This store is awesome. So nice, so helpful, they got me a new phone, hooked up my watch and added a new line. They made it all seem easy!!!! Thank you guys :)

Went in here to ask questions. I was thinking about switching over from my current provider 3 lines. First thing I noticed is from my last stop here in the fall while I was out shopping all new faces. After speaking with the rep and he seemed like he didn’t know what he was talking about. I lost interest quickly & was ready to leave. The Manager came out from the back. I spoke with him after speaking with him it was clear these two must still be in training or need training they both seemed very lost. When I go into us cellular I don’t have this problem. After seeing the lack of knowledge in this store. I’m going to stay with my current provider since they seem to be trained & knowledgeable I only stopped in here a second time cause those boys that were there in the fall seemed very knowledgeable. Thanks for trying but I can’t give you 5 stars as you asked since you answered none of my questions & seemed bothered by my questions.

First of all I would have not known this store was here if I had not been shopping in the area. I stopped on here to look into switching over from T-Mobile after speaking with the person that said he was the Manager. I had very simple questions seemed like it was this persons first day on the job! He didn’t know any of the promotions I saw on the internet. I waited 20 mins for them to look this up on a computer. The answers I got were very unclear. I asked the Manager if they could explain this better he had to call another store to find out. I lost faith in this store very quickly I left here went to Brunswick those guys know what they are doing over there! Knowledgeable fast service. This will be my last stop at this store huge lack in training. Anyone with the title Manager should be more knowledgeable than they’re staff! Very disappointed in this location. Best way to describe this store “huge lack of knowledge & feel scammed right away”

This AT&T location is hands down one of the best Ive been to. I went in to do an upgrade and Im still blown away at how swift of a process the staff there made it. Theyre in a convienient location (right in the village across from the Oakley outlet), which makes it super easy to access from both the street or the parking garage. Both the manager Nate, and his staff are super friendly and very professional. These guys know what theyre doing. As long as AT&T Freeport is standing, I will be an AT&T customer.

AT&T Freeport is one of the best locations I’ve been too, The store manager Nate is very Professional and knowledgeable his rep Charlie as well, they were able to explain everything I needed to know down to a tee. Nate was able to fix a simple problem I couldn’t haha. But all seriousness I’m going to be coming here rather than the corporate store in Brunswick. Very knowledgeable and caring!!

Went in to switch from T-Mobile and the manager Nate convinced me to switch after he told me the promos with the iPhone and i couldn’t be more happier. He was fantastic! He definitely deserves a raise! I went to the At&T store in Brunswick with my cousins and the guy there was so rude and dealing with the staff here was truly a breathe of fresh air!

I worked with Nate and Caden to upgrade my iPhone 6S to an iPhone 11. Everything went very smoothly and quickly! These guys are very good at what they do! Very helpful, cheerful and informative!

Amazing customer service!

Went into this cute small freeport store and I was blown away by the staff at this location. Very very very caring and probably the most knowledgeable staff I’ve ever seen. The manager Nate really knows his phones and really listens and gives suggestions based on your own needs. 10 out of 10. He’s great. Whenever I have any more issues, I’m going to drive the hour and half to freeport just to deal wish this team. Thanks again guys!

After going here while out shopping in the area. Im not impressed! I went in to this store with questions. Had all intentions of possibly porting several lines over from Verizon. Spoke with Nate the manager. I had to wait for him to finish playing on his cell phone for 5 minute before i got help. I was surprised I needed to wait for him to finish on his phone. I asked several questions he seemed lost possibly lacking some training & not very knowledgeable. He could not answer my questions. The ones he did answered made not much sense. He seemed really distracted with messages coming through on his phone on that appeared to be Facebook. After visiting this location it was clear to see employees are lacking training. I decided to stick with Verizon for the time being. I may stop to another AT&T Location in the future with hopes the Manager & employees have adequate training, along with being able to answer simple questions. Overall not a good experience at this location have no plan to go back to this particular store.

Just so were clear, I am as numb as it gets when it comes to iphone machines. I needed to replace my first and only phone this afternoon, and when I went in, I was greeted by two young men, Tyler and Charlie, who were delightful. They were kind, helpful, patient, funny, and never rolled their eyes at me once. At least, not that I saw. Replacing my old phone had been a chore that I kept putting off simply because I didnt really know how to do it. These guys made this chore the highlight of my day.
