My first time here and let me say they have the best coffee, way better than Starbucks! Employees Carly and Ashley were very friendly and greeted me as soon as I walked in and even gave some recommendations. I had the dirty blonde coffee, tasted fresh and yummy. Will most definitely be back!

A favorite with my children. Excellent hit chocolate and cookies. The dark chocolate mocha was top notch. My daughter loved the kolache.

My favorite place to drive through for a coffee! I love all the options and I’ve never had a bad one. They do make them pretty sweet but asking for it half sweet always does the trick for me. Hope they get more fall flavors!

Nice seating accommodations. Great selection of eats. Had fresh bananas to baked goods. And sandwiches. They offers a gluten free option daily. As well as non dairy options for drinks. They were accommodating with a need outside of their options when I called in advance!! They knew I would be making a purchase. Definitely will visit again, depending on travel times to the area.

Short: Good, worth a try but dont rush or go out of your way.Long: Ive been here twice. Service has been friendly and fast in the drive through each time. Coffee isnt anything to go out of your way for. I have have tried the black and white, as well as a pumpkin spice. Both times my coffee has tasted like the same drink. Dutch Bros if my favorite coffee (in case you want to compare tastes)First time I ordered a veggie breakfast sandwich, and got a room temperature bacon and egg sandwich. I try not to eat pork, so that wasnt great. Second time I ordered a cranberry almond scone. This was better. Warm and flaky. When I first saw it I thought it was a little pricey for the size, but it is fresh and filling.

Great coffee. Great crustless quiche. Great people.

Nice mom and pop coffee shop. I much prefer it over Starbucks or big chains. Their scones are delicious especially the lemon poppy seed. I love their chai lattes as well. Cant go wrong with that.

I got greeted at the door, everyone was really nice, my drink came out at a reasonable time and it was really good. (I got a med banana strawberry smoothie) everything was clean and well stocked. Masks were required when ordering but could be taken off when seated. Social distancing reminders which was nice. The music was good, very neutral and quiet enough to have a conversation but loud enough so there wasnt a awkward silence. Prices were comparable to other shops. Overall I would return to this location!

Very friendly and helpful people. I feel like they understand dietary restrictions well. Though I wish they had more low carb breakfast options. Everything on the food side is too heavy for my mornings.

I come to this coffee shop multiple times a week, as I work close by early in the morning. They’re very quick in the drive through and I can get through in usually 5 minutes. I love the iced Caramel latte! My low rating is because of the shop’s inability to enforce mask wearing. Customers frequently come in and order without wearing masks, and they don’t enforce closing off every other table to insure social distancing. They also don’t clean tables in between customers. It’s one thing to take your mask off while drinking, but they should enforce masks for entrance like the sign on their door says and the city requires. I have had to stop sitting inside because of the hygiene problems when I’m here :(. It’s frankly sad when there’s an urgent care just a few blocks away filled with people suffering from COVID and this business is not during their duty to stop this sickness

I love this place, I go here about once a week and they never let me down with service and the quality/taste of their drinks.

Ive only been twice but everything was amazing. The spicy matcha latte is super yummy and different. All the drinks I tried had the right level of sweetness. The croissant breakfast sandwich was good too. The staff were friendly and kept the line of cars moving. I havent seen the inside at all but all in all everything I could ask for from a coffee shop!

For years I’ve wondered why in the world Starbucks doesn’t have coconut syrup. Well guess what, Mochas & Javas does! And they don’t have the INSANE drive thru lines that our local Starbucks’ all do. AND my drinks have been consistent at Mochas & Javas, not the case at you know where. I am loving the Iced Coconut Latte with skim milk. They are also friendly and fast. I have wasted too much time elsewhere! Thank you, Mochas & Javas! ❤️

I usually get their coffee, which is good, and their gluten free muffin. On my last visit there a couple of days ago this girl working in the drive thru looked quite annoyed and angry when I politely asked her to heat up my coffee since it was not hot at all. After she heated it up it still was not hot enough. Also, it makes me uncomfortable when I am asked if I want to tip. There is a nice older man (I think he is possibly the manager) who served me like 2 or 3 times when I came through the drive thru. He is real nice and kind toward me. He is the only one who smiles and who told me about points I could redeem. I rarely get great customer service like that in this area. I dont see him there often, unfortunately.

We just moved from AZ and found this to be as friendly and welcoming as most of North Texas is proving to be. Cant say enough about the team in the Frisco location! Kevin greeted us and told us about Mochas $ Javas!! We will be back many times!!

I really like the coffee here. But when I go through the drive thru I am asked if I want to leave a tip before I even get my coffee. Makes me feel like if I don’t leave a tip my coffee won’t be made as well. I think it’s bad customer service to ask your customers to leave a tip in a drive thru.Edit: The owner explained that this is due to COVID. I am editing my review because I truly love their coffee. It’s good to know once things go back to normal, I won’t be asked about the tip.

Cappuccino... not good. Blueberry Muffin was not fresh, you can get your muffin cold as ice or nuked in a microwave... I was trying to experiment with a new place, unfortunately this was a waste of time and money. Back to the Cappuccino, I order a cappuccino for dining in and they served it to me in a paper cup!!! :-(

This chain of coffee house may not now be as numerous as Starbucks, but I think their coffee and pastries are more tasty. This location has a calm and relaxing atmosphere and I enjoyed the coffee cake. I recommend this place.

