I ordered a custom ice cream cake. I cannot express how absolutely DELICIOUS this cake was. It was worth every penny spent and they fulfilled every request. Im usually skeptical on ice cream cakes but hands down the best one Ive ever had. I will definitely be ordering from here more often. Well done!!

Great employee but not to sure of themselves. I got a sweet cream and it was not very good. Usually excellent. Went back and they offered to give me another but I didn’t want the same kind. So I just threw it away. They offered no refund or store credit. That is disappointing.We will be back but not for awhile.

Took my boys for their 1st time. They loved it. We loved it. The manager was so kind. So patient. So courteous. He deserves a raise. We got Oreos and vanilla ice cream. We also got the butterfingers and vanilla mix. All was wonderful.

Didnt leave a review last time but Natalia and Allison were very nice and the ice cream was delicious.There was quite a few people when we got there and there was only one of the girls there so it too a lot longer than I hoped it would but overall very good.

If you like cold slab ice cream, this is an awesome place. Very good waffle cones.Update: this specific location in Frisco, TX, on Eldorado, seems to have taken a turn for the worst. They dont keep their waffle cones made with various toppings, and when you ask for one, they dont seem to be interested in making any for you. Sad.

Great place! The service is friendly and the ice cream is delicious! The owner is very dedicated in running the store and I guarantee you she puts in her best effort to make her customers feel satisfied every possible way when they purchase something. People seem to complain about the price a lot but keep in mind that this is FRESH ice cream. Its not some frozen thing in a bin with a bunch of preservatives enabling it to have a two year shelf life. This is fresh ice cream made by the owner with her own hands and time. Plus, milk and gas prices are rising so you cant really expect a one dollar cone ANYWHERE, especially in DFW area.

Wow this place is disgusting. Looks like it hasnt been cleaned in months. All the chairs were dripping in old ice cream and sticky. The floor obviously hasnt been mopped in months and your shoes stuck to it. Im crossing my fingers that the back of house is more sanitary than the front of house but I doubt it. Either way I wont be back.

We got three small cups of ice cream with toppings. Service was good. Ice Cream was good. Cant ask for much more!

The 2 guys (High School kids?) working were awesome and acted like machines working in unison. Super friendly and enthusiastic. Had a rum flavor one that was pretty spot on!

I took my cousin and his friends for a treat. We were greeted with a warm reception, which was nice. The ice cream was fantastic. Azzaam really took his time getting all of our orders correct. I recommend trying them, it was a good experience.

The first time I went here I had great service and the ice cream tasted amazing. The second time I went (tonight) the service was horrible. We told them specifically we wanted the ice cream to go and it melted all over us on the way home. It took 30 minutes to make 5 ice creams. They got half the orders wrong and couldnt remember what we wanted. I only wanted two toppings! They had to be reminded multiple times to put in stuff that we told them too and all five of us only asked for one or two items on the ice cream. The dark chocolate ice cream didnt taste like dark chocolate and the chocolate tasted like vanilla. The butter pecan ice cream was amazing but the strawberries on top were frozen solid. Horrible experience and I got charged 20 bucks to have to clean ice cream off my car because they didnt make them to go despite asking multiple times.

The ice cream is delicious but the service could use an upgrade. They had ran out of cotton candy and when I asked if they did the points using the phone number and he replied oh yah we do but I already rang up your order. Even though I have always got a small cup of water with our ice cream from other locations he said he wasnt allowed and I could purchase a bottle of water. Poor customer service all together.

Tried to take my 3yr old son here as a special treat. Got here about 5 min before they opened and decided to wait. I finally left 20 min after they were supposed to open because no one was there. Lights off and door locked. I saw several people try the door and leave. They lost several customers that day.

This place recently renovated and they included the Great American Cookie Company. We walked in after dinner at the Hulu Hut. I usually do not do reviews for chains like this so think of this more like a PSA.Don’t expect much and go to Braums on Main instead. This place is run by teenagers that lack focus. Customer service was absent but this is due in part to untrained young staff that need more structure and oversight.

5 of us went into this location and the attendant that was short and had a beard did an AMAZING job. He took care of everyones needs including one of us who only wanted red gummy bears! She asked him as a joke and he said he would do it for her and meant it! I highly recommend this location to EVERYONE!!

I took my daughter here and immediately noticed this place was very unkept and needed a good scrub down. Paint is peeling from the trim next to the the tables and the front of the trash cans were covered in layers of old ice cream that looked like they haven’t been cleaned in months! Everything looked so dirty and old! Very disappointed to see an ice cream place in this condition especially for the area it is located in. I also didn’t appreciate hearing the employees talk about vomiting and feeling like they were going to die because of drugs they had taken. I just wanted to take my little girl out for ice cream. I definitely did not expect this.

Stopped by on Sunday with the kids and was AMAZING as always! Workers are always friendly and eager to great us with a smile and great attitude!! We highly recommend this location.

