Its a cute, family friendly spot. It looks like a nice place to bring your family if you have younger kids, and it feels very spacious. The staff is extremely friendly and the everything is bright and aesthetically pleasing. I also really appreciated how they marked all of the vegan/vegetarian/gluten free items on the menu. It made it super easy to order.That being said, the service was a little slow. The tofu scramble felt like it was a tiny portion. In the picture I took, I had already taken a small bite, but even on camera it doesnt look like a lot, especially when compared to the chicken wrap. Also, the blueberry pancakes were really dry, but that may have been my mistake since they are gluten free.Overall, cute place. It looks popular, so maybe the other items are better, but wouldnt recommend the tofu scramble or blueberry pancakes (unless you are actually gluten free)

My spouse and I came here for a quick lunch date. The restaurant was clean and had a nice vibe. The menu was simple and had some good options for everyone. Meat eaters, gluten-free, vegetarian, vegans.I ordered the Ultimate Veg Head whole wheat wrap. I thought it was just ok. Nothing spectacular. I really thought the cauliflower was actually going to be roasted and hot. Instead it was cold and didn’t seem roasted or cooked at all. I really liked the hummus on the wrap, and I didn’t see or taste any green goddess dressing on the wrap.My spouse had the Blueberry Almond cakes. He thought they were fresh and fantastic but thought the portion size was much smaller than what he expected. He said they were fine for a snack, but not a meal. I snagged a small bite of one of his cakes, and I agree, they tasted yummy.The lady who took our order, and the lady who picked up our plates were both friendly.I’d definitely like to come back here again to try their Veggie Lasagna, it sounds yummy.

Usually pretty good when dining in, but got it to-go this morning and it wasn’t ideal. However, Sean the owner immediately reached out and offered to make it right. It might have been a 2 star meal this morning, but this family owned business continues to impress with their service and care for their customers.

This place is very well put together. The staff is genuinely friendly, and the food for breakfast was delicious. I had the sweet potato hash and GF/V blueberry pancakes. The hash was very well seasoned and balanced with savory, salt, sweet and bitter - it was excellent. The cakes were a sizeable portion for an adult and not to sweet. Its a great place for the family to gather, dine solo or as a couple. Well likely visit a couple times a month, but I could see this being a weekly outing. I look forward to trying the other items. (As a person with Celiac and dairy intolerant, I had no issues).

This place was great. Had fantastic tasting food, both gluten free and the Sammie. My one request would be to have more potatoes included. That serving was very small.

First time visit was great. Ordered an almont milk latte. We could tell they use high quality ingredients, as the breakfast sandwich was delightful. The espresso was bold but had very low bitter flavors. Overall a great place to grab coffee at breakfast or a quick bite for lunch.10/10 Will visit again

A shadow of its former self, this restaurant was once a favorite but we won’t be back. It used to be much more family-friendly, but has changed ownership recently and has a totally new approach. No more kids play area outside and not a high chair in sight indoors. New menu seems to have cheaped out on ingredients, the glorious pancakes from previous owners have been replaced with standard budget flapjacks. Everything is cheaper quality but prices are at least as high as ever. When I expressed my disappointment to our waitress she said she also felt the same way. Luckily it seems the former owners will have a new venture opening in McKinney (Sticks), se we’ll be sure to check it out. Today was supposed to be a special celebration breakfast for our family but we ended up mourning instead…Please someone open a great quality/fresh breakfast concept that caters to young families! You can price it however you want if the food is great and the kids stay entertained…we families with toddlers don’t get out much and we’ll splurge for a great experience!

We had the Sammie (the one with the bun) made with scrambled egg, arugula, cheddar and bacon and the Table Toast made with toast, cage free egg, avocado, tomatoes, some dressing and seeds. You have to try them.. We probably missed some ingredients. Delicious! We paired them with Nutritious smoothies. Definitely will be back!

We had two breakfast meals over a perfectly done pieces of toast. The choices felt healthy. The tastes were unique and fun. The atmosphere was delightful and fresh feeling. The team was great and we had a digital receipt quickly at check out. We joined a loyalty club too and look forward to coming back.

