Sofia is the Best! Lots of Smiles, Excellent Customer Service and the place is always clean! The frozen yogurts and topping are awesome. I wish you had more Organic and/or at least non-gmo natural stuff. We love fun foods but try our best to avoid artificial flavors and colors and genetically modified foods. Thanks for listening!

Purple Kiwi is one of the froyo places Ive loved since I found it years ago thats still around. The frozen yogurt is always creamy and delicious, the tables are and machines are clean, and the owner and staff are friendly. Most recently I hosted a small birthday party there for my 8 year old, and the owner was so accommodating, generous, and welcoming. They have a loyalty punch card, which I appreciate. The price per ounce seems fair to me, and if Im not mistaken they have a happy hour in the afternoons. Definitely stop by and give them a try.

I absolutely love this place. I take my son here every few weeks after he gets a haircut! The people that work here are so sweet. Its always very clean, which eases my germ anxiety as a mom! I love that the fruit is fresh. It doesnt sit in a syrup of any sort. They do have sweet things to add if thats your thing!

All I have to say is Taro flavor here and the most colorful fun environment you could ask for. Be aware I see a lot of bad reviews... but you Pay by the weight and you can try any flavors you want too before you get them. If you dont want it to be expensive then get less, and of you dont want to be unhappy try them first and dont mix up a bunch of stuff that wont be good together. I hope this helps people enjoy the experience a little bit more. And yes dont bury the waffle bowl if you want to eat it, a little harder done than said.

Good place for low fat yogurt

The customer service at this place is awful. I have gone there twice in the last month and both times the lady working (same lady) cared more about telling us we were closing than inviting us into the store. The place closes early now for COVID but that is not advertised. When you show up at 8:57, the lady says “we are closing”. Doesn’t say to the 6 of us we can get yogurt just rudely says we are closing. She didn’t thank us for buying yogurt, for spending $50, or for the business, she just rang us up and didn’t say a word. The worst customer service!

The yogurt is little more tart than some of the other similar frozen yogurt style places Ive been to, but overall still good. They had cookie dough topping, so I was happy.

I genuinely dont know how this place has such a good score. I love froyo and didnt think anyone could mess this up cause I, honestly, always have a nice experience at any place I go to.First, this place was gross. The trash can was overflowing. The floors were extremely filthy.The flavor options were minimal and they were all more like a sorbet consistency. This place had the smallest topping selection I have ever seen. There were only 3 or 4 fruit options. I was lucky enough to get some strawberries and blueberries. ..what was left at least. I had to scrape up up the edges of the container since no one felt the need to refill anything.The girl there was on her phone the ENTIRE time. It was like she was rudely interrupted when anyone went to pay. She was only nice to her friends who came in for free dessert.I thought because of the location, it would be a fine experience. But I will never walk in here again.

Every time I come to Dallas I HAVE to visit Purple Kiwi! The frozen yogurt and toppings are so tasty and in addition the store itself is gorgeous. Such a cute place!

Went here for the first time Sunday evening. The place was filthy! The floor looked like it hadn’t been mopped/cleaned for a week, there was large amounts of ice cream puddling under the dispensers, and the topping station was filthy with toppings spread all over the counter and onto the floor.The young female attendant didn’t even take her headphones out to serve us. After paying, she sat back down and went back to her computer and eating ice cream. Very unsanitary!We won’t be back.

My husband, Justin and I went into purple Kiwi this afternoon. We are frequent customers. Whenever Im craving something sweet but wanting to stay healthy, this is the perfect place. My daughter is currently undergoing chemo, and it is obvious, as she is bald. We went to pay and the employee told us that he was instructed by the owner to not charge us for our four frozen yougurts with toppings. We thanked them more the once, doing our best to express our gratefulness. Two thumbs up!

The owner makes this place 5 stars. I love that they dont change out all of the flavors like many places do. Everything is kept clean and stocked up. Its very delicious and not expensive.

There werent many toppings, but I do like that they have an NSA option. The strawberries were not fresh at all and there was not whipped cream. Overall I think there are better options for frozen yogurt in the area.

They are always closing early! I get that you want to go home, but if your hours say you are open to a certain time, be open!Other than that issue, its a decent shop. Try to avoid putting too many toppings on because thats nearly pure profit and quickly increases the weight of your cup (which is how price is determined)

High School Kid at the counter, no mask, letting other kids get ice cream without masks or gloves. No manager in sight. Definitely unprofessional in the middle of a pandemic

Very good yogurt place for the area! Can be very busy at times but overall great! Favorite flavors are the vanilla and tart! Its also very clean every time I go in - despite lots of children sometimes!

Best froyo store around. Real yogurt. Not powders mixed with skim milk. You can easily tell the difference in quality. Excellent selection of flavors and toppings. Lovely decor.

With many low-fat and sugar free options (all very delicious), this place is always great for a pick me up or a night out.

The front desk employee was terrible. On her phone watching Netflix, literally in front of everyone and would barely get your order finished before she was back on it. She did not keep up with the stores cleaning, so it was pretty dirty and even had people have to ask her to restock cups.We almost considered leaving but were in the mood for FroYo so we suffered through it. The flavors were pretty bland, but the toppings good so eh... either way won’t be returning, not worth our time and money.

Stopped by the Purple Kiwi as a treat for our hard work of shopping in Stonebriar and Legacy. There were enough selections to satisfy the three different palates in our group. We are not FroYo connoisseurs. We just came for a treat and it fit the bill.

UPDATE Aug 2020. We have been here several times although we go to other yogurt places more often. Its a matter of convenience as the other places are closer when doing errands/lunch. Good selection. And the first yogurt place open during virus crises that the topping are available and not package into smaller containers. In other words just like before the virus crises.

This is my favorite place! I go Atleast once a week. I love all the toppings and froyo selection. Highly recommend!

Very dirty machines, floor is sticky, low supplies, and rude staff. The cashier had her AirPods in and was on her phone the entire time. I am disgusted that I see similar reviews from at least a year ago and I’m having the exact same experience a years later. We won’t be back.

My favorite froyo in Plano/Frisco

Purple Kiwi has great fro yo, especially the Sea Salted caramel pretzel yogurt with caramel sauce. SO tasty. I get it at least twice a week.Always clean and great service. :)

One of the first froyo places I visited after moving here. They always have a great selection of flavors, and plenty of toppings to build your creation. Traffic can be busy so dont park near the building.

I came in at 8:15 pm with my wife on Friday may 26th. TERRIBLE customer service. When I first walked in we didnt know who or if anyone was working there. I was looking for the bathroom to wash my hands and I was confronted by someone who appeared to be a customer, because she was sitting with a friend. This person asked me in a very rude tone about what I was looking for I replied the bathroom and once again in a very rude manner pointed at the other side of the store and said over there. Really bad attitude and poor customer service.. especially in an area where there is tons of competition. If this place didnt have great watermelon sorbet, we wouldnt be back.

What constantly brings me back to Purple Kiwi are the fresh ingredients and most important of all, the service. Highly recommend this place to any yogurt fans out there!
