Ive been coming here for years. Never had an issue always enjoyed coming here, but today the staff was rude and were running their mouth and cussing about me (all because I got close to the edge when pulling into the bay) before they started my oil change. Then had an attitude the entire rest of the time. Absolutely miserable people. Will probably not be back after this.

They are the Best and they Blessed me so much. My tire blew right in front of the shop. They changed my tire for FREE because I forgot my money at home. The manager and employees. Just the best people

Express is awesome. I like the fact that they include you in everything from asking if youve been having issues with the car to showing you the oil on the dip stick to allow you to see its done, clean and theres enough in there. They even checked and filled my tires, made sure all my lights and blinkers worked and offered a diagnostic check if I wanted one.They are worth every cent!

These hardworking professionals were awesome in the speed and efficiency of providing excellent quality service while giving the same energy in customer service. I am a travel nurse who’s car began to give a/c issues in a time where the weather was changing from a cooler winter to a brutal summer ( as most Georgians know we only have a sneeze worth of spring before the temps rise) so had to get my a/c fixed just to tolerate the sweltering by heat. They worked with me by allowing me to leave the car at the shop and notifying me when the job was completed. I am thoroughly satisfied. Thanks again zack and his crew!

Stripped the bolt to my oil pan. In two years never had a problem until this. I had another person try to do a oil change and because they couldnt get the bolt i brought my car back to the place that stripped it no help only a 1152$ quote for parts and labor which by the way didnt take 4.5 hours to fix nor did the parts cost anywhere near 600 plus bucks..company reached out after I made the post I did as asked still waiting to hear back lol its been months now good thing I didnt hold my breath

This was my first time here and I was actually stunned at how quick, easy, efficient, and affordable the process was. Mike even let me know what the price was going to be before we started to make sure it was okay, then showed me the oil level on the dipstick when he finished but before asking for my form of payment. Ive been due for an oil change for a few weeks, but have been too busy to get one. Luckily, I stopped at the Express Oil Change & Tire. Without having to exit my vehicle, I was immediately greeted by a technician when I drove into the parking lot. After requesting an oil change, I was promptly instructed to pull into one of the open bays. From start to finish, my requested service was completed in 10 minutes. The technician was extremely professional, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. I am very pleased with the service I received today, and I will certainly return for future services.

Ten minute oil changes, you dont even have to get out of the car. All of their prices are listed on the wall for their services, they wont try and sell you anything you dont really need. Real straight forward and I love that. Definitely sending all of my business their way.

Went in for oil change and they said alternator was bad, didnt fill any of my fluids got a second opinion on alternator nothing wrong whats that got to do with oil change and 2-3 people missed putting fluids in my vehicle how does that happen!!?

Noticed oil leak after they claim they did a oil change and what appears they over filed the oil. Oil still looks black and unchanged along with the same oil filter as before. Dont recommend.

The 10-minute oil change was less than 10 minutes! I was happy to have it done so quickly. Besides checking other fluids, they also check the headlights, brake lights, and turn signals. I recommend this location.

I stopped by for an oil change while in town, and was very pleased with the service. Eric was very helpful in answering my questions, and he was informative throughout my service. He recommended a free brake inspection due to the levels of my brake fluid, and the prices are very reasonable. They added washer fluid, checked the wiper blades and all of my lights, and added air to my tires. Everyone was very friendly. Great service all around!

He was very verbal about my fees and issues with my car. I bring all of my vehicles to this location and have never been there longer that 15 minutes. Great service and fast

They do quick good oil changes. But the last time I was there they said my water pump was leaking and needed to be replaced. I told them I hadnt noticed a loss of fluid or any changes in my thermostat temp. The next time I went in months later for my oil change, they didnt say a word about it. It kind of feels like they were just trying to get me to pay for service I didnt need. This wasnt the first time that had happened. I took a different car in to have a belt replaced. I had taken a few bolts out to replace it myself, but realized there were too many things to remove so I took it to them. One bolt in particular was in a very awkward place and very long, so I did not put it all the way back in. When I got there the guy said the bolt was stripped and the whole engine needed to be taken apart so they could fix it. I told him it wasnt stripped, it just wasnt in all the way. He still insisted that it was. So I told him I would put it back in myself. The parts just werent lined all the way up and needed to be adjusted very slightly. The bolt went right back in. I drove it back around so they could put the belt on. The guy never said a word about it, no apology for trying to get me to pay for an entire engine rebuild that wasnt necessary, nothing. I would get my oil changed there, but I wouldnt get anything repaired there.

Paid $102 here for an oil change and air filter change. Plus I felt uncomfortable. Went to the one literally right down the road across from J&Js and paid $75 for both and felt comfortable. I feel like they charged me more simply because Im a woman. Wont go back.