It used to be our restaurant to go in Frisco whenever we had friends or family coming by, but after today is a no-go. The service and atmosphere were there, but since changed management, the food was intolerable. I hope they bring back the kitchen staff to bring this place back to life.

I have to eat gluten free and Up inspired kitchen has some solid options! Today we got their biscuits and groovy, along with, their new pumpkin french toast 😍🤤 Both were DELICIOUS. The eggs were perfectly poached for the biscuits and groovy! And pumpkin bread to make french toast... 🤤😍♥️👏 Why didnt I think of that?!?We also got a Right Chai and Bullet Plus coffee and both were excellent!

Best breakfast in the area - yes, I mean that. Why? Because instead of just focusing on sugar and pancake variations, this place has savory, fresh ingredients, and nothing was bland. (Around here, most food is bland. No idea why.) I will definitely be back!

Im not much for healthy alternatives when it is time to eat and especially to drive 24 miles to do it, but I was meeting a friend. Im so glad I did. It was excellent!!! Food, Service, Value. They have it all.

The food here is solid, and the atmosphere is bright and inviting. Its a little pricey, and the options are limited, but if you scan the menu ahead of time you wont be disappointed. The burrata toast or avocado toast (pictured) is my go-to breakfast/light lunch option. (Edited to bump this up to 5 stars because the placed responded to the review, asking what they should add to the menu: FWIW, I love it when businesses engage with their customers this way. Also, fwiw, adding some plant-based proteins to your menu would be awesome - Impossible products, Beyond, etc.).

We really liked the place. Very good and the food is great. We liked a lot how we were welcomed and they explained everything to us since it’s our first time. What we liked the most is how the food is presentable and looks great when it comes out. More over the food was delicious and we got a smoothie and it was so yummy. Prices are reasonable and we highly recommend this place for friends and family. I liked how the bathroom is catered for children (changing tables wipes and steps for the kids) and they have a small play area outside is nice as well. We will come back for sure.

Great tasting hearty food. WiFi is fast also. This is a great place for you to have breakfast and coffee while sending a few emails and getting an early start to on work. There is even toys and a play space for young children. My family and I have a 5 Star experience every time.

If you want real food, colorful, fresh delicious: I had a bowl for brunch with a side of their pumpkin bread french toast (GF) had fresh berries and very light syrup just the way I like it! AMAZING! I have a stomach condition and can only eat real food, not processed fatty unhealthy food, Up Inspired Kitchen was perfect for me. Dont miss out!

Food was pretty healthy and they had a lot of vegetarian friendly options. I would have liked to see a few more fully plant-based variations. But I was glad to find a place that I could still find something mostly plant based for me and my friend (not plant based) to both enjoy.

Sorry guys! I have to change my review. You change the pancake concept. Originally they were fluffier like duffle almost, now they are flat and not with the same consistency. Please change them back.

Vegan options very dissapointing :/ we ended up having to share avacado toast but the lavender latte was good it was the special so it was over proced a bit but service was really great and staff and customers were all super friendly. I follow a ladies dog on insta now that met there !

The presentation of this establishment is well done! The restaurant itself is very welcoming and the were people friendly. But don’t be fooled by the pictures, I even took pictures of my food here because I thought that it looked so good! However, my whole family and I were disappointed as the food was bland, the portions were small, and the prices are very high for what you get. While we had high hopes for this establishment, we won’t be back.

The young lady up front working around 10a on Sunday, Nov 15 was EXQUISITE. We were first timers and she ran through the menu for us like a pro. Soon after our food came out and it was delicious. 5 stars all around for this cute cafe. Love the concept. Will definitely refer others!

Super Modern! I love this place! From the decor inside all the way to the food! The place looks super mellow and definitely gives off those Saturday brunch vibes. The staff was really nice and even walked us through the menu! I had the Huevos UPcheros! The food tasted very authentic! It was like my mom made it! I loved it! I will be going back for sure and recommending to friends and family!

Maybe I caught them on an off day. Went in and didnt know whether to sit down or wait to be seated. No greeting at all. After deciding to seat myself, say down and waited. Its Sunday at 9am and there are only two other tables seated. Waited 5-10 minutes, during which time 2 employees walked by my table and didnt even acknowledge we were there. So we left without anyone ever saying anything. Maybe a blessing. The menu wasnt very appealing. Again, it might have been an off day. I will never know for sure.

