Great curbside service. Cookie Cakes are just right every time.

I ordered a cookie cake with custom colors that said “congrats!” at around 6:50pm on may 11th 2021 with uber eats. I waited until around 7:50, when i got a message on the uber eats app from the driver that informed me that when he had gone to the store they told him they don’t support uber eats. The driver ended the order which originally charged me but i was able to easily get a refund with the uber eats app. I don’t believe this is any fault of uber eats, but quite possibly some lousily trained worker who didn’t know the store was supporting uber eats. Will not be ordering again. Very negative experience.

They need to have nut warning signs for ALL of their cookies. I am allergic to cashews and I am always cautious of what nuts are in what foods. But i ate a cookie called “chewy chocolate” and it had 0 indicators of containing nuts. I have been throwing up for HOURS as my body is trying to get it out of my system. i hope this does not happen to anyone else. I know it can be annoying telling every single person “this does contain nuts, just so you know!” or at least start putting signs. thank you !

Ordered cookies from the Stonebriar location and had my husband to pick them up to find that they were hard! They did not freshly bake these cookies for pick up. It’s ALWAYS hit or miss at this location and the Eldorado location. Also, they hire mostly kids that do not care about customer service. I’m done spending $9 for 6 cookies!! I’ll go to Tiff Treats where your cookies are ALWAYS baked to order when ordered online or over the phone.

Cookies are good, but better advertisement needed that they are cooked in peanut oil. My daughter is allergic so I am glad I asked first as I didnt see it posted.

I was calling all morning. Walk up and 4 or 5 employers standing around. They could not answe phone between 12-1? One kid has his fingers in hair constantly! (Yuck) testing on counter where cakes are kept.! there is one guy who works here and is great but unfortunately he was not there today.

I must say that it was great to give it a try! Costumer service was wonderful, the guy is an artist, I wanted a Nerf theme cookie for my sons birthday and he rock it! Service was fast, I like the prices and the cookies are deliciouuuuusssss.

Watched the workers drop a blue plastic ice scoop on the ground and pick it back up and put it in the ice for the drinks. Also building out the cookie boxes on the floor with the inside face down. Horrible cleanliness issues! This was on 12/09/18 at 1:30 PM.

Great tasting cookies for the most part but they make the cookies super small especially the cookie cake slice is smaller the half a normal pizza slice there service was ok and they also serve samples which are also extremely small and most of the time isnt even there but overall with all of there flaws I still love there cookies so I still go there
