I searched far and wide for a specific vehicle and found it at Hardy Chevrolet! the car buying process was SUPER easy thanks to Ryan & Mark. They even helped me with travel arrangements since I was coming in from out of state. Once I was at the dealership, everyone was kind and welcoming. Since I was driving my new car home, they even checked in on me the next day to make sure I made it safely. Can you really get customer service like that anywhere else? 10/10 would recommend and buy from again!

I found the truck I was looking for on the Chevy.com website. It was In Transient to Hardy Chevrolet. I called Hardy and spoke with James Madison, Sales Associate, who told me that if I put a $500 deposit down on the vehicle they would hold it for me once it arrived. The next day I did just that. I told Mr Madison that we had a vacation planned and that we would not be back in town until Sept 1. He assured us that if the vehicle arrived while we were out of town he would hold it for us until we got back. While on vacation, we got a text - along with pictures! - saying the truck had arrived. On Sept 3 we went to Hardys and made the purchase. During the entire process, Mr Madison was courteous, professional, and made the entire process enjoyable.

My husband, kids, and I drove 4 hours to Hardy Chevrolet to get our minivan yesterday and had an amazing experience! Our salesman, Billy, was professional and helpful the whole time. He communicated well and even video chatted me so I could see the van before we made the drive down. Our experience was smooth and the van was everything we hoped for. They took care of any concerns before we left and made sure the vehicle was safe for us to get back home. I’d recommend them to anyone looking for a vehicle. It was a great expierence ... the Sales person James Madison and the Finance Person Don, were both so helpful, I esp liked that James was not a pushy sales person...I had something very specific he showed me what they had on the lot and did not push me for what i was not looking for and he was knowledgeable of the cars. But the fact he let us make up and own minds and did not push was refreshing!! I LUV my 2022 Equinox!

Not real pleased with the Service Department at Hardy Chevrolet of Gainesville, GA. While two employees (Chase and Kerry) have gone above and beyond to address my concerns, the service manager was not very pleasant. He did nothing to address my concerns and lacked the qualities to be a good customer service representative for the company. My issue is with a back up camera on a 2021 Trailblazer that is showing the tag and bumper. It is progressively getting worse and soon will be nothing but a black screen if something is not done. I was told (very matter of factly) that this is normal. When I purchased the vehicle the back up camera did not show the tag or the bumper. After researching this, I have found that a lot of the trailblazer back up cameras are doing this (working great at purchase but after a bit they begin to slip). Not sure what else can be done. As stated earlier, Chase and Kerry have been very helpful and the sales rep that I purchased the car from James M. are assets to the company. Hopefully I can get this back up camera issue resolved.

When the check engine light came on in my 20 Sonic RS, (12,500 miles), I was immediately concerned. I drove straight to Hardy Chevrolet Service department where within a matter of 5 minutes, Chris Wehunt had identified the error code, and explained the issue to me.He assured me that it was okay to drive. I then returned to Hardy for repair, Chris had a loaner car ready for me, and away I went. Turns out that my car was fixed and ready EARLIER than originally indicated. The repair was, of course, expertly performed, which is what Ive come to expect and receive from all the folks at Hardy Chevrolet Service Department. I wont go anywhere else.

Hardy Chevrolet is a blessed dealership. I have dealt with many dealerships in my life and this is by far the best. I came in from a bad dealership experience the day before so I was kind of down in spirit but Mike Cormier and his staff turned that right around. Mike truly worked hard for me and got me a deal that I couldn’t help but be happy about. I did pay a little more than I expected but Mike made sure that it was worth it and I was very happy with my vehicle. Mike is truly a good man and I loved how he treated his staff with respect and professionalism. Every single staff member, even those that weren’t apart of the sale, were all friendly and smiled. We felt like family. Francisco was also a wonderful salesman. He was friendly and knowledgeable. The easiest, quickest, and least stressful car buying experience I have ever had. The salesmen are not pushy. They let us know they were available if we needed them, but otherwise left us alone to browse. They keep the doors of the vehicles unlocked, so you are easily able to take your time and really look at everything without having to have a salesman swap out keys every few minutes.Our salesman was Tommy Pharr. He gave us all the time we needed and very clearly explained the differences between truck models. He was very polite, courteous, and professional. He did not push us to do anything we did not want.Would definitely recommend.

They installed a water hose on my truck. It was not oem but high quality gates brand. It was not installed properly and popped off soon afterwards while I was pulling a camper. Lost all coolant very quickly and truck ran hot. It cost $7000.00 to repair and they refused to take any responsibility. By the way the I reattached the hose Properly and after 8000 miles it has not popped off. Never will go back to Hardy in Gainesville.

