I needed a tire addressed on my Escape. It had gone flat the night before and had the spare put on. Went to Goodyear on Main. Nathan and his crew evaluated the tire and we’re able to repair the tire- not replace it. Great group of people- will definitely go back to purchase tires when I need them.

I recently noticed one of my tires had a slow leak, due to a small nail, but otherwise my tires are good.I went to Tires Plus for an oil change . I had bought the tires from them, I was hoping they would provide an easy solution. They had me sitting for hours, in the end they provided me with a quote for 4 new tires and a bunch of other stuff I did not need. I left feeling unaccomplished and discouraged. I have only put 20-30,000 miles on my tires.I decided to check out Good Year on Main, Lu Fraticelli was very kind and he immediately put me at ease. My tire was plugged in under 40min, and they didn’t charge me anything. They lifted a huge weight off my shoulders. Thank you, Good Year. I will definitely purchase my new tires at this location.

I have used Goodyear Tires for sometime. I came out of work the other night and found a nail in the rear with low tirepressure and I was facing a 100 mile drive at nightThe Goodyear garage had just closed and I called the manager who answered the phone, told me to come in, and kept amechanic on-site to assist meThey charged me nothing!! This level of customer dedication is so rare today.Kudos to Goodyear management and staffDr Kevin Sullivan

I worked for Goodyear for several years at two different locations. I always go to a Goodyear because the company was always good to me and most stores treat customers right.However, I went into this location to remove TPMS sensors from one set of factory wheels to another set. This is a simple job. The tires do not need to be dismounted and the sensor stems do not need to be replaced on this 2020 vehicle. With that being said, the service manager quoted me at around 250.I called the Goodyear that I normally go to and asked for a price for the same job. They quoted me at 78 OTD.Be mindful when choosing this location. They will try to increase their margin on your behalf. Not the best business practice to retain customers.

I would just like to thank Nathan M. (Service Manager), Denvil Cook (Store Manager) and Lou for all the help today. My tires were sold to me in Ohio and were a nightmare after 17,000 miles on them. These guys went above and beyond to represent GoodYear and honor my tire mileage warranty! Whenever I am in Florida, I will gladly deal only with this Goodyear Service Center as they actually care about their customers! God Bless these men and Goodyear!

These are good people. It is the North Main location. Tower Road location is another story. I only go to North Main location now.

Avoid this place at all costs. Being a student with little to no knowledge of cars I was worried about being coerced into paying for services I did not need, which was the case here. I went in for an oil change and tire rotation, minutes off the lot my car lit up with warnings. After 3 visits I was told they couldn’t identify any problems, it was a “coincidence” that my car had issues right after their service, and the only thing to do now was pay for a diagnostic test to even figure out the problem. This didn’t feel right to me so I went to a different shop for a second opinion. The second shop fixed any problems within 30 minutes and told me I basically had a “very poor oil change done”. He also showed me problems good year should have made me aware of and/or fixed when the car was in their care. Rear Air filter clips were incorrectly installed, air hose by the air filter was completely out of place, oil was over full, oil drain plug was leaking (see photos). My car was now completely fine and problems were solved free of charge. Long story short I will never be returning here.

Honestly this has been the best car service that I’ve experienced. Every single person that worked there was professional and helpful from the beginning. I ended up getting tires an alignment and an oil change. Much better experience that dealership I normally go too. Goodyear just made a costumer out of me.

Brought my car in for a tire repair (nail in the tire). After examining the tire, thoroughly, they determined that the nail had not penetrated the tire so patching was not needed. Even though they removed the tire, spent a good amount of time examining it, and then putting it back on the vehicle, they didnt charge me. I really appreciate that!

These gentlemen were awesome!! My daughter’s car needed brakes and a general once over for anything else pressing that needed repair. The diagnostics were fast and when I explained I was rocking on a budget, they patiently went over the entire estimate explaining what HAD to be fixed vs. what could wait, all the while keeping my daughters road safety and our budget in the forefront. Strong work!! We will be back to do the rest of the work as money permits! They were honest and understanding...two qualities sometimes lacking at your mechanics shop.

I came here for free alignment and brake check. First of all it was all free, and the techs are amazing. Super professional, I want looking to spend anything so they gave me a detailed insight regarding the issues I was having. Didn’t force me to buy any services. Very respectful and professional.

I set up an appointment online for 4 tires and a wheel alignment. I dropped my Truck Off and all work was completed in 3 hours. They were friendly and courteous and did an outstanding job. I would recommend them to everyone I know.

I went in, got my truck alignment adjust, and paid almost $200 for 3 years program. Yet, both of my front wheels still off 1 degrees and I actually could tell from looking that it doesn’t look right. I brought my truck back the next business day and spoke to one of the tech, he was willingly to checked and answered my questions, he said: “even if it look like so, as long as it drive fine and still within the range. It should be fine.” I went on my day, but still didn’t feel right about it, so I did my research and decided to bring my truck to someone else local and got it fix within 30 mins. $200 wasted

Best auto service crew I have experienced! No matter what the problem is- They have an answer. They let you know whats best for your car- They dont just up sale for the sake of doing it! Go see them and they will take great care of you!

I called the day before, after calling all around town, and not only did Anthony have great customer service he was also able to order the specialty Jeep tire I needed for the best price. I was able to make an appointment for the next morning to get it installed and was done before I was even able to finish the episode of DIY mansion makeover that was playing in the waiting area. I am very satisfied with the service and would definitely recommend to anybody needing tires.

The auto repair industry is an ocean of predatory practices, but this place is honest and friendly. What a breath of fresh air. The people here do a great job.

