Clean, well organized store with knowledgeable and friendly staff. GameStop had what I needed when everyone else (big box stores) failed me. They had a switch for the best price and also offered an extended warranty at a very reasonable price.

I came in looking for a Funko Pop that had been released the day before, and was sold out at another location I went to, and they called all the stores nearby until they found me one! Really great customer service at this location!

The lady was really nice. She explain the receipt well. My grandson was excited to get his games.

Charged my old debit card for stuff I have never bought or ordered when I dont even own any kind of gaming system whatsoever,been reported to my bank for fraud,im never stepping foot inside a Gamestop store ever again,btw it was the Nashville Pike location in Gallatin Tennessee,hope they go out of business for good for this

Employee told me something was in stock, drove all the way there and he made a mistake. Had to redownload my system and hooked back up again when I got home. Not a fun inconvenience.

I went in there to get a headset. I had 2 I was comparing and when I asked about which one is a best buy I got told Ill help you by saying they are both sold out ok how long to order? 2 weeks minimum because ups and fedex are running late due to covid. Ok well I went to Amazon and saved money and got next day shipping.... I guess they have accepted that Amazon is taking over. Not even going to try. Sad.

Im 46 and have been an occasional gamer I guess you could say.COD was my thing for a while... Grand Torismo, Crash Bandicoot, Sniper, All Tom Clancy stuff... Several others. Cant Not mention Madden!But I dont play anymore... Maybe with the 14yr old occasionally.Im saying this for 1 reason.... Its going away sooner than later. Brick and mortar, discs.... Will be a thing of tbe past soon.Cloud data and services will take over and already a huge push for it from our Governments across the globe.Photonic based quantum computing systems will be the New age of cloud IT/AI.Get ready!!!

The sales people here were super helpful. I got a used Xbox console and a couple games after being out of the gaming community for some time. They were friendly, patient, and answered all of my questions. I would definitely go back to this location for my gaming needs. Great work! Keep it up!

Really poor selection of amiibo, mediocre selection of merch, but Im giving it a decent rating because the employees seem really nice. They arent pushy either, which is cool. My preorders never seem damaged/abused. So...three stars or less for actual merch. Four to five for the employees.

This is the best game stop ever. The employees havd a pretty good insight on most of the games. They have very good opinions and there realy nice. Sometimes I just go there to kill time. It doesnt have the most variety but if you ask one of the cashiers they can pretty much get you anything you ask for. I go to this gamestop all the time and Ive never had any problems from them. And whomever the other guy is that have this gamestop a bad reviews I would like to say. You bought a used console. Theres a reason why the previous owner soled it. And of course you have to have your recipt, thats your fault for not keeping it. You had a bad experiences because you expected brand new quality from a used item, and you didnt keep your recipt so you couldnt get a refund. Sooooo I give this gamestop 5/5 hot peppers and and this other reviewer 0/5 hot peppers.
