This was a complete kitchen remodel and they did a fantastic job! Corinna, Jonathan, and Elias made this as easy as possible and the work was amazing! They were 100% available and responsive to me and went above and beyond helping me with delays and errors with the appliance company. Each day during construction they made sure my house was clean and as neat as it could be. I can’t recommend them enough!!

Our experience with One Stop was very good! From Corrina, who gave us suggestions and designed our kitchen to David and Marteeniz, who installed the kitchen. We have worked with One Stop Kitchen and Bath on two separate projects. One being a laundry space and the other being a large closet.In both cases the work has been top notch. Recently replaced our leaking jacuzzi bathtub with a regular tub. We are very happy, not only with new tub, but also with the professional way it was done. The team, comprised of Tarah, Mark, and Efrain, did an excellent job. We must compliment Efrain, the removal and installation stalwart, for his meticulous and detailed approach.

John, our project manager did a good job of taking care of issues as they came up. The process took longer than expected but the end result was a great looking bathroom.

There are plenty of options and in comparison with the others prices really affordable. I cannot speak to the quality of the work of Onestop Kitchen and Bath, but their non-responsiveness and lack of follow up is terrible. They never keep kept their word with us, and did not communicate very well. Our first contact with Onestop Kitchen and Bath was in April when a representative came to our home and assessed our kitchen for remodeling options. The representative said it would be at least two weeks to get back to us given Onestops workload. We understood. Three weeks passed and we did not hear anything back so we called the office for the representative to call us back and they never did. We texted him and he called several days to schedule us a time in May to look at options (pick colors, styles, flooring etc). When we arrived for the appointment the rep forgot who we were and forgot to schedule us in their calendar, by his own admission. We were a little perplexed but proceeded with the appointment. After we selected our options, he told us he would email an estimate the next day. However, the next day he called us and said he was going on vacation and would send us an estimate the Friday after he got back. He never got back to us. That was about four weeks ago and we even went so far as to send another text, and again no reply.This is my first ever negative Google review. We are very flexible and believe in supporting local businesses, but this is no way to treat customers. I understand that the post-pandemic pent-up demand and market forces are stretching contractors thin right now, but in our recent experience with other contractors, their has been much better communication than with Onestop.

Engin was a joy to work with. He helped us with everything from choosing the flooring and cabinets to the installations for our bath and closet remodel. He was always available to help with any little problem that arose (as there are ALWAYS problems in every project like this!), and I am absolutely delighted with the end result. High quality at a fair price!

Would not recommend this business. I scheduled my appt for 9:30am and no one bothered to show up. I called around 9:37 to find out what was going on and the person I spoke to said the woman (Tara) that I was supposed to meet with left her bag and had to go back and get it. When asked why I wasn’t even contacted for a simple “hey I’m running late”, his response was “I don’t know. I’ll let her know when she gets here. I mean, I’ll call her and tell her”. So another 10 mins go by and I finally get a call from Tara, at this point it’s 9:45. She immediately says ‘I seen you had an appointment at 9:30 and I missed that so I’m sorry”. Then she goes on to say that the reason she’s late is because she was on vacation and didn’t expect to have an appointment “bright and early” in the morning (it’s 9:30 not 7am). I scheduled my appt WEEKS ago and it’s her job to check what her schedule is before returning to work. I asked why I wasn’t contacted and she didn’t have a response. I let her know that I was frustrated because I managed to get my 3 children up “bright and early” and I couldn’t so much as be contacted until halfway into my appt time that she was late and that she couldn’t be there for another 30 mins. I did not reschedule. When someone is working on your home, you want someone who will not only be on time but will communicate with you. She clearly couldn’t do that and I don’t appreciate being lied to by either her or her coworker. He says she left her bag and that’s why she’s late, she says she didn’t realize she had an appt.

I had an appointment for 5pm and confirmed it earlier in the day. Corinne (sp?) never showed up and nobody from the company called to say it was cancelled. What a waste of a Friday evening! I’ll go somewhere else for my kitchen and bath remodeling.

