Had a check engine light come on in my 2005 Honda Accord and couldn’t make it into the shop before it closed to have it coded and get advice. I coded the light at home, and got advice on the phone without ever having to physically go to the shop. Stephen was incredibly honest and helpful. I could tell he wanted what was best for me and the situation. He didn’t try to upsell me in any way. Even though the news wasn’t the best about what my car needed, a weight was lifted off my shoulders just knowing what the issue was. Definitely using them again.

Tried on 2 different occasions to have them work on my Lexus. 1st rear Struts 2nd time new Radiator. Both times they were higher by over $250 than their competitors. I had OEM Struts, they told me they would not use my parts... Dont go to this place

I did not go there or ever plan to.

My mother went in and was immediately dismissed by the lady at the front desk. When asked how long a wait for the mechanic the lady rudely told her to “ just take it to north hall tire”.

They are misleading. Then they down grade other mechanic that have been around for years. They told me they would check truck for nothing if I came back at a certain time. I did so then they said they charged 85dollars a hour to do so with a minimum of 1 hour. I explained I knew what was wrong. I just needed a cost to fix. They then told me that it doesnt have that part. I disagreed they brought a whole steering column out to prove me wrong. Then found out they were wrong when I showed it to them. Will never return there. They are clueless.

Hands down, The Car Lot provided the best customer service and work on my vehicle than any other location. So much more personal than a dealership. They allowed me to drop off around my work schedule and were in great contact with me regarding diagnostics, repair costs, etc. Extremely reasonable prices on everything. Will plan on bringing our other vehicles here as well. They are so knowledgeable and efficient, I couldnt imagine better service elsewhere.

I have had my car fixed at this location several times theyre very good very trustworthy and very knowledgeable.

I am more than greatful for Greg and his help with a reliable vehicle. My wife and I were expecting our first child He is now 9 days old. We had some hard times and instead of taking away my only form of transportation he was there to help me and is still doing so. If you want a human to human experience this is the place to go. More than fair. We dont deserve this level of kindness. I pray that God blesses this man and all the kind things he has done for so many people in this community.
