I got an appointment confirmation within 7 days of my request online. On the day of my appointment, I was greeted promptly. No problems and my coupon was honored. The only think I would ask is the the service technician remember to reset the oil change notification light....for those of us who need the reminder:) Upon my return the next day, the available tech reset it AND showed me how to do it myself. Thank you for that little extra.

Dont think Ive ever been more impressed with a business as I was with Advanced Auto Care Center. As a first time customer, I was treated with respect, professionalism, consideration, honestly & the type of integrity one usually sees after years of trust & loyalty.I cant praise this business enough. I brought my 2010 Cadillac CTS in for what could have been a costly problem. Instead, it was an easy fix with no charge. In this day and age, this just doesnt happen. Not unless youre dealing with an honorable, straightforward, trustworthy business.I now know Ive found a place where I can depend on for years of excellent service.

Dont take your car there if its a Mercedes. I went in for a wheel alignment and oil change. After I got the car back the alignment was worst off than when I had left it. There was also a squeaking sound, similar to when you sit on a bed with springs, when I would go over speed bumps. I went back in and the mechanic said that they did not have the right tools for a Mercedes and they will reimburse me. However, that reimbursement needs to be done by the manager and he is away, so I should call back. I took my car to the dealership who said the previous alignment was equivalent to my car being in an accident. It was that far off. The alignment was fixed by the dealer, so I called to get my reimbursement from Advanced Auto Care. However, the manager refused. He said its not true that they dont have the tools to fix a Mercedes and I should bring back the car because their repairs are covered by some sort of insurance. After explaining for several minutes that Ive already fixed my car and Im not bringing it back to them, he agreed to reimburse me if I go back to the office, which he did. When I went back for the reimbursement, I told them about the squeaking but he claimed the sound cannot be caused by an alignment, and that it was what the dealer had done not them. The reality is that it can be caused by an alignment, and it was, and the noise started straight after I took my car to Advanced Auto Care, and not the dealer. This is unprofessional and inconvenient. If you have the tools, dont ruin my car. If you dont, dont attempt to fix and then ruin my car.

Needed quite a few different things done to my car, including diagnosing an unknown issue. Advanced had me diagnosed and most of the issues fixed the same day.They did have to keep the car into the next morning to finish up some work on the steering wheel, but all things considered, my car is back to feeling brand new and I feel I was charged fairly for parts and labor.Definitely recommend this auto shop to anyone and will be taking my car here moving forward when I need just about anything done.

I don’t know much about cars and have had people take advantage of that fact multiple times. At Advanced Auto Repair, I didn’t feel this way at all! Very welcoming and nice. It is also a huge plus that they are open on the weekends for people that work during the week! Their service was also fast and it was easy to schedule an appointment online :)

This has to be one of the best places to go to get your car repaired. They are honest about what needs to get done, and they are extremely knowledgeable and share that info readily. What separates them from the rest is their communication and they really get to know you. That relationship is a huge bonus as at many places you are made to feel you are just another paycheck.

They were quick for oil change. I dont have much expierence with them beyond that but the parking is difficult

Have done my oil change/fluids several times and checked over a couple of random noises/tire issues. Fair prices and great service every time! Nice clean shop and waiting area. They will also let you know if something needs to be done urgently or can wait til payday for those of us on a tight budget.I know two other certified master mechanics in town (that DONT work for them, have 10+ years exp locally, and I trust like family) that recommend them as one of the best places in town when their respective shops are busy as well.

Great customer service. Went there after some pushy guy at Jiffy lube answered every question with yes or no followed by “bring your car over the center lane”. Can’t stand high pressure tactics. Advanced auto care center knew exactly what oil my car needed (I had just looked into the owners manual) and answered every question courteously and patiently.

I have had them work on my car twice and so far all the work they have done is legit. I normally take my car to the dealership but you have yo schedule weeks in advance to be seen. This shop here takes you immediately and get the job done. They are pretty detail about what is done and what needs to be done.

I love Advanced Auto Care - trustworthy, efficient, excellent customer service. They have been taking care of my 2015 Equinox since I got it and I highly recommend this shop!