I went to get my oil changed today and it was an overall pleasant experience. I didnt have to wait in line for anything and being able to wait in my car while they worked on my car gave me more confidence that they were doing well.The technician (Eric) was really nice to me and explained everything he was doing to me when I had a question. They only offered to sell things that I would need to get replaced eventually anyways- ie, windshield wiper, air filter, etc.Overall it was nice experience. Maybe one day I will be rich enough to bring by cheese burgers for the crew.-John Lee

BEWARE! DO NOT USE! I was lucky just to get the oil changed. Couldnt be bothered to check anything on the list they provide other than your air filter and lights. They didnt put the customary mileage sticker in the windshield. Hey if you dont want my business just tell me. Dont waste your time here, take your car to the shop of your local high school, theyre better trained.

We had our vehicle serviced this Friday and received exceptional service by Eric! He was very professional and helped us out with several questions about the servicing of our vehicle. He performed an oil change and tune up in an excellent amount of time considering how busy it was. I’ve seen a LOT of great comments on here, and then maybe two bad ones, so I wanted to take the time to share. The two bad ones I’ve seen talked about “man handling” and the other being price. I’ve never had a single issue. Everyone down to especially the manager Mike have always been not only so kind, but treated my vehicles like their own, along with having the qualities of dependable and thorough. Personally, I would continue to go even if I didn’t need an oil change just because of how nice the staff is!

I use express oil for all of my maintenance and have always been very pleased. Bo has been doing my oil changes since I started coming nearly a year and a half ago and he has earned my trust. He lets me know when he would recommend additional maintenance but does not try to force me at all. Never takes me more than 15 minutes for an oil change here. All-around great place.

EDIT:I was able to get in touch with Bo. They were having issues with their phone the day I called. They had me bring my car in and they replaced the washer that seals the drain bolt. My car doesn’t leak oil anymore and they filled it up with fresh oil for free. They displayed excellent customer service and were nice about the whole thing. I will be using them for all future oil changes.Over priced oil change and they did not tighten the drain bolt down so now my car is dripping oil. It was not like that before I brought it to them. I have tried calling to talk to someone about this but the phone number listed does not work when I try to call them.

107.91 for an oil change. DO NOT GO HERE WHAT SO EVER! Manager does not know customer service. You charge extra behind people’s back without telling them. So asking to get a refund of $29 that they up charged, that didn’t work. But they can definitely give you a credit for next time? I own a roofing company with many fleet.....Lost my business. Will spread the word around about this so called establishment. PLEASE FOR FUTURE REFERENCE, STATE TO YOUR CUSTOMERS THAT YOU UP CHARGE ON MANY THINGS. DO BUSINESS RIGHT

I just had my oil changed at Express Oil Change and Service Center this morning. I chose this establishment based on the previous great reviews. I now know why they have so many 5-star reviews. This place is wonderful. They were very fast and treated me well. Ricky H serviced my car and gave me a detailed list of things he checked. He told me the cost up front and didnt attempt to push any add-ons to my service. I am very happy with this place and will be coming back often.

It wasnt what I expected, so dont let the look of the location fool you! It was an awesome experience and the staff were so kind and helpful. What a great team you all have! Mike answered the phone and was very helpful in explaining services and directions to your facility. Mark and Justin were very accommodating and fast with my oil change, and even made sure the rest of my fluids, lights, and belts were working properly. These guys are great! Theyre sort of old fashioned -- in that they take customer service very seriously. I took my car in for an oil change about two weeks ago and was pleasantly surprised. I needed an oil change badly so I called and asked what time they would be closing...I had 20 minutes to get there and get started...I arrived to a very welcome hello and speedy service...while my car was being serviced I noticed that they had 2 more cars pull in behind me and it was almost time for them to close...they continued to work and moved me up and went on to the next customer...the manager came out to my car and asked how everything went... I was very impressed with this!!! His name is Riley and he even helped me out with a few questions I had about my car without hestation or hurrying me on my way because it was time to close...they didnt turn away any of the remaining customers... Ive been in the customer service industry for 30 years and I would recommend Riley and his team to everyone! Thanks for the great service and I will be there in about 2000 plus miles !!!

I went in to get a tune-up on my car. They had gave me an estimate over the phone, but the actual cost was less than the estimate, which was very awesome. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. I always get my oil changed here because it is convenient and they always do a great job.

Im new to the area and this was my first time visiting this Service Center based on previous reviews. It was my girlfriends German convertible so I was a little concerned in bringing her vehicle here instead of a dealership but after seeing Eric and the oil bay team thoroughly inspect her vehicle from top to bottom I knew we were in good hands. After they inspected the vehicle, Eric reviewed with me the cost of performing the full service oil change prior to doing any work. Will definitely start bringing our vehicles to Express for servicing. Thank you Eric and team for ensuring her convertible is mechanically safe for the roads ahead.

Somehow my husbands van went from no issues to nothing but issues after having the oil changed. They manhandled the cover for the air filter so bad the knocked the main air intake out of alignment. We caught that and had it fixed. What we didnt notice until the next morning, they damaged the radiator as it is now leaking. We take it right back and they cannot find a problem with the radiator and claim we have a massive oil leak, this was never discussed or mentioned previously. Odd, this van is parked in my driveway and has NEVER leaked anything until they touched it. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE.

These guys are great! Simple & easy, just drive up wait a bit (not much at all usually) and they take you in. Give you the service you want, check your lights and a few other things and your on your way. I have always done the dealership thing, this is far superior.
