Great work at very reasonable price. 2 things to keep in mind if youre getting new countertops... First, no other countertop place (I contacted 3 others) also did the backsplash tile work. They all referred me to a tile place/guy and I really preferred to only have to deal with 1 company. Second, no other installer would touch the sink. I either had to remove/re-install myself (I opted to keep my current porcelain sink) or call a plumber. But expense was included in Elites quote (which would have cost me about another $500-600 for 2 plumbers visits). When comparison shopping I found Elite to be lower than other quotes, especially after taking these factors into account. We did have 1 minor SNAFU with the backsplash - the delivered tile was wrong, and I did not catch it until nearly half the job was done. But a phone call and a photo to Elite (Patricia) and they made it right with minimal hassle by removing what what put up, re-ordering and completing the job the following week. We had no problems with punctuality as other complained about. Id definitely use them again and recommend them.

Elite Countertops, LLC did an outstanding job at my house!Patricia and the whole team followed through to make everything lookpristine, clean and in a timely manner. The plumber did a phenomenal job with changing out all the plumbing to make everything fit with the new fixtures. It was a lot of extra work involved.He was also pleasant and explained the processes involved. Reasonable pricing as well.Patricia was also a big help overall. We recently had granite countertops installed at our home in Fredericksburg. After much research and shopping around we decided to go with Elite Countertops. The whole process was great from choosing which style we liked, to installation. I highly recommend Elite Countertops to anyone in our area.

During the final week of 2019, we had our front porch replaced. Through a series of unfortunate events, our dishwasher blew up and needed to be replaced. We decided to replace all the appliances as they were over 20 years old. Our old stove was a drop-in stove, but we were unable to replace it with the same type of stove. This started us on our journey to replace the countertop as we had to cut the old one in order to install the new stove. Originally, we were not looking to remodel the kitchen only to get a new countertop. We took our time and shopped around and found Elite Countertops. They were offering a kitchen special so we thought we’d check it out. We met Patricia and she was very professional and timely with her communication. She explained everything to us and brought samples to our house to help us visualize. She offered suggestions on the design, but ultimately she did as we asked. She kept us informed during the process. Her staff showed up on time and got everything installed quickly and answered any questions we had during the installation process. The kitchen turned out beautiful. After the installation, we had additional workers come into the house to fix unrelated items and we received compliments on the job that was done. We are looking forward to continuing or work with Elite Countetops for the next part of our kitchen project, a tile backsplash.

Customer service is awesome!! We had an appointment scheduled for a Saturday but Patricia ended up sick. She called to cancel. She ended up setting up a 7pm appointment during the week. She called and her assistant put our address in wrong so she didn’t get there until about 8. She is very nice and professional. Went through everything with us. She measured so much more then other companies that have come out. Told us what we could do and how we could save money. Out of the 3 places we have tried to get quotes from she has been by far the best to deal with.

They definitely deserve 5 stars because our experience was great from start to finish. Patricia did my estimate and really worked with my wife and I to figure out a design that would work best for our kitchen space. Initially we didnt think a new kitchen was possible. We had thought only about redoing a small area and that was it. But with their special pricing for a 10 x 10 kitchen, we were able to get new cabinets and counter-tops. We couldnt be more pleased. Our kitchen looks amazing! Even though some small issues did arise, as soon as i mentioned them to Patricia, she had the guys come back as soon as possible to rectify the issue. They are very affordable, especially considering the quality of work they do! Highly recommend!

I would have given these folks five stars, but they dont keep appointments very well. Forgot about our initial consult, late for the the second, cancelled the third and late for each subsequent appointment. So with the negative out of the way, let me talk about the positive. I have a very large kitchen that required a LOT of granite, and two difficult cut-outs for farmhouse sinks. They did an amazing job. The level of time, care and attention to detail they gave to every aspect of the install was superb. The countertops are perfect and the seams are almost invisible. They spent an enormous amount of time trimming, grinding and shaving tiny bits off so the sinks fit perfectly. And the best part? They were cheap. By far the least expensive out of the companies that I had quote. And their turnaround time was quick. Would definitely recommend.

