My experience is that I had to sit down on my behind and go up your steps you do not have any way for handicapped person to go upstairs

Have rented a few U-haul trucks from here before. The staff are always amazing. They are always kind and pleasant to do business with. The only reason I didnt rate them 5 stars this time is simply that the truck rented to me this time has some issues. It was clearly very old and had an abs issue that made the breaks feel sponge as well as the cargo lights in the rear loading area did not work. This made our move take longer and slowed the moving crew down when unloading as it was night when we arrived at the new place. Otherwise no issues ever with this place and I feel like this may have been a fluke. I look forward to doing business again with this company and I would recommend them to others.

Utilized this facility for about 9 months and am extremely pleased. Not only is the security excellent and the facility clean, but the manager Moises is fantastic and always went above and beyond to assist me.

The Manager Jeannie, is the best, and always makes every experience with moving a great one. I feel that her stuff is top notch, because of how she handles business. Meaning, her employees, work issues as she does, as Jeannie is a great leader to look up to. Lastly, she would be great in any business she would be a part of. Oh, cant forgot Jerry, top notch also, as he is a Cowboys fan, and rides a Motorcycle!

These guys are so helpful it is amazing! We had to move quickly and used the U-pods (needed several) and had to make arrangements daily. Cody and Moises were awesome and friendly. I feel like they knew our situation and provided just the help we needed.

Had a very good experience here. Not the first time Ive used them but the first time I figured Id write a review. All I wanted was a small pull-behind trailer however the experience was great it was fast easy and simple. I booked online and when I came into the store they got me all set up had everything hooked up. Got finished using with the trailer pulled out front they came out within 30 seconds had me out of there within 5 minutes checked everything out everything was great thank you Moises for all your help.

Wonderful people that genuinely enjoy their customers and service to them! Neat and clean storage areas and shop as well as immaculate trucks for hire. Bit far from my house bit only place that had the equipment I needed on the day I needed it. Well worth the drive for the equipment and the enjoyable atmosphere and assistance.

This is a combination of the overall Uhaul process and my experience at this location. Uhaul changed my pickup location twice in the day before my rental, so i wasnt even sure there would be a truck there. Uhaul really pushes this phone-based registration and pick up process, which i tried to do, but it is super wonky. I did all the requirements i could and then it said i could only continue the next segment when i was physically at the pick up location.I tried doing that when I got there and it wants things like photos of your drivers license, alternative contacts, etc. Then it gave me a list of other things it wanted pictures of, which included things like passport (i carry mine with me all the time...), or a picture of your lease agreement (dont have one because everything is... digital, plus you know what my lease agreement is because i has to enter it and sign into my account to even get to this step).After wasting 20 minutes I just went inside like a normal human being. Checkout was fairly seamless except I asked about their tv boxes and SPECIFICALLY asked if it had foam corners inside and was told yes (it definitely doesnt btw) and i wouldnt have gotten it otherwise. Then they told me my truck was in spot X around the building.On the front side theres maybe 10 spots so I continue to walk around the side of the building where 1 truck is waiting. Cool, they have it all prepped for me. I continue using the wonky app to confirm the condition of the truck. They have little pictures that wont zoom for each side of the truck. Good luck identifying what the pictures show. So i spent 20 minutes doing that only to try and start the truck and the key wont turn. I go back inside, wait a bit for someone to come out of their break room and tell me, no its on the complete back side of the building.I walk all the way back there past boat trailers and storage facilities and finally come to what looks like a rental return lot with trucks stacked azz to elbow. Good luck seeing what the side of your truck looks like before you drive off.One last thing. No cruise control. Holy sharts my knee feels like crumbled Styrofoam after driving 10 hours without it.

I love this uhual location ! Ive moved 9 times and this one is my favorite by far. Already rented equipment 3 times from them. From the manager on down everyone is friendly and helpful. They have even gone above and beyond to locate the exact size equipment I needed when I needed it. They have my business for as long as I live here. Thanks again!!

I was making a huge move half way across the country. I came in looking for tape and spoke to the General Manager Brad. I needed a way to get my stuff to Texas and he informed me about the U-Box. He helped explain the process and answered all of my 45 million questions. Moving is stressful but he definitely made the process a lot easier.

Very good, rent the truck from 26`, at $ 134.00, from fredericksburg to chantilly, they offered me that if I return it in manasas, it would be $ 109.00 and I would get 60 miles, 10 miles more, this would be 70 miles. It seems super good, and we brought a mountain load for 10 dollars. It is always good to book one or two days in advance. You must also explain that it is for removal, since if you need the truck for work, you will have a surcharge of $ 100.00 more on your bill, for insurance. 👍😊
