What a unique gelato experience. The flavors selection was impressive. I actually tried rose flavored gelato. The gentleman behind the counter actually explained to me what made up the flavor. Again impressive. The prices were reasonable and they let you mix two flavors in the one container. Very nice visit.

First time here, husband got 3 scoops cup; chocolate chip mint, cookie & milk, coconut flavors. I got 2 scoop cup; flavors wild berry, and coffee.Coconut and chocolate chip mint those two flavors together were the bomb. Definatly will come back here.

I get paciugo often but today it’s not as good :/ the flavors rose and wedding cake aren’t as strong as they normally are. there were also little small chunks all throughout my gelato and idk what it is!!edit: thank you for replying, i work in the food industry so i understand at times it may be different depending on different circumstances. i appreciate the response again, thank you i will come again.

Great Gelato! Terrible service, none of the employees greeted us. Employee overcharged by putting the order of the people behind us in our ticket and didnt apologize. After taking that off our ticket he still overcharged us and we just paid for the overcharge because we didnt want to deal with the terrible service.

The guy working there was litteraly touching everything and holding the ice cream cones with his bare hands without washing, sanitizing them or even holding it with a tissue.

The gelato is superb. Dairy free options are a huge plus. Very inviting atmosphere and clean.

My only complaint is that I wish there was one closer to my house because I love the amarena black cherry. Maybe its good that there isnt one cause Id eat too much gelato. Even my kids love their gelato, and they are normally strictly icecream fanatics.

They have a wide assortment of flavors to choose from and every time I go I can always expect something different. Ive never had gelato here that I didnt absolutely love. However employees tend to be younger and there have been times where theyve been to preoccupied hanging out with their friends than to work.

I mean.....you cant go wrong here with all the selections they have. If you are watching calories, theres something for you too.

Good gelato, small portions than most gelato shops... and a bit pricey.It may have been the associate on staff at the time because our gelato definitely did not look like the pics posted on other reviews. I got a two flavor cone that did not fill the cone. My son got the gelato taco, although three scoops, barely filled the shell- $6. First impression. 🤷🏻‍♀️ The flavors were delicious... reason for 4 stars.

Call me crazy, but I was a bit disappointed in the chocolate chocolate chip. Maybe because its chocolate milk based. It was just ordinary. Dont often splurge on higher calorie desserts these days, and Im not likely to do it again here. It was still good, but I couldve gotten the same stuff at Braums for less money. I tried a sample of Wedding Cake flavor as well, and it wasnt as good as Id hoped, which is why I opted for chocolate chocolate chip in the first place. I need to go back to NYC for some truly creamy gelato.

Business owner does not update hours on Google My Business. They closed at 9pm instead of 11pm like Google Maps said. Instead they stuck with a sign on the door instead of them updating Google and Yelp Biz.

The store had a slight funky smell like there was mold somewhere. The service was great and the gelato was good.
