the car at Classic Honda and only have it serviced at Classic. Great folks to work with. Thanks!

Over the last 2 months, Ive brought in two different vehicles to Classic Collision Center to be repaired. From Russ, who evaluated what needed to be done and completed the work, to Mike who sent me the estimate to Terri who handled the processing and paperwork, the service and final work product were outstanding!!! They have always done what they said they were going to do, at the price they quoted, and in both cases, Russ actually finished the work before he said it would be done.Russ even called me on a Sunday afternoon saying that he lived close by and asked if he could swing by my home to look at the car before I brought it in. Why? Because he was thinking about it and thought he might be able to save me some money but wanted to look at the integrity of the bumper. Who does that? Ill tell you who; someone who is 100% committed to his craft and to the customer.Speaking of Russ, he is an absolute artist! Both vehicles looked like new when he was done!In a world where so many are out to make a quick dollar, its so refreshing to know that there is a company out there committed to customer service; all while delivering a superior work product at a great price. No one wants to have to get a vehicle repaired, but when its needed, its a blessing to know a company like Classic Collision is in your corner. I feel so strongly about my positive experience with Russ, Terri, Mike and the entire Classic team, I drive all the way from Pearland to drop off my vehicles. I will NEVER use any other company for my collision repair needs and give them my highest recommendation. Overall decent experience. The predicted repair time wasnt too off. Saw some slight orange peel from painting but not too terribly noticeable.

I was VERY pleased with Classic Collision. I was in a minor accident on Saturday, brought my truck to Classic Monday morning, and because I am a full time RVer, who would only be here a week, I asked them if they could expedite the repair work. They did! I picked my truck up Thursday night! The truck looks beautiful. You would never know it was in an accident.My estimator/customer service rep was Terri. She was fantastic. She provided me updates every day, at least once per day. She was very professional, knowledgeable and an exceptional Customer Service representative for Classic Collision. I highly recommend them and Terri.

Poor quality of work for $2,500 all they did was paint my old bumper put a cheap headlight in and put my old fog lights back in and my ac worked fine when I dropped my truck off now my ac does not work beware of poor quality work and very unprofessional

Got use loaner car (2020 model) and fix car with no extra out of pocket after deductible

Extremely unprofessional. Had my chevy truck for over a month and now that i have it back brakes are grinding and vehicle is not accelerating correctly. Quality of work is extremely poor. Had better work done by mechanics who did no have half the shop. CLAIM THAT THEY WARRANTY ALL WORK BUT DONT. Would love to hear back from you classic collision

I took all the valuable out of my truck, but I didnt think to take the floor mats. My heavy rubber floor mats were missing when I got the truck back. Took them five days to tell me they dont know anything about them. Watch out, and stay away. Truck was not done correctly when I got it back - bumper was hanging 5 lower on one side. No attention to details, they are completely dis-organized.

After my very first accident ever (I was rear-ended) I took my vehicle to Classic Collision Center in Galveston and they were awesome! They had to order parts and had my vehicle repaired and back to me in about 1 week. They even cleaned/vaccumed the inside of the vehicle! They were also very helpful with the rental stuff! I didn’t know about making a reservation ahead of time so after I dropped off my vehicle at the collision center they were nice enough to drive me over to enterprise! I will definitely be returning for any future work that I need!

Rude and unprofessional front desk staff. My insurance company called me to tell me I was able to pick up my car... everything was ready. I called classic collision to confirm; only to have to listen to Bridget say over and over that she will not release my car until she knows where her money is. Im pretty sure a company as big as classic collision has a contract with an insurance company as big as progressive. You shouldnt have to go into all those details with a client . .........that was 2 days ago. Anyways, Im still waiting on my truck.

Had a wreck in my 2012 Camery Toyota in Nov. 2017. My car was completed in an ample amount of time. Staff were really friendly. Good work to manager SAM, and his staff, work done was apprwciated, kept me updated on the progress. Thanks so much!!!!

What really gets me is, they say they will give you an estimate of when your car is done (sign on the desk says that); but I kept calling and they just kept saying they couldnt give me a time-frame until it was in paint. Then it got to paint and they didnt have a time-frame when it would be done. I have the warranty....they fixed the car from what I can tell but its not the place for me.

Okay, so I recomend noone to use this shop. They are never open when they say they are and seem to have ablosutely no idea what is going on whenever you are trying to get information. Took over a month and a half to get my truck back and that was with insurance taking care of it. Once i was finally able to pick my truck up today from the shop, i found that they have been using my truck bed as a trashcan. Old bananas, silverware, old fast food. And also, three visa giftcards were missing. They were believed to be empty but still. I have found better auto shops in friends garages. Too bad insurance wouldnt cover at home repairs or i would have taken my truck out of there a month ago.

It took two weeks to fix my truck when it should have took 3 days and I never got a call from the customer service to let me know when my truck is going to be done cost me thousands of dollars in rental fees

When i tryed to talk to them about issues i was having with my vehicle the guy talked over me and discarded what i said. The day after i got my vehicle back was the first day my vehickle ever left me stranded and i ever had to work on it.

I found them professional and very friendly.

Whomever drives their flatbed truck is very careless at best. Watch out on the roads.