I was in search of a new mechanic after horrible encounters with Tires Plus so I did my research and ended up here! My car was giving me trouble and while I was planning on trading it in that day, I wanted it inspected before heading to the dealership. After engaging in small talk with the receptionist, she went to grab a gentleman from the shop to better answer my questions. He sat down with me and provided me with his opinion on my new car purchase-totally not in his job description and offered no benefit to him. Definitely went above and beyond and won my repeat business. Also, like seeing the manager always try and make good with customers when errors occur. Customers often forget mistakes happen- its all about how the business handles it.

This is hands down the best auto shop in town. I don’t trust anyone else with my car other than the staff here. You can really tell that they value their customers over profit, which is something you hardly ever see nowadays. Roberta and Jeffrey are the absolute best!! I don’t usually write reviews but these people deserve a shoutout for being such an all around great staff.Edit: I took my car in this weekend for a check up before a road trip and rather than charging me the diagnostic fee they didn’t charge me anything since I come in regularly. Just one of the things they’ve done that showcases their exemplary customer service. Again, best place in town. :)

Honest and professional. I called Advanced Auto Care Center on Wednesday 21April2021, after walking out of Tires Plus on 34th Street, because Tires Plus had NO respect for my time, despite scheduling an appointment. I needed locking lug nuts removed from a car I recently purchased. Advanced Auto Care Center looked at the locking lug nuts, and explained they are OEM, and directed me to Gatorland Toyota, who removed them for free, in about 10 minutes. First time I came here in my older car I just showed up early one morning when I was having problems. From when I walked in the door I was greeted and the guy at the desk was very nice and professional. I explained the issue with my car and they took a look and within an hour they called and told me what the issue was and had it fixed in no time. I don’t live in Gainesville, but when I’m up here and ever had car trouble again or just need scheduled maintenance I would recommend this place to anyone👍🏽.Bonus there’s shopping all around the auto shop so there’s plenty to do to while you wait.

I took my car here to get a tire repaired, and I received excellent service. They took the time to show me what punctured my tire and offered me fair prices to repair it. They repaired it right away with no wait time.

I purchased a synthetic oil change for my car at this facility and they were excellent. Called my phone to make an appointment about a week in advance. On the day of, they received me quickly and professionally. Total wait time for the oil change was about 20-30mins (less than they originally said, which was about 40mins). The mechanic even gave me a tip about my brake pads not having full contact with my rotors, which should still be under warranty. Excellent service. Highly recommend!

Amazing experience! I went in with a nail in my tire, and they repaired it quickly and had me on my way in 20 minutes. My husband usually takes our cars in for repair, and I was a bit apprehensive, and certainly could not have felt more comfortable with the process. I highly recommend them, and will definitely return for all my auto needs. Great job!

We took our car there because of a hesitation when accelerating. We told them the Check Engine Light was NOT on and that we had already check it for codes. They basically did the same thing we had already done, recommended some “ possible fixes” and charged us $115.00 for a Check Engine Light Diagnostic. We asked specifically if they were going to do a more thorough diagnostic and they said yes, but ended up charging us for the same thing we had done at home. Waste of time and money!

My car felt worse after leaving for oil change and tire rotation. Used coupon for free tire rotation, so you get whatyou dont pay for. They told me I really needed new oil lid that was 200$ extra. Got second opinion and told me it wasnt a big deal, dont need a new one. So yeah, bad experience overall.

Alternator replaced August 2018 - Drove off happy as very police people and was happy. Wife driving down the road and car fails.November 2018 - Bad alternator they installed. Replaced after 3 months.Driving down the road October 2020. Car dies. - Bad alternator -Called and was told warranty 3 years or 36000 miles. Im at 40000 miles and warranty (miles) is from the FIRST alternator regardless of how many more they have to replace since the first time. (That did not make much sense) Asked how much miles was on car at second replacement (they did not update their system... interesting) Not sure but I dont think 3 alternators in 2 years is normal. I asked if they could do something on another alternator (labor discount) - anything. Told to call back in 24 hours when the owner is here. (Im on the side of the road with kids in the van.) Lady explains there is no manager that can make that call. I thanked her and will have to get it to another shop. Bad experience but not going to let this ruin my day. Off to a alternator shop in Alachua. Live and learn - no way they will get my business again or any of my friends.

Customer service was good, they treated me nicely. My mom took the car for me and she doesn’t really speak english so I had to talk to them. Took my car for alignment and told them it was pulling to the right. They aligned it and car is the exact same way still pulling to the right. If there is another reason why my car is still doing that I would have liked them to tell me so I know why and hopefully fix the problem in the future.
