Ordered sons birthday cake online. When I arrived I was told that the online orders are still going to a previous owner. They offered zero apologies and had no cakes of any size to sell me. They then referred to go to Great American Cookie.

I ordered a cookie cake for my birthday from this Nestle shop. The owner, Kyle, was fantastic to work with. He and the cookie decorator really made my vision come to life. They went above and beyond to make sure I was a pleased customer. Thank you!!!!

Staff are amazing and very attentive. Make sure you are happy. Of course cookies are never short of the best!!!

The cookies were great! We tried the chocolate chip with pecans and the turtle.

I work in the mall and I always find that this Nestle Store is just so vibrant with its employees.I always go by and they just notice me and ask my day. It may just be a cookie or 2, but the employees are definitely dedicated to making their customers priority.

The service we got here was good. My husband loved their snicker doodle cookie. I ordered their upside down shake and it didnt quite meet my expectations. The ice cream flavor wasnt great and the cookie was mushy at the bottom. I wouldnt recommend that item.

I have ALWAYS LOVED Tollhouse cookies!!! My Mom used to always bake them at home. It wasnt until a few years ago that I discovered the stories. Its almost like having her do the baking again 💖💖😏

I’ve always had a great experience here but today was horrible. As soon as I arrived the woman working there turned around and pretended to be busy, I could see she was doing nothing. I constantly tried to get her attention saying “excuse me” but she acted as if I wasn’t there. Right after, a couple arrived and she quickly turned to greet them and help them. I was shocked and offended. My mom noticed and raised her voice to get her attention and that’s when she turned to us to apologize but it was completely disrespectful of her to do that from the beginning. There was another employee there but he actually was busy so I was trying to ask her. We ended up leaving without buying anything.

With a little snafu from wanting to order through GrubHub, I called the Nestle Cafe directly and spoke to the kindest and most helpful staff member - George! After the cancellation of my GrubHub order, George let me know that they could deliver directly. He took the order for a big birthday cookie and told me that he would take care of it.He knew the circumstances of the birthday recipient - my mom who has leukemia. George delivered the big birthday cookie directly and told me that my mom was so pleased. How much better customer service could one hope for when you live thousands of miles away?On top of George’s kind and personalized care of my order, I contacted him and said that I didn’t leave a tip while placing the order directly. George said not to worry! I don’t know if George is an owner or an employee, but I applaud him for such personal care!Forget birthday cakes; it’s Nestle Cafe birthday cookies for my loved ones forever!Thank you, George!

Cookie taste = amazing! However, the decorating leaves much to be desired. Typically you order a cake with the intention of it both looking good and tasting good - dont count on it with this place. My experiences with this company in the past have been great, but now I pay the same and dont receive the same quality in decoration. One suggestion - hire a cake artist or put some effort into your own decorations. Just sayin!

Everyone at our table was enjoying everything. Staff treated us so nice. Reminds me of a restaurant in Philadelphia that I enjoyed.

I tried ice cream here .. found hair and they should wear hair cap and should be more hygenic