I just had a huge remodeling project and I could not have picked a better company to help me remodel my kitchen and bathrooms! Ive had the absolute best experience! They were professional from the very beginning and I just felt so comfortable when they came and gave me my first estimate. They have great prices on just about everything from cabinets to the granite that we wanted. They were on time and very professional. They went through every single step of the remodel with me and were able to bend their schedule around mine! Needless to say I appreciated that more than anything! We ordered all our cabinets through them and had granite installed in the kitchen and bathrooms! The granite and cabinets look absolutely amazing! I am extremely happy I was able to find them and have my kitchen done in such a short amount of time! And I am especially grateful for all of their cooperation and great customer service! It really felt like they were doing anything they could to make sure I was happy with the end result. If you have a project in mind look no further and give them a call. You will be glad you did!

OK, go in knowing they might be a little late for appointments. In exchange you will get really great work. We are THRILLED with Elite Countertops work. I wish I would have had them do our whole kitchen, but they hung our cabinets and supplied/installed our counters. I am a difficult person to please, but Patricia was an excellent salesperson, and Carlos and crew are craftsmen. The price was reasonable and frankly worth every penny. In a full kitchen/living room remodel filled with disasters, they have been a bright shining exception. I will absolutely go back when it’s time to do more work.

I hired Elite Countertops for a kitchen remodel. We had them install cabinets and the granite. The time and care they took with us on our decision was very comforting and helpful. They had very good prices and excellent customer service. Their installers were very polite and courteous of our home. They did such a great job we hired them to do a second job downstairs in the basement two weeks later. Look no further if you want your dream kitchen or bathroom, they have you covered!!

Uneven edges, and the square footage was off. No one was at the store the two times they said I need to be there and discuss options. Pricing was a bit extreme but I went with it since I liked the piece I was looking at. They wanted an a huge amount of money just to do some plumbing and charge me a bunch just to disconnect the piping. Not happy at all with this company. They won’t see me again.

Elite Countertops remodeled our kitchen in December 2018 and did an excellent job. My husband and I worked with Patricia Romero who came and took measurements of our kitchen, provided a design for us, ordered our cabinets for direct delivery, and remained in contact with us throughout the project. The kitchen was done in one week. The contractors that installed our cabinets and granite counter tops were polite and professional, as well as the plumber who came on the last day of the job to reconnect our dishwasher, water filter and faucet. Everything was completed to our expectations and we would recommend Elite Countertops/ Patricia Romero for any renovation.

Very bad customer service, not only was our counter top put in with a crack in It that we had to fight them to come and fill in for free, but they also glued in our sink poorly to the new countertops and when it fell through a little over a year later they where gonna charge is 250 dollars to come fix it, would not recommend ever coming here and dont think we will ever be using them again

The price was right and their work was outstanding. We could not have asked for a better experience. We only wish we had gotten new counter tops sooner.

This is the absolute worst run company. You will be happy if they are late because most of the times, they never show up. They may want to reconsider renaming themselves to Subpar Countertops and Cabinets, but even that is a step-up for them. I am giving them one-star for being able to answer a phone which is more then you should expect from these idiots.

