My daughters screen got shattered by a dog, phone zone replaced it. A few weeks later she dropped her brush on her bed and it hit the screen on her phone and cracked it. Phone Zone came to the rescue once again. We now have a 3 piece case on her phone...lol

Stay away from Phone Zone at all costs. They are as crooked as it gets! I had several transactions that were all pleasant with Aaron when I started doing business there. I even had his campaign posters hung in my shop! I dropped off 2 personal tablets back in july 2018 to have the charging ports fixed. They were both working perfectly fine, they quit taking a charge. Neither of which were cosmetically damaged when I dropped them off. One was a 10.1 samsung which had a thick neon green & blue case on it like an otterbox. One was a 7 tab s2. Aaron came in my shop campaigning last year and saw a mandolin hanging for sale in my shop, he wanted to buy it, but we agreed he was going to give me a store credit at the phone zone in exchange for the mandolin. I was totally cool with it. HE told me when he picked the mandolin up that he messed with my tablets once and they charged just fine with his charger but he was going to let them die and see if they would charge and power up a second time and he would let me know. Months go by and I dont hear anything. I reached out to Aaron and he told me he had sold the business and would contact his brother to get in touch with me. A month or so goes by, nobody has contacted me so I contact Aaron again and he says I thought he contacted you, he told me he was gonna call you right then. SO I told him no, nobody ever called me. HE said let me call him right now. The next day, I get a voicemail from Dale, the new owner who is Aarons brother. I call back and he tells me that one of them had a busted LCD and that it wasnt worth fixing. I tell him neither of my tablets had a busted LCD when I dropped them off. I dropped them off for a charging issue. I wouldnt have had a charger replaced on a tablet that was busted. He asked me what I wanted to do with them., I tell him I wanted them fixed. One was my sons tablet one was my grandmothers. He tells me I should just pick them up. Even though, Aaron already has a mandolin he didnt pay for because we were supposed to be exchanging the mandolin for store credit for the tablets in mention. We go to pick up the tablets today and the tablet is shattered so badly looks like someone smashed it with a hammer and the other tablet is missing its case. The screen protector has horrible scratches and snags. The back casing is damaged on it like its been stacked up in the back. They are crooks! I told him he needed to make it right or I would be sure to voice my experience on every outlet I could to make sure this doesnt happen to anyone else. I have screenshots and proof he immediately told me that he would turn around and leave bad reviews for my business if I did. Any review he leaves for me has no merit since he has never once been into my store, but that just goes to show what kind of people are running this place. This has been 100% the worst business experience Ive ever had. Save yourselves the headache and bad experience and stay as far away from this place as you can. The KID running this place now has no business working with the public!

Great, Great and Great SERVICE. First Dale had the absolute best pricing, then he gave me a veterans discount on top of his great price. I travel and not from the area. I had to call several times-He was so accommodating and patient. When he got all my details and asked all the right questions he promptly ordered my parts and was ready to repair my issue. A last minute change to my schedule caused all the time and energy he spent with me to be canceled and he was more than willing to refund my deposit. Such a professional!!

They were able to fix my cracked screen on my Note 8 no problem. They also cleaned out the mesh over the microphone. Great guys!!

I cant say enough good things about Dale and The Phone Zone. My phone was on its death bed due to a really bad broken screen. I just got the phone in December, so basically its a brand new phone, expensive at that and I certainly wasnt eligible for an upgrade. There was absolutely no sound, couldnt make/receive calls, wouldnt charge, no videos. Dale saved me yall. He not only replaced the screen, but he fixed the other issues as well! So thankful!!!

The Owner, Operater is a highly skilled technician that is diversified in working on not only phones, also on TVs to computers. Many times patrons simply walk in the door and Dale the Owner Operator, if simple enough wil fix your problem with your phone and not charge you a cent for his expertise and knowledge for the fix. Brought a working iPad mini with cracked screen in. They replaced the screen but broke the touchscreen ability in doing so. We were left with a, sometimes it just doesnt work when you replace it. The wires are so tiny. Bring your repair somewhere else.