So we’re southern California transplants, aka, coffee bean and tea leaf lovers and since leaving home, we’ve yet to find a place that tastes and reminds us of home... that was until we decided to stop in and try this little shop tucked away in the corner of the target shopping center. We get the mocha java chino which is reminiscent of our mocha ice blended drink from Cali (we order ours without the chocolate drizzle) 🤤 and don’t even get me started on the amazing and personalized service and hospitality! If you’re from the L.A. area, tired of Starbucks, or just want a place that will add to your morning coffee routine, and start your day off right, this is your spot! Small business feel, with corporate taste and quality 👌

THE BEST chicken salad sandwich EVER!!!! Hot chocolate was like none other I’ve ever had. All of their food is freshly made. Service is always fast and the friendliest. If you haven’t been to Mochas and Javas you need to get there ASAP!!

Good place to go when the local Starbucks is overly packed. Better parking and they have a good rewards program. Good WIFI speeds and location. I did not like how loud the blender was because of how small it is, it was overly loud and the lack of power supply is why it is my back up to Starbucks and not my primary.

Great place to get bulletproof coffee if you are in a hurry and forgot to make your own. The cold brew is excellent as well, and they have never been out of it like other places often are.

She is extremely talented and we get compliments on everything she has ever made for us! So thankful she is our go-to right here in the neighborhood. We choose Coffee and Cream first for all of our custom dessert needs!!

Had a chocolate craving so stopped in for a brownie and hot chocolate. Great service and hit the spot. The hot chocolate also wasnt syrupy sweet, which I liked. Theres a great corner where kids can draw and play, but theyre out of the way of other patrons. Ill be visiting this place again.

I asked for the water to be added to the cup before the espresso was and they scoffed at me as if I were clueless thus my reason for making this rating a 1. Learn and master your craft so that you don’t serve trash products to people. I have visited twice in one week now. Had a caramel vanilla latte, dirty blonde, banana bread, and pumpkin spice bread. They were all amazing! Banana bread was my favorite and they offer to warm it up for you. Service is great here and fast! Want to try the cakes from the bakery!

Lovely place. The desserts are quite lovely. I picked up a few selections on the way home and the family loved the mocha brownie bar, the lemon bar, and the cupcakes. I definitely recommend supporting this locally owned business.

Never had anything here I didnt love. Their chocolate chip cookies are the best around. Coffee is far superior to Starbucks or Duncan Donuts. We even ordered a cake from here for my daughters birthday and I couldnt be more pleased with the value and outcome of the cake. If you want a great treat, coffee, or need a cake for a special occasion - this is your place.

The Carswells have hit the mark with quality coffees and other drinks and incredible fresh baked goods. Give me a blackeye and I am good to go! Three locations in town - my regular stop is Wonder World Drive and Hopkins.

The lattes here are the best around! I LOVE their new gluten free muffins and almond croissants. Ive tasted the custom cakes from there too, it was moist and well decorated.

I rarely give 5 stars to anything but I love this neighborhood coffee shop and new ownership is fantastic. This is a place with heart where the owner, Kevin, is not just seen but making coffee but also serving it to you like it makes him happy to do so. People remember your name here (cheers anyone?), the service is great, the coffee is wonderful and lots of good food choices (try the crustless quiche or any of the gluten free muffins!). Id rather support the local business when possible. Hope you give this place a try. They are excellent!

One star for the attempt. The other for the pastries. I DONT know for the life of me why these coffee joints dont serve actual coffee! Got a small latte and it was one of the most watered down espresso drinks Ive ever had. If youre going to serve a bigger small drink size, put an extra shot of espresso in there! I dont care for the milk with a hint of coffee! Also, you shouldnt steam the milk to the point of boiling it for espresso, it kills the oils. Shops like these are the reason why I am being forced to continue drinking Starbucks.

This was my first time visiting under the new ownership. Good service, friendly employees. My only complaint is that I paid for a syrup to be added and they didnt tell me that they were out of that specific syrup until they had started making the beverage, which is a simple mistake, but I may have wanted something else had I known.

Comfortable environment - had a variety of tables and chairs in different sizes which makes it easy to meet a friend to talk or focus on a few hours of solo work on a laptop. It is a quaint place for sureFeatures Oak Cliff Coffee Roasters which is OK. For a better coffee taste and experience, I much prefer Dunn Brothers in Addison (they roast in house).A big plus - they offer local Henrys Homemade Ice Cream. Yum!Coffee N Cream makes and bakes their food from scratch. I had their spinach mushroom quiche and it was very good.

This place is disappointing. Food is not great. Drinks are incredibly hit or miss. I can order the same drink 3 times and get 3 different tastes depending on which barista is making it.

The food and coffee here is so good. I love the light roast Honduran. We ate a gluten free muffin (best ever) and a sausage kolache (also best ever).

I dont think Ive ever had a warm beverage here, but my rating is simply for the size of the iced beverage. When it was Coffee N Cream the large iced size was bigger, but less than Starbucks. Its definitely gotten smaller and my $5+ doesnt seem to be justified with such a small size. There are other options for coffee in the area and sadly dont see myself going back until this is addressed.

Had the frozen hot chocolate. Absolutely delicious and not too sweet because they use dark chocolate. We were there an hour before closing so it wasnt busy at all.

I ordered a cake here for my 16th Birthday party and was absolutely amazed! The cake was so cute and exactly what I wanted... Not to mention it tasted awesome as well!

I’m a TXST alum and Mochas and Javas is a staple down there! I love having one all way up here in DFW. The coffee is great, the food is amazing (the sausage they use in the kolaches is brought up every week all the way from San Marcos btw :) and the family who owns it is very sweet! You have to come try it out if you haven’t already! ☕️
