Took my 2004 330ci to get service due to leaking transmission fluid. Manny definitely got my car running new again and didnt break my pockets! Did i forget to mention that he fixed my temperature sensor for no charge?! You wont regret coming here!

Mickey & Yvonne are great, honest people. Recently my 2012 Mini Cooper S had an intermittent engine light warning. Mickey was able to squeeze me in for a last-minute appointment and run a full diagnostic. Come to find out there was no issue and Mickey didnt try to charge me for nothing as many mechanics try to these days. I cant speak highly enough of Mickey great service, great price always honest and fair. He has been working on my BMW for about a year performing minor repairs. During my last visit Mickey identified the issue and realized it should be covered by BMW. He sent me pictures of the issue to show BMW and sent me to the dealership which fixed the issue at no charge. He could have easily just repaired the issue and charged me and I would have never knows. If you are looking for an independent shop to work on your BMW I recommend Mickey.

Dont miss out on an honest mechanic! Took my BMW (328i) over to Mickey at BMW&S after a very frustrating and costly experience with oil leaking all over my exhaust manifold and causing smoke under my hood. He fixed my issue with a tiny RUBBER CAP... after Id already dropped $1300 at a different shop for them to fix the issue (do not go to Continental Imports for anything). Mickeys wife handles the front desk and she couldnt be sweeter. All around solid place to get work done on your BMW.

I had an issue with my Minis charging system. Mickey got me in right away and diagnosed it. Honest people.

Went to Best Motor Works because my car (03 BMW 325i) had started to overheat. I took my car there hoping to get a clear diagnosis and have my issue fixed; I got a call at noon and after giving the green light I had a new thermostat and hose installed by 3pm. The price was fair and the service was polite.

Yvonne and Mickey are the best, EVER! Gems. Mickey is the master outside and Yvonne is master inside. The two are a gem and masterpiece. Love these guys

I cannot say enough good things about Best Motor Works. I decided to try them after reading the other reviews posted here. And they are all true! As soon as I started taking my car there, I knew that I was getting honest, reliable service from extremely nice, knowledgeable people. Thats very rare these days. And their prices are more than reasonable -- I would have paid 3 times as much for my repairs if I had gone through the Land Rover dealer. Highly recommend!!

Wow, this place is incredible. I had issues passing threw and called for help. So glad I did, Mickey had me fixed in no time and on the road. I love in Tampa but seriously think if I have any issues and can I will bring my car here. My best mechanic experience ever.....thanks so much guys

I went there to fix my BMW x3. They did a very good work with a good price. The staff there is very nice and friendly. Because I need to leave my car there for a few hours, she drove me to my office. She said she could pick me up if needed. When I picked up my car, she asked me if I know how to get back to my office, and she wrote down the route for me. I think I will definitely go back to them if I need to fix anything of my car in the future!

I have been meaning to write a review and I feel bad its taken me so long. I have been going to Mickeys shop for 5 years and I have NEVER been displeased with the service. Small or big he does a really wonderful job and the most honest mechanic I have met. I was in not to long ago with my Cooper and my car was chugging ect. and he found the problem right away and it was my oil cap wasnt on tight ( my husband checking my oil ) and that was all. I have gone to other shops and I really think they wouldnt have been so honest about the problem. I just got a new car and its not a BMW but Im hoping I can still go to him......

Mickey is amazing! When we lived in Gainesville I took my BMW to Mickey after it was out of warranty for all my servicing. He is an excellent mechanic and I highly recommend him. Now that we live back down in Tampa its hard to find a good honest mechanic that doesnt charge inflated rates. Wish there were more shops around like Best Motor Works!

Without a doubt, the MOST AWESOME mechanic I have ever had the pleasure to work with. Best Motor Works have been looking after my Mini Coopers since I arrived in Florida a decade ago. They offer exceptional service, and Mickey always goes above and beyond, making sure that no stone is unturned if there is a mechanical problem to be fixed. He is extremely knowledgeable and I feel 100% confident in any advice he gives me regarding my car, and I ask a lot of questions. His workmanship is unparalleled, to the point where, upon purchasing a brand new Mini Cooper in 2015, I took it to Best Motor Works for service and maintenance rather than the free services Id get for the first couple of years at the dealership. Their prices are extremely reasonable, and quite honestly, my decision to stay with the Mini Cooper brand has in large part been due to the fact that we know we have an amazing mechanic right here in Gainesville to look after our little cars :)

Only place in town that works on Minis. Cheaper than dealer on BMW. Friendly and quality work. However, my recommendation is never own a car from the BMW group. Too much maintance and require special computers and tools.

Took my E36 325i in when it started making a noise; service was fast, prompt, and fairly priced. No nonsense. Ill be coming back for all my future mechanical needs.

Best motor works is simply the best. I have had all my bmws (528i,540i,550i,e46 m3, e92 m3) worked on there. The Hospitality and work done is second to none. I highly recommend using them for your german maintenance needs.

Amazing Service, Personalized Attention and the fact that Mickey takes the time to come out to see you before you leave your car and when you go to pick it up and answer all your questions, is wonderful customer service and I swear they charge less then any certified BMW mechanic I have ever been to with better guarantees.

This was the very #Worst experience Ive ever had..not only did they not properly service my car..but to ad insult to injury, they refused to give another appointment to find out why my vehicles engine codes were coming on after they serviced it. I spoke with the female owner who was #Very rude and cursed me and my dead mother.This place should be closed down. I find them racist and very unprofessional

I highly recommend Best Motor Works. HONEST, LOYAL, PERSONAL SERVICE!!!!I called best motor works in panic because I had been scammed almost $2,500 from a local auto clinic TMT auto and my car still was leaking coolant. Mickey advised me to bring my car in the next day, and hell look over all the repairs that were made. It is amazing what he noticed. Mickey called me and advised me of everything so that I can dispute the charges with American Express and he provided me documents that supported the claim. He corrected all their mistakes and made additional repairs for less then TMT auto clinic quoted me for ONE repair!!!! I WILL always go back to Mickey for all my auto needs; I currently live an hour away, but Mickey is the only person Ill trust with my BMW. I could not THANK him enough!!! It is so hard to find honest people that proivde quality work, but Best Motor Works is the place to go! A+ LOVE THEM!
