I had my car towed there to have some work done. When I asked about the price they quoted me 3 thousand dollars. I said no because I had already called and ofcourse do my research. I went to have my car towed to another location and they refused to let me have my car. Without paying a fee that I did not agree with. The actual damages on my car didnt even cost me a thousand dollars at another location. They were going to rip me off for over two thousand. Bad business and very rude customer service. They lie and treat people like theyre stupid. Would give zero stars if it were an option!

Always have a good experience here. Patches and plugs are handled promptly and are inexpensive. If visiting the island and you have tire issues, this is the go-to place. Forget NTB. Go here for quick and friendly service.

I dont know about the tire service, but we had a car dolly reserved with an email and confirmation number yet they have no clue what were talking about. Terrible service on that part. Were 4 hours from home and driving another hour to a place that actually has what we need. Dont try to rent anything from them.

For a quick tire repair while you wait,cant be beat!But do get the price up front, was charged $40 for a tire rotation,but had to remind them it cost me $20 a month ago for my other car, get the price up front!!!!

I’ve been coming here for years even let them do my inspection but they have disappointed me. I bought a used tire haven’t even had it a month and it went flat and there’s nothing they can do about it. I’ve bought several used tires from this place for years and never has a tire went bad so fast so basically they sold me a bad tire that I don’t appreciate and can’t even get a refund.

These guys were great! Had a nasty flat over the Labor Day Weekend. This was the only local place open on a Sunday - and they couldn’t have been nicer. Within 45 minutes, I had a better replacement tire at a more than reasonable price. They gave me several options, including installing my temporary tire but I felt confident in the tire they suggested. Great local business; highly recommended!

Great for state safety inspections.

Quick and polite, they got us fitted for a tire fast and had us on our way. It lasted a week before shredding itself, and when I tried to take it off I found that they had torqued the lugs on so tight it stuck the rim to the axle. Would not recommend.

Went in there cuz I had a lump on my tire feel like they took advantage of me sold me a tire with barely any tread on it for 50 bucks and I could have bought brand new for 58 but it was in a bind and had no choice love a good business that will put it to you when youre down

Went in today for an inspection and oil change. The service was very quick and friendly, if a little abrupt. Being December 31st, I did not expect such quick service. It was also explained to me at what point my oil change light would come on in my Honda, and I appreciated that.

Good place to go if you need inspection sticker. They do a good job,and have been very nice to me.

Got a tire from them went back two weeks later at the most went to get state inspection done said I needed a new front tire on both sides oi was like you just sold me one of those two weeks ago so it was good to sell to me but not good for an inspection. This place is a total joke wont go back they even put a smaller tire on my car then what I had.

We were returning from our cruise in our passenger van and got a flat tire. Pulled up to R and T and without any hesitation they said they could fix the flat. It took about 45 minutes and they ended up scratching the rim with multiple deep scratches and they couldn’t figure out how to put the lug nuts back on. They blamed the scratches on their machine and refused to take any responsibility. They pretty much walked away from my husband and dismissed him. Don’t trust them with your vehicle. Bad customer service and doesn’t stand behind their work as a specialty “tire shop”.

This place is the best. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I had to have them install my tire when the lugnut got stripped because Walmart wouldn’t do it. They had to break the stud and replace it, but they did everything for a fair price. They also let me come after hours to pick up due to my work schedule. Another place had also told me I had a bad rear main oil seal, which is an expensive fix. These guys took a look and found what the real cause of my leak was and quoted a reasonable price. They’re definitely my go-to place now.

Called two times and the lady hung up when I asked for a quote on a tire. Guess she thinks they dont need business. How rude!

Its a small shop but the service was excellent and the wait was a minimum. As a customer Im satisfied and theyll be getting my business again in the future.

I have been calling this place for a week almost everyday looking for two used tires. Every day I get a response saying they will be sorted tomorrow. Call at noon, say they have them come in an hour. Come at 2 and they said they were sold yesterday. Poor customer service and management. will not be coming back

Went in to get my state vehicle inspection done. It took a little long and cost $25 but I chalked that up to island prices. The waiting room had a few chairs and a TV and the cashier was nice.

Went to get annual vehicle inspection in Galveston County for the first time. Never had done one with emmissions test. It was a whole different kind of hell. I finally hit the check engine light off. Went to RT Tires and my car failed emmissions testing. Guy asked me a couple of questions, I responded. He was honest with me and told me what I needed to try, instead of lying to me and offering to charge me a arm and leg to fix. Thank you!

First the double charged me on truck, then the mechanic that did the work, Frankenstein the work on my truck that left me broke down on the highway. After calling them back about truck the mechanic that its not his fault and wouldnt not give any kind of warranty, but say Toyota Tundra are just trash and no good. This all after my truck was on the property for 3 1/2 weeks before he even started to work on my truck. And I dont even want to talk about the tires...
