Very friendly and very helpful service given by Wendy and Arvin. My reservation on my truck and storage pod was done quickly and very professionally.From beginning to end was a very easy process. KUDOS to this team.. Excellent!

Great place pick up and drop off Uhaul equipment. Lots of room to maneuver vehicles with safety. Staff is friendly and helpful.

Uhaul of Fredericksburg sucks....pick up time for trailers always 1145am...the day is half gone by puck up time.

Wendy is extremely rude! After a disagreement over truck selection she scheduled my pick up location in Warrenton 40 miles from where I live in Spotsy. I will never use U-haul ever again!!! This was the third time U-haul has disappointed me. Thankfully I had a 100% confirmed availability backup with Penske. Wendy hope you aren’t as rude to others as you were me. Shame on you! God doesn’t like ugly…I have a 1200 mile journey.

Reserved a 10 foot truck online, confirmed 24 hours prior but the truck wasn’t available. Picked up an available cargo van. Wendy did an excellent job checking me out, and checking me back in later that afternoon. Really friendly and professional...made the experience easy.

Okay so we needed some moving blankets..... The wife goes in to the old Liberty Lanes building which is now the new uhaul Rent-A-Center.... She walks in and its dark and theres nobody there so she looks around and then yells out hello...A dude with green hair comes out from the back with an attitude and tells her where the blankets are and doesnt offer to help put them in the car.....Okay so now hours later... We got back to return the blankets and I walk inside and theres the dude with the green hair sitting behind the counter on his phone and I asked him about where to put the blankets and with an attitude he starts asking me other questions. Long story short the blankets were good the price was good but the service was unprofessional and lacking.... It was like we were bothering him.... Whatever, it is what it is. Whoever is paying this fella is being ripped off.