We had cabinets, countertops, and a backsplash done.  Every person who worked on our new kitchen was fantastic.  From Steve – our designer – all the way to Jim who did most of the work.  Steve designed the kitchen how WE wanted it, giving helpful suggestions along the way.  Jim is the epitome of a master craftsman and it is obvious hes been doing this a long time.  He is meticulous, takes pride in his work, and will not settle for anything but perfection.  Hes friendly and trustworthy, and was a pleasure to have in our house for the work.  Every team we had come in was professional and left the workspace clean at the end of the day.  Our kitchen turned out beautiful. If we ever have more kitchen or bathroom work done, we will not shop around.  There is only one place we will go.

I dont know about their work since their prices are any 40%higher than everywhere else, but I can say that the unprofessionalism was pretty bad. We pull up to get our estimate as one of the employee walks out of the front door, spits dipspit right next to the door, wipes his hands through his beard to clear it off and then opens the door back up without cleaning it off. Just nasty.

I was putting a kitchenette in my basement and needed an economical but still functional design. I scheduled an appointment with Corinna at Kitchen and Bath Shop and she quickly a few quick questions about how I was using that space and came up with a wonderful design that worked around some of my utilities and sump pump and maximized storage and entertaining areas. I placed two orders for cabinets and each order was correct, delivered quickly, and most importantly, undamaged. They do a great job and I highly recommend them.

OneStop Kitchen and Bath is the best place to remodel kitchen area and for design. We went with all new cabinets, backsplash, countertops and lighting and flooring changes. They provided fantastic design considerations, pricing options, and patiently worked with us on cabinet type selections, granite countertops and other details. They have a wonderful showroom where you can see a huge selection of samples for every aspect of your project.

-If you are going to base executing the appointment off of a “confirmation phone call” an hour prior to the appointment at least inform the customer of that condition when the appointment is made.-Secondly, when the customer calls to reschedule (at the originally scheduled appointment time that was not executed) and you tell the customer that you can make it in the evening because you now are in another appointment, I expect that you would call the customer and inform them if you’re late or no longer can attend.

Would not recommend multiple issues from ordering to install.Ordered the wrong cabinetsInstall for cabinets for suppose to take three days we are a month later and just now finished, had to give installer access to my home since I could not keep taking off work so much. Weeks this took, it was just cabinet install.Multiple errors and constant missing pieces caused constant delays and extended this project because of the errors. Very concerning the lack of processes in place to ensure these things don’t happen. It could have all been avoided with better control of their operations.Wanted very much for this to be a successful project who isn’t super exited to get their kitchen redone. This is an expensive project and for it to go as poorly as it did I can’t even describe how disappointed that it just ended up with them trying to take advantage of my time and patience then expecting To be paid full price for a poor job? Just so very disappointed in this company and will not be using them or recommending. So happy to just be done at this point with them.

We had someone come out to take measurements and he said that hed get back to us as soon as they had the design and we never heard from them. So we called to follow up, which I shouldnt have to do,and kip said the design was done and that the email was sent to us but I never got anything.

If you’re looking for good quality cabinets check out K&B. I renovated my kitchen and purchased my kitchen cabinets from K&B. They also came in and measured and design the new kitchen layout which was to my liking. I would have given them more stars but had to endure some challenges at time of delivery and installation. All the materials was not on-site and had a missed measurement of a cabinet and some miss communication on the delivery of the countertops. A better job of coordination and timing could have been done. The installer Jim S is the most meticulous person when came to the installation he cut no corners. He was super professional and always prompt and ready to work every morning. His craftsmanship and attention to detail was 100%. Be sure to ask for Jim as your installer.

From the initial informative in-home consultation and project estimate conducted by Engin Derecik, his in-showroom functional design proposal and visual 3D presentation, the products review and selection guidance, and ultimately the skilled work crew construction led by Antonio... the entire process was personable and professional. Exceptional Results! An entirely new kitchen, from ceiling to floor, of high quality products that vastly improved the room’s beauty and function while complimenting adjacent room décor. As is possible with any major home remodel project, unforeseen impediments surfaced that caused delays and potentially threatened the desired design, in our case with existing soffit plumbing and electrical. But with admirable craftsmanship Antonio implemented solutions that achieved our goals. Wonderful Transformation, Happy Customers!