I had an amazing experience here. I had two nails in my tire and I saw a sign outside that said Free Flat Repair. I was very wary because I thought there had to be a scam here but nope!!! After 45 minutes, they were able to review and patch up my tires for absolutely ZERO dollars! I walked out the door not paying anything with a fixed tire. On top of that, they were very friendly and accommodating. I 100% highly recommend this store to everybody!!!

Went to the location to get a oil change as well as an inspection of my brake pads. I got in and was greeted very fast and helped out just as quickly even though I could see they were short handed. The rep was very honest and straight forward about my car he did the oil change and told me I had plenty of meat left on the brake pads and I had another 15000 miles left and there was really no need to change brake pads. I was happy to see he was honest since I had already checked this out for my self prior to bringing my car to this location. The prices was fair and they did not try to push any extra stuff at the last minute like most shops do. The service was fast and Great quality. I would highly recommend this location for your regular car maintenance .

Best customer service and not a long wait either

I take all my vehicles there for maintenance, always fast and friendly service. They inspect my vehicles from front to back, advice me of issues, give me a quote for the repairs. Only place I trust taking my vehicles! The store manager Anthony Marston always makes sure my questions are answered on needs and cost of repairs.

Had tires installed on my Nissan Sentra ser spec v, absolutely love the feel of the ride. Was at a good price for the quality tire I received. Also had a alignment done which came out great and was done in a reasonable amount of time. Im very pleased with my experience. Everyone was nice and very informative as well.

Avoid this place. All they do is try to upsell you. They tried to sell me a new tire (at a discount of course) because one of mine had a nail in it and it couldnt be patched. When I got home I pulled the tip of a screw out of the tread and the tire wasnt even punctured.

Flat tire in the rain... They couldnt help me due to time restraints but they did fill my tire with air so I could drive somewhere that could help me. Very much appreciated!

To take an appointment, call them. If you take an appointment online it is gonna work but you are gonna wait for a longggg time. Just for maintenance check I waited 3 hours. Took an appointment at 1 pm and they started checking my car around 3pm and finally I was able to get my car around 4pm. ;(

Gave me 3 different price points from the time they initially called to give me a quote, post-inspection, to when I picked my car up, differing by almost $300. When I took my car to another shop, the price was reduced by half, as not as many parts really needed replacing. It was recommended to me to try this place out, I was disappointed with the terrible service and number-play with prices.

Awesome guys and so friendly I was traveling, low pressure light came on, pulled in and they found 2 screws and patched my tire for FREE.

I know that when you get your oil changed, the advertised price isnt exactly true because of the fees added on. So I called before I came over and clearly said, What is the bottom-line price once everything is added up? They told me $28 (after my $10 off coupon). Lo and behold, the bottom-line price I was told on the phone by Gustavo wasnt correct--it was actually $33 (with my $10 off coupon). $5 is $5, but when I call to ask one simple question which was meant to prevent EXACTLY what happened anyways, it ticks me off. Then when I pointed this out to them, they decided to get smart and brush me off. Needless to say, I wont be back, and you shouldnt go the first time.

Got a oil change, they checked out my entire truck topped of my squirters and even put air in my spare for me great guys will be my new go to shop

9am appointment. Car went back. 9:10am.They began there pre vehicle inspection that lasted a hour. 10:10am hey man we cant take one of your lug nuts off because we dont have the right tool. 10mins later i leave with a new tire in my back seat. When i get in my car the glove box was hanging open with all of my paper work on the floor mats. WOW! My car was also losing power as i was heading to another tire shop near by. Once there, i pop the hood only to notice that my battery cables hadnt been tightened properly after their inspection. All around poor experience. I was gonna call and complain but the guy working on my car seemed to be in charge at the moment. So heres my review.

I came to this store to get an oil change. They were busy and it took a while, but everything seemed to go ok.Then, lo and behold. 11 days after the oil change, i take my car to a goodyear in Sarasota for a tire issue. While theyre looking my car over, they tell me that my oil was massively overfilled and the gaskets were messed up, and i had to spend 400 dollars repairing the things that the oil had messed up.They also told me that the shop in gainesville should have known better and not let my car leave in the condition they did. If i hadnt taken my car in when i did, it could have caused a fire in my car.When i called the Goodyear Auto located at 1211 N Main street to try to get a discount or coupon or at least an apology, they were supremely unhelpful, rude, and unprofessional.I will never go to this shop again, and if you value your car, you shouldnt go here either.

SAVE YOUR TIME AND DONT GO HERE. Made a appointment at 9:30. Show up on time. Then told I might have a two hour wait because help didnt come in until 9:30(which was late and not dressed for work.) Then was told that my car uses synthetic blend and told the service writer that I have been using conventional for the past year I have had the vehicle and says wont do it cause I wont get the synthetic blend oil change. Never will I recommend this place to anyone ever again

You should avoid this place at all cost. They will try to rob you of your money. They are extremely overpriced and there are other tire shops that will take better care of you.

Called and got a price for a tire, went down to the store, stood around for about 13 to 15 mins waiting to talk to someone the guy working was on the phone the whole time, didnt acknowledge I was even there, so much for that I will buy somewhere else.

I would give it no stars if possible.I had a flat tire limped the van into this store.They saw I was in a spot without a spare,and tried to sell me a 160.00 tire,plus fees.Told them the last set of tires all four were less than 300.00 out the door.I said I have a used tire in the van unmounted and asked to have that mounted for the time being.The young guy asked the manager if he could look at the tire to see if it was OK to mount.He comes out yelling at him saying you tell them we dont mount used tires.He never addressed me or my problem just followed the guy in yelling at him,and left me in the parking lot.I continued up the street to Firestone got two tires out the door for less than 170.00.Goodyear you have lost my business,my Goodyear card will be sent back.Horrible customer service!!!!!

There is no other shop in town i would trust to take my vehicles for servicing. Always treats me right and goes over all of my opinions.
