Theyre very friendly as soon as you walk through the door they welcome you. They try their very best to get the customers the very best deals for them to fit their budget. I will recommend anyone to them.

Always busy. High personnel turnover. They broke a piece off the cover of my phone. Woman trying to help me was an iPhone owner. She didnt know what to do with an android.No place to sit for handicapped.

The older blond lady insisted that I had no contacts on my SIM card and trashed it without checking or listening to me that I was positive thats where I had backed them up. Now Ive lost all of my network contacts and my familys numbers. Also am aware to back up to Google instead of the SIM card to avoid this in the future. The people here are friendly but I suggest using any other store except this one after I went back and she tried to tell me I changed phones because the SIM card as bad and not because I had a busted up screen. Debating changing service providers 100% because of her trashing my SIM card.