--BUYER BEWARE-- Good luck getting them to show up.Let me preface this first by saying I am in sales, and have been in the industry for over 10 years. I am giving Elite 1 star because the receptionist on the phone was very professional and apologetic when I expressed my disappointment with their company.I first called Elite asking for a quote and trying to find more information. Their website looked nice, and their prices were very good. I talked to a very nice lady on the phone, and everything was set up. I explained that the day I set my appointment up was the only day I was available, due to my job and having to go away for meetings.The day before our appointment, Patricia (the owner) called me asking if I could reschedule for the next day. I explained to her what I had already told the other lady, that this was the only day I was available. I didnt foresee a problem because I had set the appointment up the previous week. She said okay, and she would be their (3:30 PM appointment).The day of the appointment, I received another call, asking if we could change the appointment to 4:30 PM. I told them this was fine.4:30 came and went, as did 5 PM. I called the office, who stated they would call Patricia and find out where she was. I received a call back from the office about 15 minutes later, who stated she blew out her tire and wouldnt be able to make it. They asked to reschedule, which I told them I couldnt at the current time.My problem is this: If you know there is an issue, or you may even be late to an appointment,A. Call the customer. The customer should never have to call you and find out where you are. Its unprofessional.B. Dont make false promises. If there was an issue, it shouldnt have waited until the day of the appointment to be addressed.C. Dont make excuses. A sale is a sale. And while I realize my small kitchen countertop remodel may be something minor compared to complete renovations, a $2500 sale is still a $2500 sale.Buyer beware, theres a reason these people are the cheapest. Too good to be true often is, and unfortunately Elite lost a sale to a much more professional company.

We had an appt @12 pm 1/12/19. But Alex called @ 12 pm that she was going to be late due last minute customers came into the showroom. No big deal and she showed up @1 pm. Got the measurement even we provided the kitchen design layout that shows all the measurements. She promised to give us an estimate as soon as she got to her office. Then right before she left If she doesnt get the estimate to us that day it will be Monday morning. But most likely the same day . She assured us to have the countertop installed by following Friday 1/18/19. We were ready to sign the deal that day. But she couldnt do it. We called her on Monday and Tuesday several times and left messages. Finally called us back stating she may not have the accurate measurements. So we sent her the kitchen layout with the measurements again. 2 hrs later again called me to know the sink specs and we provided to her while we were doing our grocery shopping. Even though the kitchen layout shows all the necessary info to price the job out. Together we calculated 36 sqf. of countertop and that was way extra. She returned with an estimate of 45 sqf. On Tuesday 1/15/2019 at 6:00 p.m. We then call her about the problem with the SQF and she told me that the owner told her to charge the extra SQF because of the angles. When we measured the counter top we accounted for the waste. Alex told us you can talk to the owner on 1/19/19 when she returns from out of the country. The problem with this is Alex told us 3-5 day and we would have an install now this company because of the mismeasurement and price price gouging we have blown our install date. She told us a price of $3100.00 on the jobsite and now its $700.00 Then ALex had Mandy call me and get very inappropriate with us calling me a ***** This company has no true leadership and I cant believe what they called me very bad experience. I will be contacting local news channels to express our experience.

We had quartz countertops and porcelain tile floor done in our kitchen. Elite Countertops completed the job very well. They were timely, professional, and we are most pleased with the look and quality of the work done. I would highly recommend them. Patricia and everyone who worked on our job was great from the start of the job till the very end.

I purchased product and install for new cabinet and counters for my kitchen. Elite is by far the most reasonably priced compared to various other quotes I recieved. Two small issues arose during the installation, but the owner resovled them and worked out an agreement that was very agreeable. I must say the owner, Patricia, stands by her and her employees work even after payment is recieved.

We could not be more pleased. Their products are top- notch and beautiful, and their customer service is impeccable. In addition, they are by far the most affordable option. We had a quote to re-face our cabinets with synthetic doors, and Elites price was far less, for solid wood cabinets. Having shopped around, I know we paid a fraction of what other companies would have charged. Elite countertops strived to make us happy during installation no matter what. One particular cabinet was not going to fit and they recommended we get a smaller cabinet. I really did not want the smaller one, so they made it work very amicably. Elite Countertops have also continued to make service calls when minor problems with the cabinets occurred. Even three years after installation, they came out to fix a problem before our home inspection for the sale our home. Not only did they correct the problem, Elite also went through the entire kitchen and fixed any other issues they found. Highly recommended!
