Take too long and they only have one person working the service is great don’t get me wrong but they more people

Blane was extremely helpful explaining options for our phone plan. Kane set everything up and explained everything we needed to know about the new phone and what to expect on our bill. We ended up getting a great value. Everyone was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly.

I walked in tonight and there was only one staff member. He said he would be right with us but it has been an hour and still waiting. He should have given the us an idea how long or asked to set up an appointment. Not sure why they have one person working here! Not a happy customer tonight.

We returned a week later to add a line for our grandma and he helped us get set up with a grandma-friendly phone and again had us taken care of remarkably fast!If Austin’s boss is reading this, this gentleman deserves ALL the kudos.

This is the ABSOLUTE best US Cellular store. The associates are super nice, very knowledgeable!!! They arent pushy or rude. They truly want to help you!! Blane has been monumental in helping us understand our phones, pricing, billing..... All the things! I cant express enough how grateful I am for this location!!!! The ONLY US Cellular store well use!!!!!!!!!!!!

My husband and I had a great experience buying new phones here. Very organized and Kristen was able to answer every question we asked with no delay. No push to buy something other than what we wanted. Unlike Verizon and our monthly bill will be about $80 cheaper. Whats not to like?

Sarah was very attentive to our needs. She made sure to explain the different iPhones we were interested in. We ended up upgrading during our visit. Store atmosphere is nice and clean. They don’t have many accessories to choose from. Would suggest trying this store.

Good old fashioned customer service; hard to find that nowadays. Great work ethic from everyone that works here. We do not go anywhere else.

Very disappointed in the service at this store. My wife and I came in a week before Christmas to purchase new phones for our kids. Bought the cases from them to wrap up for Christmas and made the appointment to come back in today. The day after Christmas with all three kids so that they can transfer their contacts and pictures. They gave us in writing the new amounts and what we would be paying. My wife gets there with my kids at our pre-set time and was told that our monthly amount would be higher than what she gave us a week before. This is not professional nor is it how you conduct business today. Now we have 3 upset kids thanks to US Cellular for not being able to keep their word. Lets see how Verizon wireless handles this story. Cause Im going to tell everyone I meet, see and talk to about the dishonest service we just experienced first hand at this Freeport US Cellular store.