The food was awesome. The coffee (bullet brew plus) was even better. Much respect to anyone carrying the Stubborn soda as well. Great place for a quick to-go breakfast/coffee, or to waste the morning on the patio.

I have eaten here a handful of times and the food is delicious. However, I have tried reaching out to them four times now about hosting a wedding shower (something their website clearly states they do), and they have yet to respond. Particularly with so many restaurants suffering during COVID, I will be taking my money and business to restaurants that truly care about their customers.

My food was really good, but my daughters food was over cooked and the maple syrup tasted like it was mixed with imitation syrup. The orange juice tasted like it from a can and the berries were extremely old on her over cooked pancake! I give 1 star because of how bad my daughters food was.

I loved this place the first time I tried it. It felt like one of this places that young people would like. Pretty pricey but I found this place has amazing Japanese Pancakes (listed as Up-Cakes here). Definitely give this place a shot. Ill certainly be going back!

If you are sensitive to foods or have allergies you know how hard it is sometimes to enjoy eating out. From Gluten Free to Vegan they offer it all and even customize orders. Its refreshing to have an amazing meal that works around my families allergies. Thank you UP inspired for being a welcoming yummy option for us we will and have continued to return!

The atmosphere is bright and cheerful and the food is fresh, creative and delicious. We ordered several items to share and I only wish I lived closer to try the rest! For breakfast the UP cakes are excellent as is the breakfast sandwich. For lunch my favorites were the avocado toast and the short rib grilled cheese....to die for! Everyone at UP made us feel welcomed and we especially enjoyed relaxing with a few glasses of wine after lunch....an added bonus!

When our birthday girl was offered the choice of a special lunch with Daddy, UP was her first choice! The UP cakes have always been her favorite, but she recently discovered the blue wave bowl, which tastes like banana ice cream. It is also topped with toasted coconut and fresh blueberries. How can we say no to nutritious food thats also packed full of delicious?!? Love that UP is part of our community and that the staff is always smiling and so friendly!

Its okay, nothing spectacular. Maybe for Frisco its a great place. Food was unmemorable and mimosas have no champagne. Service is a bit too fast for a Sunday brunch. We were in and out in about 20 min.

Underwhelming choices of food and very bland. I ordered the Zucchini beet wrap with tomato soup.It was so bland ( I honestly didnt even think there was salt in my food) that I couldnt eat past 2 bites. Food was way too pricey for the limited options. The staff was great and the place looks very cute but was disappointed with the vegetarian food choices and the overall very bland food. Sorry but dont think I will go back. I dont know what everyone is raving so much about . :( I was looking forward to try this place but this was a bit disappointing.

Great experience on our first visit. Friendly staff, who brought the food out just a few minutes after we ordered. Excellent chai latte, one of the best I’ve ever had. The turnips and parsnips were a rare treat. My pre-teen loved the hamburger and for once wasn’t still hungry after he finished.

I would love to give this place 5 stars. But I had kind of a weird experience my first time trying this place out. Good food, reasonable prices. Very helpful and friendly employees. I have no doubt if I brought my situation up to the staff it would have been dealt with immediately. This is what happened. I ordered the THE AVO BENNY (whole wheat English muffin, veggie sausage, avocado, poached cage-free eggs, Hollandaise sauce, red chili flakes) I realized after the plate was brought to my table that the avocado was missing. I went to the counter and got my avocado, no problem. Then a minute later I realized my veggie sausage was also missing from my plate. After already asking for the avocado I felt like I would be the nuisance to ask for something else.With all that said, I would return again because the food was good and employees nice. I would unfortunately always be more aware of what I ordered and what I received.

Been here a couple of times for breakfast and today for lunch. Always excellent. The Ham N Cheese toast is my favorite. My friend had the short rib bowl and said it was good (it LOOKED good, too). Very good coffee, comfortable setting, and reasonable prices.

It was ok, flavors were a bit bland, food was pricey and portions small. Had the Tahoe Wrap, wife had the Sammie - both were alright and tasted healthy but didnt have much flavor (maybe the natural ingredients and a lack of additives?) I *did* love the UP cake that another in my group ordered, should have gotten that!
