Imagine asking for a full inspection, getting over $1000 worth of repairs done, then find that your car is running rougher than when you brought it. They miss something (after full inspection) then try to charge an extra $500 for it to be fixed. They over charge and under deliver. Unfortunately I cannot recommend this place. They can work on cars, take your money, and seem semi friendly. Take your car to advanced auto parts or something instead of bringing it here.
Jeff is at the top of the food chain when it comes to competence to fix VeeDubs and other German cars. He can properly diagnose problems that leaves others stumped. You will not be disappointed with this place.
I dont understand why someone would leave a negative review because this shop wouldnt work on their particular model of vehicle. You should be happy they are honest about their specialization. Ive been working with Jeff and Matthew for years and theyve been GREAT. Top pros and always attentive to my bottom line. Id sell my second car and buy another Audi just to keep these guys in the family. Ive recommended Jeffs German Auto to friends and they couldnt be happier.
Jeff always finds the issue and can get the problem fixed. If you have a German car, Jeff is the guy to call. I have a VW Diesel Jetta with 322,000 and still going strong.
They really helped me out and explained everything in detail ... very helpful
Great business! I had the timing belt replaced on my 01 Golf TDI, it was done in a day. Great price, very friendly and helpful staff. These guys are honest and do a great job.
Have been bringing my audi there for around a year or so now, and Ive been very pleased with the service I have received. Jeff and other employees have been very kind and patient with answering any questions I have about anything having to do with my car. The work has also been done well and for a very competitive price compared to other shops and dealers. I wish I had found this shop earlier and would definitely recommend this shop to any Audi/Volkswagen owner looking for a great shop at a great price.
I had to have some maintenance done and had the deal quote me a price. I got a quote from Jeff and it was almost 40% less. I even got a strong recommendation from my car friends that they only take their vehicles to him. Needless to say, their work is terrific. Ill be bringing my car to him from now on.
Great service and repairs in a timely manner. Jeff stands behind his work, which is rare these days. I had a bearing go out and they replaced it even a year and half after work was done. Its nice to have a local vw shop in the area that you can trust to do a good job and treat you right.
I have a motor home, the front end of which is the same as a Volkswagen Eurovan. Jeff told me that he does not work on Rialtas and judging by the time its sat in his lot, he doesnt quickly work on Eurovans (made 1992-2003) either. He is a one-man shop.
Great service at a great price. Take your VW here for its scheduled maintenance, you wont be disappointed. Quoted over $300 from VW dealer for 30K maintenance. All done with Jeff for $125.
I was traveling to south Florida with a CV joint problem 3 other shops had tried to fix. A guy in an auto parts store in Tallahassee told me about Jeff and I made a beeline. Jeff made a job no one else could figure out look easy. This guy is a straight shooter and knows what hes doing! Highly recommended.
Great shop. Highly recommended.
Had the timing and oilpan replaced on my B5 A4 Quattro here a while back. Best experience with a shop Ive ever had. Prices are certainly competitive and the mechanics are professional and friendly. Highly recommended for all your VW/Audi needs
They were incredibly friendly and fixed my car incredibly quickly.
2012vw Jetta gli stage 1 tune was done. Everything went awesome! We also service our Audi Q5 here. Always done right the first time.
Ive always had a good experience taken my GTI to Jeff he always goes the extra mile to make it right the first time. It hard to find someone to trust working on my car and that why Ive been going there for over 3 years.
Great experience with Volkswurks. My 08 Rabbit had very poor a/c performance for a long time, wasnt in a hurry to fix it after the first place I tried said it needed a new compressor, which is pricey. Did a little research and symptoms didnt seem to really fit that diagnosis. Eventually tried two other garages which also said replace the compressor. Finally found Jeff at Volkswurks and learned a good lesson: take your VeeDub to a place that knows the peculiars of VeeDubs. Jeff correctly diagnosed the actual problems, none of which were a bad compressor, and now the a/c is blowing ice cold. I wont say the cost was a bargain but seemed reasonable, and competence is worth paying for.
These guys knew their euro cars! Ask for Reuben
Bring the car in for a Downpipe install and APR Stage 2 flash, Should take about 4 hours. I get a call later that the down pipe wont budge so I have to leave the car over night. Next day everything seems fine, so I go about my business. 3 months later when I go to take off the downpipe I get the best surprise ever. 3 of the 4 bolts holding the downpipe to the turbo are DESTROYED. No one ever touched my downpipe until I brought in here. End of the story, downpipe is now being held by ONE bolt, crazy boost leak, exhaust leak etc... I would not bring my car here ever again.
The only guy I trust with my VWs
