Terrible did not want to try to help me with my phones I bought 2 wks ago that was never turn on I could not use.
Fantastic customer service. I have been to 4 different stores trying to activate a new line to an unlocked device and all previous locations didnt take care of my case. Next new phone or service will be there for sure with Daniel!
Bought 3 phones and 2 out of 3 didnt work at all instead of being understanding and trying to help i was met with disrespect and unpleasantness it was upsetting considering i spent almost 1000 to only have one phone that works. I will not be returning to this location and i hope they train their employees on some customer service because it was very sad to be treated so terribly for something that was their mistake
I accidentally put my voicemail in spanish (in which I do not speak). 4 different people at Metro told me 4 different ways to put it in English. Took T-mobile about 5 mins to convert it. I will switch to T-mobile after another company unlocks my phone from Metro. Had to pay $140 to an independent company because Metro does not unlock their own phones! Go figure! It will take 3-7 days to unlock it. Waiting for that call!Switching my phone service!
Just want to shout out Neal at Metro PCS in Gallatin. Best customer service Ive ever had. Great job.
They never opened waited an hour after they were supposed to open and got tired of waiting
