Wife and I came to visit Fredericksburg and were drawn to this place because it was the only place that roasted their own beans (they roast it next door). You could tell the difference in their coffee. We ended up going twice! We came late in the afternoon on a Saturday and enjoyed some conversation with one of the managers (super nice guy and very knowledgeable about coffee). We got cold brew coffees and they were just packed with flavor. We ended up coming this next day for breakfast and it was great also, but definitely busier! The actual building itself is really nice also and very nicely decorated! Highly recommend this place.On a side note, we bought some of their fresh roasted whole bean coffee and when we brewed it at home, it was some of the best we’ve had!

This might be the best coffee shop Ive been to! The coffee drinks were amazing! Even the decaf coffee drinks were delicious! And my husband and I are picky! So thats saying something coming from us. The employees were so friendly as well. The food was super good! I definitely recommend starting your day at Caliche!

Coffee and breakfast were delicious. Extremely kind waitstaff and atmosphere. Sit out back if youd like a cute cat to accompany your visit. He may not be an expert conversationalist but he is a cute muse that will bask in the sun.

This is the place to visit in town if you want coffee. Awesome locally roasted selections. The barista was very knowledgeable and friendly. My wife had a fall themed latte that was very flavorful without being too sweet.

Harvest flavored latte (heavy on the coffee part per request) and green egg and ham quiche bites were wonderful for a late lunch. Great experience today.

Cozy & quite place with a good rear outdoor seating. I had English muffin with salmon & eggs, which was ok. Latte was good. Could be a little less pricier, but may be it’s a Fredricksburg thing :)

We really wanted to like this place. We saw it when we were driving pass and decided that was going to be the place to have something to drink after a walk through Main Street. Disappointment is an understanding, the blonde girl behind the counter did nothing to accommodate us. We couldnt find any reference to the name of the place either on the menu or in the decorations. Drinks were average. You have a nice spot and hopefully can improve your business

This place is very good. They were fast and their cold brew had a nice taste, not too strong or weak. I got a large, hazelnut cold brew.

This is a very cute cafe with nice offering and made as a quiet / calm place to sit and enjoy a delicious coffee and snack.The coffees were very good. The macchiato was exquisite. Really enjoyed the atmosphere.The establishment is clean, bright and open. The bathroom is for only one person at a time. Very clean as well. The people and staff are really friendly and knew the products well.Overall a really nice find and great place to wind down.

Lovely little spot, the coffee has good flavour and their local roaster is decent. Cappuccino pull was closer to latte in volume, but still, it tasted good.

Beautiful, modern spot right on Main Street with great coffee and staff. We escaped here multiple times on our trip. Very baby and kid friendly, we appreciated that the coffee was great quality but they also have fun with it, like offering cold brew floats July 4th weekend.

This is such a cute little coffee shop with a wide variety of delicious and affordable coffee and food. The owner Elizabeth was so personable and kind. They even have art for sale throughout the shop. We will definitely be returning every time we go and visit.

The coffee here is so incredibly smooth, but the food is impeccable, too. The avocado toast had the perfect blend of flavors and the tomatoes and avocado were perfectly ripe. So delicious. Dont miss this place on your trip to Fredericksburg.

2 star rating for lack of communication. We checked their website for the hours, menu, and social media page before going and we’re still turned away from being served. Upon walking in, they immediately told us they didn’t have food (despite website indicating differently) and they would only make us a cold brew or other simple coffee.

Such a cute little cafe located in Fredericksburg! The owner was very friendly and even though we managed to arrive not long before closing she made us some delicious coffees to go. They do have spacious eating areas but we were to close to time to sit down and enjoy. I am not a flavored coffee kind of lady but I can happily recommend their mini cappuccino, a double shot with less milk than their regular cappuccino. We will return when we are back in town!

I always stop in here when Im over in Fredericksburg. Bright and airy little spot right on Main St - good cold brew ($4 for a large) and super friendly staff every time Ive been there. I think theres also parking in the back too, but typically you can find street parking as well. Nice spot to stop in after hiking Enchanted Rock for a caffeine dose!

Absolutely stunning environment! All details were well thought out and the drinks are delicious. I ordered a green tea and matcha latte from the friendly staff member and it is a great drink. The back patio is a lovely getaway from the hustle and bustle of Main Street!

Delicious cold brew + lots of add-in options. I added coconut milk and sugar-free caramel. So good. My husband got a standard latte, which was also delicious. We enjoyed a molasses and pecan scone that was perfect. Great environment! Wed absolutely visit again!

I love all coffee, but I honestly could not convince myself to enjoy what I ordered. Very nice staff though. Very poor planning on layout design. Crowd control is not organized in a flowing manner.

EDIT: I also bought a bag of coffee here, the Ethiopia Limu, and it is incredible. Its amazing drinking it black and unsweetened. Everyone else that has tried it agreed, so I will be returning to get several bags to give out as Christmas gifts.The coffee here is excellent. The building is super cute and clean, and the service is great. This is the best lavender latte Ive ever had. I havent tried the food, but what I saw looked delicious.

Caliche IS the BEST coffee shop in Fredericksburg!! Georgia is the sweetest barista we’ve ever met! Also, the gentleman that works alongside Georgia is a very nice man! We ordered drip coffee with a pump of vanilla, sugar, and almond milk. Wow!! Very delicious! You will not be disappointed!!! Yum! Can’t wait to go back!

This is a cute little coffee shop, but the coffee is just okay and the food is not that good. The breakfast burrito was terrible. They should try to add some flavor or salsas to improve the taste. Actually maybe start over with a new burrito. We ordered a couple of coffees, one a vanilla latte and they were decent. The staff was really friendly and helpful and the store itself was nice.

I stopped by Caliche for the first time recently and I will be sure to return next time Im in town.I was introduced to Caliche through my familys business -we worked with caliche to make some t-shirts - and I thought they were super nice to work with and Im really glad to know about their shop now!

I’m a London Fog lover, and when I saw that their featured drink was a London Fog (and iced no less!!), I had to try it.It was ok. For a regular London Fog, I would have said it was just a little watery. For a featured drink, it fell short for me.That being said, it’s a cute place with a cute atmosphere. Definitely worth the trip. But make sure you go early on a busy weekend! The run out of food fast!

Delicious coffee (seriously) & food. I had the eggs benedict with smoked salmon and they were from another world. The preparation was flawless!

Service was ok but the coffee was good, smoked salmon bagel, BLT bagel both were good. Price wasnt that bad. We would come back here.

Clean crisp coffee house. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The espresso is excellent. I really dont need to say more. If you like espresso drinks and an intimate coffee haus experience, go. You wont be disappointed.

Nice place to chill and have a coffee. I visited in the Fall and the weather was perfect for sitting outside on their nicely done patio. My family ordered some breakfast dishes and a variety of drinks - all of which were good. Pricey, but a good experience overall. Service was great!

Cute place off of Main. Really great aesthetics inside. Would not suggest for a big group or a large order of drinks. There wasn’t enough room to stand and wait for your coffee or sit down. When I took a sip of my latte, I thought it was really bitter. I asked the rest of my group and they agreed their drinks were a bit off as well. Think it may have been the bean they were using for espresso. Overall, cute place but coffee was disappointing.

Quick serving and worth the walk there to enjoy their iced coffee on a summer day!
