No information was disclosed by salesperson Christine that there could be an enormous gap between the countertops and the cabinets when the job was completed. It was only after the countertops were installed that that we were informed that this is “normal” for this type of job. Now a piece of trim has to be installed to cover the gap. This should have been mentioned from the outset.

My husband and I are very pleased with the service we received at iDesign Granite. From the moment we walked into the store searching for vanity counter tops for our master bathroom, we were greeted and welcomed by Hunter who assisted us with making our selection. When we went back three weeks later for the kitchen, we were surprised Hunter remembered us. He was a professional joy to work with! Both our master bathroom vanity counter tops and kitchen counter tops were installed by two professional teams from iDesign Granite. We had no long delays or issues to deal with. Very professional team from measurements to fabrication to installation. We especially loved being able to preview the slab placements to see the vein movement and seams before anything was cut. Christine did an excellent job making sure we were 100% satisfied.

Gus and the whole team are amazing from iDesign Granite. We originally went with another local company who was very unprofessional. It ended up in a scrubbing of the project on the day of delivery due to slabs not being cut correctly. Gus and the iDesign team saved us after this whole mess and had the best prices on slabs in the area. We are so thankful for their professionalism and expertise. I wish we had started with the iDesign team from the beginning because they are the best in town and would have helped us avoid a huge headache. Do yourself a favor and start out with them.

From the very start, I was seriously impressed with iDeaign. When I went in there just to look, I was treated no differently than others who were signing a contract. They never tried to convince me to buy anything more expensive than I wanted. They never hurried us to make a decision. The gentleman who came to measure was prompt, courteous and thorough. And most impressive was the speed. From measure to installation was only 8 days! My old 1970s kitchen looked so great after the granite was in that I stood in there crying with happiness! The absolute best place and cheapest place to buy granite. Gus, Hunter, and JJ(owner) are the most professional people you will ever meet. I bought granite countertops and a marble bathroom shower seat with the best price and quality around. JJ came to my house and measure the countertops that fit absolute perfect. The countertops installers are contractors but work for idesign. The installers hands down are the best installers I have ever had in my 20 plus years of owning houses. They take thier time and ensure you are completely satisfied before they leave. Good workers are hard to come by so idesign better hold on to these installers. I am so please and would recommend this place as your only place to buy granite or marble.

I cant say enough good about our experience with iDesignGranite. We were referred by a friend who had a great experience and it was validated with us. Starting with their responsiveness to emails and questions, picking out the quartz, the previsit to measure, and a perfect installation. Our chosen quartz had veins of color running through it, and they took the time and effort to align the veins across seams in a way that you cant even tell where the seams are. Since they were not the granite company that our kitchen install folks normally used we had to act as our own subcontractors. While I was concerned with the prospect of a mistake (most likely on my part), the iDesign Granite team (Nicole, Hunter and JJ) were great. Absolutely the best and highly recommend!! They are super knowledgeable and their customer service is impeccable! I had originally bought my counters from Home Depot....BIG MISTAKE!! They only use one supplier and one company for installation (partnership) which was not explained at purchase. Not only did I have to drive to Sterling to look at slab but the company couldnt come out to measure for three weeks and then another 10 days before installation. Leaving us without counters for 5-6 weeks. I went in to meet with Melissa at iDesign on a Saturday. I picked my granite. They came to measure on Tuesday and my counters were in by Friday!! Plus, they beat Home Depots pricing even with adding a plumber in with iDesign. I highly, highly recommend iDesign. I cannot say enough about them. Plus their follow up and service is AMAZING!!! Thank you, iDesign!!!!!!!!

Had a crack granite over my sink, JJ worked with me to try a fix the crack. It was not repairable. He gave me the cheapest replacement price in town. Beautiful selection of slabs and remnants! I found just what I wanted for my bathroom vanity and makeup area, and iDesign had it ready to be installed the next day! The installers arrived on time, were very polite, and did a wonderful job. And they went over things with me to make sure that I was happy before they left! So helpful and very patient! It took me a while to decide what I wanted and they were never pushy or made me feel rushed. They have a great selection and are very helpful through out the process. They were priced competitively and made the install a breeze with a plumber coming in right behind the installation to hook up the faucet and dishwasher. Everything took about 5 hrs to complete!!

Melissa and JJ at iDesign were outstanding at helping us find the right granite for our renovated wet bar / kitchenette, and they went above and beyond in getting the countertop, island, and bathroom vanity installed on our very tight schedule. They were patient and helpful while we searched through the many different patterns at their store (over a couple of different visits), particularly trying to find a 2-color combination. Their prices fit our budget and they were very clear about the costs. But most importantly we had a short opportunity to get everything installed right near Christmas and they were able to work their schedule to fit us in. Their measurements were precise and the granite was a perfect fit! Its a beautiful addition to our home.

They did a good job on the countertop BUT the stainless steel sink has discolored and has rust spots this sink purchased from them. I called JJ tells me to call the company I didnt buy it from the company I bought it from them I feel they should stand behind it.i called the company they tell me to take pictures and get the serial number which is under the sink. POOR CUSTOMERS SERVICE

My husband and I would highly recommend iDesign. JJ and Melissa were great to work with and never pushy like some other places we visited (a huge plus). We ended up getting leathered granite which we had not even heard about until we saw that option in the warehouse. They did an awesome job installing (we have an old house with very uneven walls which I am sure made it more difficult to install) .... they also had great prices. We are happy that we ended up choosing this company and love our new countertops!
