Unfortunately I will not be going back.Their Nova Lox has been a favorite, whoever is in the kitchen refuses to add extra capers despite me pleading for more & repeatedly explaining that it’s not the same as it used to be.They used to put plenty of their house made pickled onions & capers so that you can enjoy each bite.This is their idea of extra capers- this has been consistent, the last five times of me ordering extra capers & pickled onions. Which I have no problem paying extra, despite it not being the way it was for the first year of them being open.The other issue is the kitchen is now taking forever to get food out, forget grabbing something quick.Today it took 25 minutes for the Nova lox and the egg & cheese croissant.

First time visiting! Super friendly staff and quick service. Tried their Kona Ocean iced coffee, super refreshing and fun! Took some breakfast sandwiches to-go which were tasty as well. Ill be back to try more!

Here is one of the best places you can find that you dine in a safe place! The lady in front who serves you is so clean and so nice. Trust me, I dont go everywhere random, because not in every dine in place people care about your health, but here is awesome, thank you guys for giving us good feeling and enjoying the outside eating 😊

As a whole bean coffee critic, wanted to try their most expensive coffee beans, paid $36 for 8 ounce Extra Fancy edition… Roast date was declared as a week ago… I could never get the perfect shot with standard ratio, no matter how small the grind was, pouring fast and volume of crema indicates pretty old bean despite what was written on the bag… very disappointed and wasted my money…Coffee shop atmosphere was good though.

Great coffee shop. They use Hawaiian coffee beans from Kona island.But in India and Pakistan in Hindi language kona means corner and this place is on the corner of the tollway exit. Just a funny coincidence that the Hindi mean means corner.

Fantastic coffee shop! The owner of Kona has done a 1st rate job on his location. The individuals that work at Kona are unbelievably nice and super helpful! MOST IMPORTANTLY..... The coffee is Brilliant! My favorite being the Peaberry Coffee done as a pour-over! If you love coffee, go try KONA!

Love Kona Cafe, I come here to study and apply for jobs, such a chill environment and they even bring you the food to the table. It’s definitely what I’m looking for, a “cafe feel” that’s not Starbucks. Love it here! The people are super friendly!

The coffee shop is located in a nice area in Frisco. The ambience is pretty nice as well. Ive been here twice with friends.The iced thai tea is good (a bit sweeter than I would have liked but thats just my personal preference). There are also plenty of coffee options, brunch foods and gelato as well. The coffee and gelato were really good! As for the food, my friend and I split a chicken sandwich and a bagel with egg and avocado. The chicken sandwich was great, but the bagel with egg and avocado was just piled on with salt. All I could really taste was the salt honestly.Overall, Id probably still come here for coffee/tea in the future.

Amazing coffee. Friendly staff. Simple design. The desserts are really tasty as well. I would like to see more comfy seating inside of the shop instead of wooden chairs though. Maybe I can help with the decor tips. ;)

A tad pricey perhaps, but the drinks weve tried thus far have all been great with very friendly service. Havent tried the food yet and it appears they only offer them until early afternoon (3p I think). There is plenty of room inside to hang out, but note they close early at 6p (7p fri/sat).

The coffee is top-notch and so is the service. Danni is the queen of customer service. She is always incredibly kind and remembers my name. She is so genuine and sweet. Her positive attitude and amazing work ethic is why I keep coming back to this place. She is the most valuable asset to the store and I hope management recognizes her value and contribution.

Visiting frisco and accidentally chose this place to continue my days work. Lots of tables and charging points. Omg i havent left this place and cant even begin to express how amazing the place and the staff here are! Best coffee. But the smoothies are even more awesome. I ordered the berry burst and the avocado egg sandwich. Theyre delicious. The staff is really sweet and helpful. They even get the food to ur table. I am coming back here again for sure! Would definitely recommend if ur in the area or looking for a good cafe.

Service was good, coffee is not. What we ordered had no taste of coffee, tasted like milk. If you are a true coffee person that likes the flavor of of coffee don’t go here. I specifically asked if I should add another shot of espresso but they said no and I went with that thinking the people who make coffee would know if there is a strong flavor or not. Very disappointed!

The absolute best tasting coffee around!! But what makes this such a pleasant experience is the staff. Incredibly friendly with amazing attitudes! Kona is the kind of place you want to keep going back to.

The flavor of the coffee has the distinct taste of Kona coffee. I tried a regular latte, but they have many additional choices made with Kona Reserve that I’ll be trying next to around. The space is large, with multiple tables and places to sit. Most importantly, their WIFI is fast so great place to come and work.

Kona Reserve Coffee is one of the best coffee places in DFW. When I go North to Frisco, I do my best to stop here. They have great coffee, delicious food, and a friendly atmosphere. Additionally, if you need a place to work or study, they have tables spaced out and several outlets to plug in your computer. To top it all off, they make wonderful spam musubi or you can try one of their baked goods, like a chocolate muffin (they serve it warm 🤤)! I highly recommend this coffee shop for all those reasons!

Was heading to another local coffee spot and I happened to notice Konami. Instantly became over joyed with thr thought of a spam masubi and triple shot espresso. This spot didnt disappoint. Will have to come back next time for the masubi though.

Having moved here from Hawaii, I was super excited when I found out a new coffee shop using Kona coffee beans was opening in Frisco. The shop is brand new and has an nice vibe, and the coffee is excellent. Staff is friendly as well. Definitely hit up this place if youre in the area. Itll be a regular stop for me.

The gal at the counter was super friendly, patient and helpful. I had a hard time choosing but settled on a rose mocha. It is one of their specials for February. The other special was a lavender chai latte.The beverage was very tastey! The chocolate is pronounced without being overbearing, the coffee flavor is nice and the hint of rose is luscious! Overall a nice balance of flavors. Im definitely coming back for the other February special!I picked up a bag of their house coffee Kona Reserve for the hubs who loves just a straight up basic, good cup of coffee.They had a yummy looking array of tempting treats as well.I highly recommend you check this place out.

100% Kona coffee! Its exciting to finally have this as an option in the DFW area. I had a 100% Kona Peaberry brewed with a Hario V60 (pour-over) and it was delicious. Expensive, but delicious.Some may balk at the prices for 100% Kona but its expensive to purchase even if youre just buying bags of whole beans online, so the prices arent that outlandish. However, they also offer Kona blends (approximately 40%, if I recall correctly) that are priced at normal coffee shop levels.They also offer Hawaiian musubi, which was much tastier than I expected. We had the Spam and Shaggy Dog. The Shaggy Dog was good but the Spam was excellent. Definitely give it a try if you come here.Overall, this is worth a trip for the Kona coffee alone!
