Love the yogurt here. The pineapple flavor reminds me of Dole whip from Disney World. Really havent had a bag flavor here. Just had strawberry cotton candy yesterday and original flavor and they were both very good. Original had just the right amount of tartness for my taste.

Great frozen yogurt. But horrible customer service. Not welcoming at all. We said thank you have a great night and not even a response the girl just walked away. While trying to serve some toppings another girl was refilling some other ones and I politely said “I’m sorry excuse me” and she just made a face and completely ignored me.It’s bad that a place has good stuff that you want to eat again there but horrible service enough to not want to return back. Btw Annie’s sweets and treats has great frozen yogurt and really good service. Girls there greet you and smile. That’s a place you want to go back we’re you feel good as a customer (:

They taste more like ice cream as most of the flavors are pretty sweet to me. A little pricy as well...

I normally really like this place but me and my friends tried to come at 8:15pm today and the doors were locked and the people inside were cleaning even though it doesnt close till 9 :/

They did a great job in making sure people stay safe inside! The young ladies working were very nice and helpful and sweet.

This is a great place to go for a cool treat. We have come here for a while now. The staff is always very nice and ready to help if there is any issue. They always have a large number of toppings on had, even ones that you do not normally see in frozen yogurt. One time they even had Peeps available as a topping. Also you can bring the family here without spending a large amount of money.

Love sweet frogs. They have a nice variety of flavors and lots of toppings. Best of all they have pay one price days. It is alway clean and well kept. It gets busy after school as it is a favorite of kids. My favorite flavor is birthday cake and peanut butter topped with mango poppers.

Love this place! If youre a fan of frozen yogurt, you gotta check them out. They have an amazing variety of flavors and a toppings bar to go along with it. Its a great place to grab a treat for all ages. Its a little on the pricey side, so we dont go as often as we would like to, but when we go as a family, we always have a great time. Sweet Frog’s yogurt is sooo good!! It’s a little expensive, but definitely worth it. The staff is great and there are just the right amount of options. The chocolate covered strawberries are the best I’ve ever had.

Sweet frog is my favorite place to have frozen yogurt. They often change flavors so I get to try new things while still having the classics. The toppings are the best and always fresh.

Frozen yogurt place with lots of toppings. Seems like the trend for this is going down. Every time I visit there are less choices or new ones that are not really toppings for a yogurt. If you like to satisfy your taste buds, this isnt a bad place to visit.

***After e-mailing them, I have yet to hear a response.Its okay,i would have appreciated it more if the employees were more attentive to the lobby and keeping it clean. Trash, yogurt, spoons and topping debris were all over the floor. Trays needed a cleaning too.employees stand behind the bar and watch customers with glazed looks as they get their cups instead of engaging with them or attending to the messy lobby. One employee did come out once during my visit to wipe down a table and a chocolate spill on a tray, but ignored the floor. None of the employees on shift today smiled either.Please correct your staffs behavior and teach them how to clean properly as well.Thank You

They usually offer a lactose-free version for those of us who are intolerant. Staff is always friendly! Good place to bring your kids.

My daughter and I love coming to Sweet Frog. The yogurt is super yummy and the topping selections are great! We especially love the Strawberry and Coconut yogurt!

Im not one to write negative reviews..but I had a bad experience today at this location. I went in around 4:45pm(Saturday, June 9th) the girl working there didnt have a name tag on that I could see...but she was so rude. I went to put toppings in my ice cream and accidentally dropped one piece of the cookie dough into the brownie container. She quickly gave me an annoyed look and scooped it back into its container. I said sorry and she just stared at me with an annoyed look on her face. From there, she proceeded to watch my every move...with this mean look on her face. After I was done with scooping my last topping..she grabbed the spoon out of my hand to place it back in the container. So very rude. Thankfully, the guy that checked me out was very friendly. Im sad to have written this review..but it needed to be made public.

They dont have much choice for toppings. The kids working there barely acknowledge you even when youre paying for the stuff. Theyre not very attentive or friendly. Ive been here twice and will be trying somewhere else next time I decide to have froyo.

If you are brown skinned, please be warned you will have the girls who work there stare, giggle and make you feel incredibly uncomfortable. The girls who are staff there, walked up to within 4ft of our table, looking in our direction and laughing like we were a freak show or something.They should have been escorted out the store, but the girl at the counter was no better.

Came here after my family and i didnt get filled up with our dinner of overpriced tacos at another restaurant.Came in and worker at counter didnt greet us even after I smiled and said hello.Ended up getting just plain vanilla because other flavors not as good as they used to be from last time I came.Good options for toppings though.