They dont open til 11:30. Seems crazy to open so late. Im sure the ice cream is good but I wouldnt know since I needed ice cream at 11:00. Just crazy.

Was $10 for a kids size just ice cream and a small mixed with 2 toppings. Ice cream was melting as she was making it. It was hot in the store, flies flying around. No wonder we were the only ones in there.

Tried going for a late night ice cream run and the kids working there decided to close up shop a little over a half hour early on a Saturday night.I know we were those people that I always love to hate when they came in to my work last minute...but ay, still. Gotta stay open the hours you advertise.Much disappoint rather than much ice cream.

I have never seen ice cream served as slowly as it was served here. There were a few people in line in front of me and the two teenagers working here spent an eternity getting their ice cream. After 15 minutes and not even half the people in front of me were served, I gave up and left. Thanks for hiring a bunch of kids to run your store

My life was changed when I entered the doors of the Marble Slab Sunday eveing. I indulged myself in butter pecan with Twix and caramel . Amaan was quite generous with his helpings and even included extra spoons and napkins free. If your looking for a life changing experience for ice cream go here you wont be disappointed.

The staff is always very friendly, but I’m only giving 2 stars because of how dirty the shop is. Please close it down for a couple of days to get the frost out of the freezers and give the store a good cleaning.

If I could give zero stars I would took over 30 mins to get 3 kids ice cream and 2 of the 3 workers were just standing around with there thumbs up there ass pretty much and didnt even offer to help with my order never going back

First time.. great place.

Filthy every time I walk in. It smells like sewer as well. The regridgerated section had a bunch of empty boxes in it with no product. The lighted signs all burned out and glass was so dirty. I had no greeting when I walked in and by the looks of how dirty it was, I did not feel safe buying my favorite icecream. I was the only one who was in there. I turned around and walked back out. This has been my experience everytime I walk in. Im done. How do you stay in business? Wow.. just wow. On my way to baskin robbins, where I am greeted the second I walk in the door.

Husband thought he could duplicate the taste of Cold Stone when I asked for it by going to the closer Marble Slab. No go. The taste is mediocre in comparison. Disappointed!

We buy ice cream by the quart at this location for special occasions. Frankly, store bought ice cream doesnt compare. The staff provide excellent customer service.

T.E.R.R.I.B.L.E - not the ice cream - but the service! Would not recommend this location. Service is EXTREMELY SLOW (25 min wait on a laid back weekday evening).Really disappointed with the service - wish staff would just follow the description of the signature recipe advertised instead of making up their own version of it then arguing with customers that they are wrong when the customer reads the extract description posted by the store! If we wanted strawberry cheesecake we would have gotten it, but we asked for the strawberry shortcake signature and were given a slew of confusion because the staff was adamant he was putting together the right thing and continued to ignore though he was made aware that he was using the incorrect flavors.Our strawberry short cake ice cream ended up being a mix of 90 % cheesecake icecream, some cake, chocolate sauce (?!), strawberry sauce, a little dollop of sweet cream (reluctantly added after another patron began reading aloud their advertised ingredients for this signature) and 3 slivers of strawberry (after staff was reminded that it came with ‘fresh strawberries’).Highly disappointed with this location... and the service. Waited 25 minutes with only two people in front of me only to be served the wrong icecream because the staff was stubborn.

It’s open again and was just going through a remodel. There was some confusion with so many people on the line, but everyone was willing and trying to help.

I was nice and gave 2 Stars even though they should have technically given me stars because the service was so bad! I gave them 2 Stars because the ice cream was good--a little too melted, but it was ok! We normally go to the Baskin Robbins (across the street) which we L❤️VE--but we wanted to try something new! Ill go to Marble Slab again, but NOT this location, EVER!!!! Its a shame that the lack of quality customer service will cost this Franchise Owner, especially since we frequent Ice Cream Shops and for us alone, we spend $30+ every time we go for our family of 2 adults & 4 kids! 😡

2:36 show up and see a handmade sign that says “Back in 30 min”. Lame, at least note when you left! Am I waiting 5 min or 25?

I just drove all the way out here to see that they closed the store an hour and a half early. Hours posted online are inaccurate because they close 30 minutes to an hour early frequently. This has happened multiple times. Don’t go anytime after 8- because there’s a good chance it won’t even be openIn my 5 minutes sitting outside the store i’ve seen 4 people drive up only to notice it’s closed and drive away- they are losing business!!

Pretty presentation of the ice cream and cookies, but too pricey I would say. Somehow I spent $23 on just 2 ice creams and like 5 cookies.

Well, its almost noon on Saturday. This place should gave opened at 11:30...but nope. Still closed. This place is run by ametures.

Went there last weekend. Was really good!!

According to the posted store hours in the window, it should have been open at 12:30 (Sunday). Showed up at 12:50 and the doors were locked and no one was around. Looks like others have had a similar experience. Seems you have to roll the dice on an ice cream trip here as you wont know if they are open or not until you get there.
