I came in LATE and was met with a very welcoming service from Claire, she was great. Had a long night trying stores and was feeling the dredge of the day, she was awesome in her customer service and there are no complaints that I can find from my experience at this store. 5 stars earned!
Tyler did an amazing job he was very patient with me. I finally decided switch from T-Mobile to AT&t and he helped me with the whole process. I had to leave the store twice and come back again and every single time he stepped in we started right back where we left off. Helped me get my phone set up we told jokes the whole time it was a really great experience. He was very professional and very knowledgeable really excited to be over here at AT&t now thanks again Tyler!!!!
Never have I had such an incredible experience with any cell phone provider as I did today. Katya was absolutely incredible and not only solved our issues but sold us another iPad and got it all set up for us. She was knowledgeable and had a calm about her that made us want to wait and work remote as she set us up. Well done AT&T for hiring such an awesome manager. As a small business, we need good support and will be visiting Katya and team moving forward with any communication needs.
I would like to acknowledge how great everyone was at the store. Katya, Nolan and Claire welcomed me and helped to set up my new phone even tgought I didnt purchase it at the store. I felt like they wanted to help me and ensure that even my Bluetooth in a car was working.

I gave in one star so I could comment. SHUT THE STORE DOWN PERMANENTLY. It serves NO purpose at all when it comes to AT&T devices/services. The best thing to do is to go to the corporate store in Hendersonville where they take care of your needs less than 5 minutes REAL TALK. If you don’t believe me, go over there and see for yourself. That is, if you have time to WASTE.....
Went in to see about a tablet for my wife. Was informed that they dont stock tablets in the store, but that I could look at them online. I replied that if I had wanted to do that, I wouldnt have come in here to begin with. I left.

Very rude, come in to pay a past due balance and get a new line added. Came in before closing and was asked to leave when the store closed. Could not pay or get new phone. Went to Hendersonville and had amazing customer service. Do not recommend Gallatin location.

Everyone in the store is super nice and energetic! Very helpful and honestly just fun to be around. I had to get a new phone and of course that’s a lengthy process so I sat in there jammin out while I waited for my information to transfer from one phone to another.
Everybody seems to love to HATE cell companies/stores ... but this one seems really different. They are knowledgeable, polite, and seem to actually care about the customers. Kudos!

Fraudulent! I wouldn’t recommend this auth retail location. Waited more than an hour to be assisted...spent 2.5 hours with rep and no services rendered to which I requested. “Swiped my card, created account, and conveniently the “system glitched.” Returned to store on the next day and requested to speak to manager....only yo find out that they don’t have a manager at this location. The regional director (Akbar) does not have contact info. And the retail store line rep could only give a reference number. I’m shorted out of $240 and nobody knows how to provide a receipt or some form of documentation to show my proof of even being in the damn store. Lawsuit on its way.
I do not like AT&T at all, absolutely outrageous prices, the service is not that great at all,unlimited has not a purpose at all thru this place, yes I sure do have AT&T. Run while you can, once you sign your name it is so over. My unlimited always runs out about 3 weeks after I pay the bill. Just my opinion. I had to give a star because of not having a choice, could not simply post this.

UPDATE:NEW MANAGER ON SITE!! The new manager, Crystal, has resolved the issues! She has stood by her word to fix the previous mentioned problem. Thank you so much!! We will continue to shop at this AT&T. Thank you again! I hope Crystals upper management knows the difference that she has made at this location.
Had a wonderful experience here on Saturday with Nolan! He was very knowledgeable and thorough. I am very pleased and will be going back to the location for my services moving forward.
RUN far, far away from this location if you don’t like being blatantly lied to. Nolan is a joke of an employee who lies about your plan, then proceeds to dodge you when you call him out on it. Kayla (the manager!) is just as bad or worse unfortunately. I usually don’t complain but I felt compelled to protect future customers from these jokers. If you want good service, just drive a couple more miles into Hendersonville please.
Very clean, need comma and well set up AT&T location. The employees there are very knowledgeable, and they truly care. They took their time out of their day to resolve my problem comma with a smile, and did not rush me to get to other customers so they could earn their Commission. I would recommend this store to anybody with AT&T service. This is one of the best locations that I have ever been in.
The staff here always goes out of their way to help where they can. Other stores, lets be honest if you arent buying they arent trying. My mother needed help with her phone and visited another AT&t location all they did was give her the number to customer care. Here they took the time to find out what the problem was and even recommended several ways to save us money on our plan. I have upgrades coming available soon and know where i am bringing my money.
DirecTV sneakily raised my bill again for no real reason, so I decided to just go to the AT&T store to see why. The boy that helped me couldnt tell why either. I left their internet service a couple of weeks ago and got faster internet for a third of what they were charging me. DirecTV drives me absolutely crazy by gradually increasing the bill and hoping we wont notice. It blows my mind that they are going to wait until they lose all of their customers before they change this practice. They are apparently afraid to have a bad quarter to report to stockholders, but it will be much worse in the long run for them by kicking this can down the road. Anyway, I cant blame all that on the people working at this store. The boy said he couldnt do anything about reversing the bill increase, but he offered me a one-time $10 courtesy credit. Thats what he called it anyway. I am currently in the process of looking at all of the streaming TV service options.
These people are willing to help you! They look at your bill and teach you about technology! I love my new iPad and iPhone! Highly recommend!

Michael was awesome this morning...He promptly opened the doors this morning with the perfect attitude ready to be of service. I was in and out in no time..I live in Hendersonville but will be more than willing to drive to Gallatin for this time of service!!!!!!!
Staff is very kind. However, when trading devices in from another carrier they will require you to spend your trade in credit in the store because they are not a corporate store. At the corporate store on Indian Lake they will actually take that credit and apply it to your account. This in my opinion is a better value. We had nearly 500 dollars in credits and that 500 dollars would have served better on my bill as opposed to being forced to spend it in the store on silly stuff like drones, extra chargers, etc. Additionally they say you will have to submitted you final bill from you previous carrier to get the cancellation fees paid for by gift card; what they do not tell you is you only get the difference between your I store credit and the amount still owed on your cancellation fee. This left me with a 900 Verizon bill. Lastly the wait times at this retail dealership are long; always short staffed. When at the corporate store on Indian Lake we never have to wait and service is quick.

DONT EXPECT EMPLOYEES to follow through with cancelling UVERSE for DIRECT TV. The guy talked us into switching and EVERYTHING he told us was wrong. Like additional charges, example, sports channel charge MONTHLY for something we dont want and didnt order! He also said hed take care of change over and WRONG, he didnt. Charged for two television services. Also, they are WAY OVERPRICED!!!!! ESPECIALLY UVERSE