Kurt and Francisco did a good job of taking care of my questions and showing me the vehicles available. Did not pressure me to buy. Purchase price was upfront and did not have to go back and forth with a sales manager of the day. Delivery day was thorough and Francisco made sure I understood everything about the new truck. The one issue I had he took care of immediately with the service department.My only comment is that (some of) the new trucks on the lot had not been cleaned up well at my first visit and it made it a bit harder to decide between colors and style. Once I came back and the truck I selected had been well detailed it made a tremendous difference !Ive already recommended to my son and brother in law to go by Hardy Chevrolet. I can only hope that the service department will be as good as the sales.

I was amazed at how good the customer service experience was during my purchase of a used Jeep at Hardy Chevrolet today Marie Fortune was our salesperson and she was phenomenal. We shopped at several dealerships and it was Maries sincere desire to make our experience pleasant and painless that made up our minds to purchase there. That and the only HYPERGREEN Jeep Wrangler in the area. I requested a lower price that would meet our needs. They didnt get it as low as I had asked. But they did the best they could and I was happy. I also mentioned a problem with the stereo and they even made that good by installing a new stereo BEFORE we bought it. I highly recommend Marie Fortune and Hardy Chevrolet.

Eventually all is ok. We brought car in and left while on vacation for a recall, but car wouldnt auto lock when picked it up. Car sat in lot unlocked for 5 days. Took more than an hour to figure out what was wrong when drove back to service. So a frustrating experience for sure. Nice people, but frustrating

Its going on 5 months since I had my vehicle. I purchased a 2015 Infiniti QX80, an my salesman was Billy Brechter, which was OUTSTANDING!! I drove almost 1 hour to get this vehicle. I basically went off of the reviews & I really wanted this QX80. Lastly I purchased the 2 year warranty that was offered, which is a Great Deal. Clicked on a truck one night, the next morning Tommy gave me a call and we started working on getting a truck in that i was like the one I was looking for. Well Tommy was going to be gone on the weekend so he got me in touch with Kurt and Kurt started looking around to find the Silverado 1500 Custom I wanted. Well told Kurt to hold off looking that I wanted to look at the RST model they had on the lot. Made an appointment for 9am Saturday and I was out the door in my 2020 Silverado RST by 1. Tommy got them started off on the right foot, working with Kurt Saturday was great and seamless. Mark was great cracking jokes. I am glad I chose Hardy Chevrolet to purchase my Chevy. Didn’t fill up the DEF tank,again. I paid for full service and didn’t get that. This is the third time with the DEF not being filled to the manufactures requirements. I’m still waiting on a light to go on my dash for the defrost button. Still NO Call!

Service was good and prompt. I do have one major complaint. When I purchased the truck I ordered a lift gate with it. There were options for this some of which were explained. To my dismay I discovered that the lift gate purchased will not clear the bed of the truck if left vertical and sticks up about 16 inches. That means if a forklift is to put a pallet on the truck the lift gate would have to be lowered to the ground and opened up so the forklift can drive on it and put the pallet in the truck. I called the factory and they said not to do that as the weight of the fork lift could damage the gate. Now I either have to put the pallet on the gate and hope it will lift it or make a 16 inch thick pallet so it will be high enough for the forklift to reach over the gate which is blocking access to the floor. The lift gate people said they sell one which would hinge to take care of that but swapping it now is not an option because the frame is different also. This is a big problem for me. I dealt with the sales manager on this truck and he should have know better.

It started with a referral from outstanding service advisor, Chris Wehunt. I went to the dealership on Saurday morning not knowing if I wanted to buy a new vehicle. Our 2015 Malibu only had 70,000 miles. After test driving a 2020 Equinox, I told the salesman John Wood, that I would come back with my wife a few hours later. We test drove a 2021 Equinox and it drove wonderfully. John took his time to go over numbers and we came to an agreement on the 2021 model. By late Saturday afternoon, we left with a brand new 2021 Equinox. This is our 3rd vehicle that we have purchased from Hardy Chevrolet. This is the only dealership we will ever buy a car from. Honest, patient, and truly good people. I look forward to continuing a great relationship with the awesome staff at Hardy Chevrolet.

After a few questions on my end, Ray answered them to the best of his knowledge, I was already confident I would buy the vehicle. I drove in from out of town.When I arrived Ray had the vehicle up front and ready for me to inspect. They allowed me to look at the vehicle as long as I wanted without interruptions and answered any questions I might have had. The vehicle was as in good of shape if not better than it was advertised.
