These cookies were brought to my work place by sales personnel that we work with on a consistent basis; and this is how I first heard about The Cookie Rack.Ok, so first, the cookies themselves are HUGE! They are bigger than my hands and they taste so amazing! The Cookie Rack has so many interesting flavors and they are all so RICH! You will not be able to finish a cookie in one sitting! One cookie could easily feed about two or three people.

If you like good icing ONLY you will like these cookies. The cookies themselves are not good but the icing is there to cover it up. Many have the same cookie just different icing.After the response from the owner I have updated this review to a one star. If you want good cookies try insomnia cookies!

Omg. This place is SOOOOO GOOD.Make sure you buy more than what you are wanting or you WILL regret it.

Sitting here trying to figure out how to write a review for this place that doesnt involve expletives, and I mean that in the very best way. I landed on this place by doing a quick Google search for cookies in my area because I needed a last minute gift for my employees for a staff meeting the next day. Reviews were great and the cookies looked lovely, so at 11:30 p.m. I ordered 14 cookies online. Shortly after I arrived to my office this morning, I received an emailed confirmation that my order would be ready at 12:00. At noon, I picked up the nicely packaged cookies and when it was time for the staff meeting, I gave them out to all of my team members...reserving a coconut cookie for myself. HOLY COW. My team LOVED their cookies, and I only intended on eating a bite or two of mine, but ended up eating the WHOLE thing. So, now Im sitting at my desk feeling guilty about eating an entire cookie covered in buttercream, and contemplating jogging the 8 miles home. Ill definitely be back to give these wonderful cookies as gifts. As for myself, Im avoiding this shop like the plague because one whiff of those coconut cookies and Ill end up on some ranch roaming around with all the other heifers. Five stars and a moo for, The Cookie Rack.

Friendly people. They have books you can read to your kids which is a sweet touch. The birthday cake, naked sprinkle and pb bar are the best ones in my opinion. I think a lot of other people really like the Oreo and the cookie dough as well.The texture of the cookie is the really soft kind of crumbly cookie for the sugar cookie bases. Its not my fav but goes well with the bday cake and sprinkles :)The taste and texture of the PB bar is awesome. If youre an oatmeal cookie fan and also like PB and chocolate, this is a must!

These cookies are pretty big in size, they’re all very sweet and sugary, don’t taste as much like the chosen flavor. Kinda over-hyped and at $3 each I expected better. Tried the raspberry, salted caramel, key lime and red velvet.

My first visit to The Cookie Rack was so awesome, I had to go again the following week to try more of their flavors! Helpful Hint: make sure to go early in the day to get first dibs on their flavors! The first time I went, it was about an hour before closing and there were not many options. I will say though, the flavors I did get were SO GOOD which is what brought me in the second time! Favorite flavors so far: Peanut Butter Bar, Cookie Dough, & Key Lime! YUM!

Amazing! So soft and yummy. Choose a frosted one if you have a sweet tooth! I am compelled to stop by the shop anytime I am remotely in the area! I eat one myself, then divide the others into quarters so that my kids can try different flavors.

These are some of the best cookies I have ever eaten in my life. So soft and the buttercream is the best! Beautiful decoration and packaging. Love love love...

Bought cookies as gifts for family and they loved them. The price is pretty good for how great and how big these cookies are. The only thing Id recommend is maybe calling and placing an order ahead of time because they will probably sell out if its a weekend or holiday!

These cookies are great! The raspberry is my favorite so far. My husband and I decided to sample 4 cookies..the snickerdoodle, raspberry, sugar and red velvet. I wasnt a big fan of the snickerdoodle, but thoroughly enjoyed the rest. Will definitely have to go back and try the other flavors.

Really nice place and customer service was great. The cookie was good but would have loved a little more flavor and a little less buttercream. Overall good cookie but wouldn’t go out of my way to get one.

A great place to get cookies in Frisco. They offer a variety of cookies and the size is very generous. My favorites were the cookie dough and chocolate mint. Would recommend for a special occassion or just to curb a sweet craving.

After not having the best first experience we did contact the cookie rack and they did offer to make it right. I am giving them four stars because 1) they actually responded to customer feedback which today is not the norm for any business, 2) they offered to comp us cookies but this was not our intent so we respectfully declined, and 3) they want to do the right thing by their customers which tells me they are empathetic and run their business ethically.We WILL absolutely give them another shot! The reviews across the board are too good for us to not!!!

Shut the front door! These cookies are delicious. They created a beautiful birthday cake for my daughters birthday. It tasted as good as it looked! The cake was incredibly rich and a thin slice was enough for each party guest. The cake had a double layer of cookie and frosting. Cookie Rack offers the option to customize the frosting flavor for an upcharge (this is the original buttercream). You may also add fresh fruit for an upcharge. We liked the cake so much we went back two weeks later to order a dozen cookies. The cookies are large and easily split into fourths, if you want to try each flavor. Our favorites were the old fashioned, key lime (the frosting is so good!) and the mint chocolate.

Cookies not only look cute but also taste great! They have a good selection of different flavors that range from classic to more unique. Service is wonderful as well.

