Took my son in on 9/14/21 to get a toy as a reward for a successful day of potty training. We were shopping around with him for about 15 minutes while the one employee stood at the counter on her phone. I asked her if they had any light sabers and she said “no. We also close in 5 minutes.” So I told her we would wrap it up. At 7:59 another family walked in and she told them they needed to leave because they were closed. Then she told us, as we had two toys in our hands (Spider-Man and the Hulk in case you are interested) that we were deciding between, that her register would not let her process a transaction after 8pm, and that we also needed to leave. Needless to say that’s not how registers work. But that also should not be how customers are treated. Especially when you’re in a store that sells children’s toys and games. All and all it was a very disappointing experience. Hopefully this will save someone out there some time and you can just go to target across the street. You may not get any customer service there at all… But I guarantee their registers will work after 8pm!

Employees are extremely rude. We made my daughter put her items back and took her somewhere else. Very overpriced as well.
