Yuliana very nice helped me set up my new phone

I was in there cricket wireless store in Freeport. I had an amazing experience, after finally leave AT&T for basically stealing my phone or basically taking a phone from me and never giving me the credit and then when I asked for the phone no one knew where it was and couldn’t find it it was just ridiculous, also the workers they are switching their names every time I came in they just flat out lie to me!!!!! I spoke to cricket wireless for the past few months letting them know what I was doing with AT&T because I wanted to go to small claims court for what they have done to me.. I was very upset this past Friday going in the Cricket store The two girls that were there that day were absolutely amazing.. They knew who I was because again I spoke to them prior to this past few months.. They were extremely helpful and compassionate about my situation..They took the time to set me up and to answer all my questions because at that point because of the bad experience at AT&T I just didn’t trust anyone... I recommend Cricket to everyone.Best experience ever,thank you!!?

Very good experience, sales associates were very knowledgeable and very patient and helpful with me in helping me decide on a phone.UPDATEI returned to the Cricket store on the 6th day to exchange the first LG phone for the LG K92 5G. I had a problem because they didnt want to refund my money for the case and for the protective glass, or give me a case and glass for the new phone, which I never would have gotten if the sales person had not convinced me to. I was under the assumption that if you return the phone within the 7 day window everything was included, it is not! I guess thats what I get for assuming. Ultimately I got what I wanted, the K92 5G with a case and glass at no additional charge. Of course I paid the difference between the two phones. My advice is dont buy any accessories until after the 7 day window no matter how much they insist. After the 7 days, and your satisfied with the phone, buy whatever you want. Finally, Ive had the LG K92 5G for about two weeks and its working fine so far.Dj