We tried both the cookie with the chocolate base and the white sugar based cookies. They were both very good but I preferred the chocolate. The cookies have a soft and crumbly, yet stable texture. Wide variety to choose from. I would recommend giving them a try!

If you like sugar cookies, this is the place to go... as this is the only kind of cookie they have. Very cute and clean shop!Customer service wasnt the best... the woman in front of us told the young girl today that she needed a dozen cookies, and she actually rolled her eyes at the customer, causing the customer to apologize. I get that it was 4:45pm and the after school rush hit and there was a huge line... but that was not called for at all. If you arent happy with your job, then maybe you shouldnt work there.

They are so helpful I needed gifts for some offices. They set me up the cookies were amazing. But most of all the service was a 10!!! Heather has greeted me and taken care of every order. Great service !! Highly recommend ;)

I got custom royal icing cookies for my wedding a couple weeks ago - about 150 of them and they were perfect! So many sugar cookies look so pretty but taste bleh or dry or just plain bad - NOT THESE. These are both beautiful and tasty inside and out!! They had everything ready, individually sealed, and boxed up ready to go for me the day before my wedding. All my guests loved them so much and my mom ate every single one of the (10) extras we had while we were on our honeymoon without saving us even one. LOL

My wife and I stopped by about 2 weeks ago. The cookies were great, and we loved the real icing on the cookies and nice packaging. Adds a unique touch...

A friend had been raving about these iced sugar cookies and they were yummy! I tried birthday cake, cookie dough,and the plain sugar cookie. I think the birthday cake was my favorite followed by the chocolate chip cookie dough. My friend loves the key lime pie and raspberry lemon. My favorite sugar cookie is still the one at Potbelly sandwiches but the icing made these really wonderful. I will probably order some for Christmas!

Beautiful cookies. Bad customer service. Arrived at opening time and was greeted by a friendly young lady who was serving one customer before me. Another woman entered shortly thereafter and was rushing everyone along and was very rude when gathering my order. The outside of the box was covered in icing from the sloppy work she did. Perhaps if she had slowed down, and focused on a good customer experience, the result would have been better. There are many other options in Frisco to choose from and I won’t be returning here.

First time here, but will definitely be back. The young man at the counter was absolutely amazing. Super friendly and very knowledgeable on the flavors. We bought a dozen for a gift, a 4-pack for family, and a cup to share. They are all absolutely beautiful and taste amazing. So worth the 45 mile drive from North Texas!!

Visited last night for the first time. Such a cute place. The cookie selection is great, and it’s kind of hard to make a decision. Tried Reese’s, birthday cake, salted caramel, and cookie dough. Cookie dough was the best, and the icing made it. I did expect the cookies to be a bit more soft, however we did come closer to closing time. Definitely interested in trying more of the flavors and they look like they have a good specialty soda variety.

The cookies themselves are really good and a different texture which was nice...more like a light brownie. However, there is SO much frosting that they’re too much for me. I took it all off but you still end up with some on there and it’s too sweet for my taste. It appears that the flavor is added to the frosting and not the cookie itself. I wish they had some more traditional cookies, such as M&M or chocolate chip without frosting and then I’d probably frequent there more. The store was super clean and cute and the guy that was working was friendly.

A cookie decorating party here is the best night ever! We had so much fun, our group of 7. We brought snacks and wine, enjoyed the evening and learned so much about cookies & decorating. They were amazingly wonderful hosts and teachers, even though we arrived 20 minutes late. Cant wait to plan our next cookie party here, and to bring back all our daughters!

Super yummy cookies!! The drinks are also so good and pretty cheap. A medium drink and a huge cookie is only $5, so its perfect for going out with friends. A box of 4 works pretty well for any size family, as the cookies are so large. The cookies last a long time afterwards too.

Cute store but really really disappointed with their cookies. Today we bought 4 and two of them were under baked. Their concept seems to be a very basic sugar cookie with the frosting being the flavor.We were so excited for this place to open but so let down by the actual product. The staff however were very polite and courteous. I really hope they change their concept because with all the competition in the area, I’m not sure this will last but I wish them good luck. I like supporting local.

Our first experience but went with TX family that loves the place! Delicious cookies...be ready for a sugar fix. Grandaughters 4th birthday party had delicious small sized cookies that were perfect. We bought a variety of big cookies to taste test & enjoy.Very good.

The cookies were very good and have a variety of options. Staff seemed a little unsure of how to ring up the products and werent sure about the menu, but I know the location is new so it comes with time. Cant wait to go back and try other cookies!

Attended a FREE princess reading event this morning with my two kids. They gave out pink cookies to the littles, and I purchased a salted caramel pretzel cookie. Delish and giant! I sampled the peanut butter bar with chocolate icing and that was even better. The ladies were so sweet! Will come again.

Ordered cookies for a bridal shower and they were a hit! Im not sure what they do to these cookies to make them so delicious, but man, they are the best cookies youll ever shove in your mouth.

This is such a great place to stop in for a treat! I had the hardest time choosing a cookie but I went with smores! Theyre beautiful little works of art. The frosting is soooo perfect!
