Bought some books for a decent price. Fun to see all the stuff people buy in person. They actually had a large treadmill and stationary bike I was interested in. Nordictrac s22i stationary bike and the same version treadmill. Worth it to go around Christmas to get gift ideas.

I come here whenever I stop by the mall and its always clean and well-organized! I mostly look through the cooking accessories section but its also fun to look through the cook books for new ideas on what to make! I bought polar bear oven mitts that are super cute and extremely solid and useful that I use practically every day now, completely worth the investment! I recommend going here if youre struggling with last minute gift ideas as well!

Omg, never have a ever thought I would see an Amazon store but here we are. Its a very fun little place to check out. Staff was very entertaining and willing to help us. They wasnt pushy like I find in other stores. Plus the prime discount makes it better to shop here versus on Amazon and waiting the 1 day shipping.

The store is conveniently located in the middle of the Mall. Lot’s of people there on Saturday so if you’re worried about social distance be aware. The store is small and the Aisle are narrow but nicely laid out. The sales team is friendly and helpful.

Im not a huge fan of amazon but have enjoyed the 4 star stores and the fact that theyve made their digital platform tangible. Its neat to see the little digital screens in front of all the products with a description. There are all the different main departments displayed here and it nice to have the interaction with the devices. A fun concept for those looking to zero in on highly rated products and experience them first hand

This store has everything the customer service is good.. It makes your eyes big 🤣 lock up your wallet because Amazon in person is a whole problem 💕My advice put more of these around the city..

The store has many things that are great to gift to others. Walk in and you will for sure find something for any type of person. Vanessa at the store is soo sweet and a great person to ask for advice! She helped us a lot when trying to find a gift for my friend’s birthday.

Use the Dillards entrance. Great place to check out some of the best selling items on Amazon accros categories. We went to look at the Amazon Shows and I had dismissed the 5 inch version but it really is perfect for the office.I went to perform a return right after Christmas and the checkout/return line looked intimidating but it only took a minute to get through the line.Staff is very helpful and friendly!

Was hard to find, but once I found a directory it was all good. It is located right where they say it is. The cashier was friendly and helpful. I made my return and was out in less than 5 minutes. The store was clean and seemed to be well stocked.

I fail to see why we need a B&M amazon. Was more novel than practical. 4 stars because its literally the name.

So excited they opened one near us in Frisco. The store is full of items that are 4 stars or higher, popular items, and new items. 20% of the store also rotates each week and prime members get additional discounts on many items that are even less expensive than the website.

I came in on the Monday before Thanksgiving. It wasn’t too busy (no line to get in). They had quite a lot of stuff, but there didn’t seem to be any obvious organizational system. It would be a good place to look for gifts if you have no idea what to look for. They did have several Amazon Alexa devices and their Amazon Basic brand of charging cords, etc. Overall, I wouldn’t make the drive just to shop here but if you’re already at the mall it’s worth dropping in.

Neat store. Lots of life-hack gadgets I never knew existed. Next time someone has a birthday, Im coming here for a present. Very clean. Very organized. Staff was nice and friendly... even with my toddler running around trying to get her hands on everything. It doesnt get better IMO

Nice store, but I feel like Im at an old-school flea market when inside. Tables with stuff everywhere, somewhat unorganized, dark walls, etc... Not to mention needing a magnifying glass to see the price. All thats missing is the person on the other side to bargain for the price.

Went in for a quick look yesterday as its a new store in the mall. Very interesting idea to put an online store in a physical location! I didnt know what to expect. There are items of almost every kind in this store. Only things rated 4 stars and up. Lots of interesting up to date items!! I didnt buy anything today, was just looking. So I dont have a good comparison on prices compared to being a prime member online. Im also not sure about any prime discounts I could get as a member. I suppose if you are looking for something immediately its a good option instead of waiting for 2 day shipping. Plus its fun to go look at all the up to date cool gadgets and everyday devices!

Did not know what to expect...went in to do a return which was easy process. Looked around and they have a variety of electronics, books, toys, air fryers.

I had never been to a physical amazon store before this visit. Everything was nicely displayed and organized with clear price labeling. The customer service was also great. If you happen to find yourself wandering about the mall this is a great store to check out for odds and ends

Nice variety for just a little store

Went to amazon store in stone briar mall. It was small store similar to RadioShack and most of items were amazon top sellers and Amazon basics. Also there is complete section of amazon Kindle and echo. Store was bit congested with very limited options. Also there were couple of options for cellphones,tablets etc.

Wonderful place for shopping! One of the 4 Amazon physical stores in the world. Products are very very limited in store. But home automation gadgets are all available. Also electronics. Located at the ground floor of Stone Briar Mall, Dallas TX. Go visit the store, you will feel something different as we are not yet used to with Amazon Physical stores.

I came by to check out this store and had an interesting experience. There was a full line because the store was at capacity on a Friday morning so keep that in mind when planning to visit. There were many items from housewares to books and electronics. It was such a mishmash I dont know if I see myself shopping there for anything in particular.

Small store random selection of items of course you can find quite a few of the Amazon / Ring products. Makes returns easy

Pretty average. Some select stuff from amazon, which you could just order online unless you want to avoid any shipping costs. Good for those who dont trust online orders, however. From the signage you can use your prime account and can save some on items with it.

We visited this store today & had to wait in line for almost 10 min to get in. Once inside, we weren’t impressed. The store is not very big & had no wow factor. We’d rather shop online.

Tried to return an item purchased on Amazon except they couldnt accept it because UPS had delivered it to my house.

I had big expectations but when I visited the store yesterday it was like being in a dollar store at Christmas. I was expecting to see cutting edge gadgets in the electronics corner instead of the generic stuff anyone can purchase on the web site.

Its got some oddball stuff. Its totally now what I was expecting. Think high end flea market vs high tech store. Theres little rhyme or reason that I understand for how the store is laid out or what it Carries. Theres no flow to traffic in the store. Lots of bumping into other shoppers or moving around them. Check out experience was great. Was able to use my amazon app at the register.

This was the most fun place in the mall after the Barnes and Nobles!! It had all sorts of cool things j dont even know where to begin. All I will say is if you are ever in this mall you gotta check this store out!!

The store literally looks like a flea market with random stuff thrown wherever. The staff are okay but cant answer your questions and they make it difficult to use your prime memebership (probably because if you dont use it they get to charge you more). Overall, if youre a prime member just buy online and have it shipped to your house and save yourself the hassle.

If something is going quick call and put a hold on the item! I ordered a Dot with the clock shipping said a month to get the $40 sale price from $79. The store had it for $44 but was selling quick guess everyone had my same idea! This place has all the tech stuff in stock that lets you put your hands on an item! From wifi door locks to that bass speaker for your Dot this place has it and you can try most of these items! I even saw that high dollar espresso machine I want!

Wow... Somehow Amazon removed all their initial reviews; on of which was mine. Luckily I had it saved somewhere else. MY INITIAL REVIEW: Whats the point? Just a bunch of random 4 star items and Amazon products. Almost all of which I wasnt interested in. It looks like the Amazon home page threw up in a mall. I went the second day it was open and got hassled by every employee asking if I was looking for something. Its the only Amazon store in this area, and all I wanted to do was see what it was like. I would rather shop on Amazons website instead of hoping that they would have something I needed. A pointless store that doesnt need to exist. Especially in a mall where you can find all the same items and more. Bad choice for Amazon.

There is now way they can get more then 4 stars. ;-)And I honestly didnt understand the concept. I get it that everything there has a 4 star rating. But why are the Smart doorbells next to toys and kitchen stuff?Amazon should go back to online only.
