Love this T-Mobile store! So far been there twice and received the best costumer service I have ever received not only from any cell service provider but any business I have ever dealt with!The T-Mobile tech Ashley that works at this location was amazing she went above and beyond what I could ever expect to resolve the issue I was having! Even when tech support said things were not possible she kept pushing to resolve the problem! She was extremely polite and patient with me every step of the way! Every employee at this location makes the experience very warm and welcoming! You can tell the moment you walk in they truly care about costumer satisfaction!

I had a wonderful customer experience with the T Mobile store in Gallatin TN. This was due mainly to the helpfulness, knowledge and attitude I received from Kelvonta - He made the change over from Verizon very positive. I would strongly recommend this store and his customer service.

I was trying to switch around 4 lines to T mobile and thought to test their T9 hotspot device first for coverage. I got the device and it wouldnt even work in their shop all it says is roaming no service. I tried to reach out to their customers tech support and twice after 40mins plus hold the call was hung up eventually. Today I tried to visit the store to see if someone can help and the person at the store said sorry cant help and they dont know anything about. Pretty disappointing to see this type of customer service. I give every chance I could and probably more but seems like they dont care about their customers. I am glad I figured this out before switching.

Took my dad in for a new phone. Hes 65 and it was well overdue. We originally was being helped by a young lady named Ashley. She was very polite and patient with my dad even though it was close to closing time. she took the time out to answer all of his questions and talked him into getting an up to date phone. We came back a few days later and was helped by a guy named Robert. He was very knowledgeable about the device and was very helpful setting it up again after my dad accidentally reset it. We had a great experience here and now I can FaceTime my dad and check on him anytime. So happy with this place and my dad talks about his phone alot. Would recommend😊

Don’t recommend this store as I got nothing but a run around if shipping out booster box. Ashley was tacky and talked down. And they promised great service to losing signals and calls all the time.

Excellent service. Robert the manager was very informative and helpful. New phone prices are reasonable.

So Robert the new manager was very nice and knowledgeable, he was very helpful throughout the process. There was my family and one other person in the store when we arrived. Two employees. 2 hours later the other person and my family were still being processed. Now this was not really the fault of the employees as much as it was their significant equipment failures that required them to make lengthy phone calls....then the person on the other end of the phone did not really know how to fix the problem. In the meantime several other customers are showing up and eventually walking out. Very sad and unfortunate for the employees trying their best with what they had to work with thay day. Also, this tmobile store has no where to sit whatsoever.....what a joke. Something needs to be done about the lengthy slow process for this score to be better.
