They almost always are drive through only for either COVID or staffing reasons, but they run the drive through really well. It gets busy but they are efficient and never have made a mistake. I do favor and have some complicated orders come through. Never have had an issue at this location. They do a great job.

Stop by to grab a cup of coffee at 8 PM on Monday evening. Closing time posted online is 9 PM.The staff for that day decided to close 1 hour early, to sit outside on the patio and hang out. No signs were posted anywhere on the building. And as potential customers were driving up through the drive-through. The staff did not inform anyone that they were closed. In fact they sat down in their seats laughing and watching potential customers try to order. I won’t be coming back.

Probably one of the worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to and I have given this location multiple tries before writing this review. First they never have their online ordering working and their lobby is closed so you are forced to do the drive thru. At this point the lobby needs to be reopened and there is no excuse as to why ordering ahead on the app doesn’t work. The other main issue is they have kids working in there that are very nice but have no idea how to make coffee and have messed up my very simple drink order every time. If you order an iced coffee with light cream it will come out looking like milk. Then I’ve tried saying an iced coffee with a splash of cream and it still came out looking like milk with no coffee. With the multiple coffee shop option in FBG this is my last choice.

Pretty good service but out of several of the items that I wanted.

Prices are to be expected. They seem to be short staffed, but I havent had them mess up any orders and the baristas always put a smile on my face.

I gave 3 stars since I didnt go inside. Very good drinks fixed perfectly. Not a very long drive thru line. If you go remember to tip. Those girls and guys work really hard.

Tough to park as the drive through line is often long and it blocks the spots trying to get in or out. Selection was limited.

Wife loves her coffee, but when you order online, they push you to the back of the line, all the other Starbucks that we have visited most orders through the app moves you to the head of the line.

This is by far the worst coffee I have ever had from any Starbucks. The caramel ribbon crunch Frappuccino and the caramel machiatto were so bad. I thought that all stores had to follow a certain recipe. Thankfully this wasnt the first one I have ordered coffee from.

Asked for easy ice they left over 1/4th of my shaken expresso empty, Supposedly this is a rule? Never had this happened I asked for a venti not a small! Quit ridiculous to leave the cup that empty without letting me know first or even ask do I want the cup filled!

Strawberry Cream Frappuccino with Mocca and a drizzle of chocolate......Its satisfying, delicious, tasty and absolutely yummy!

Always an enjoyable visit. Everything changed just recently. They have changed their houts and there is no longer a place to get a great cup of coffee early in yhe morning. Im a 5 day a week customer, ill miss my 6am coffee before work. McDonalds and gas station coffee just isnt an option. Whats worse is there was no warning of their new 730am time. Hope Starbuckd changes there mind and reverts to earlier houts, at least 6am.

Terrible service. Spoke clearly and still had to repeat, “ Venti Vanilla Sweet Cream” about five times and she still asked what size.. then we get to the window and got told they didn’t have that?? Never been to a worse Starbucks.

Service is fast and polite. Oh yes the coffee, I almost forgot to mention the best part, it is delicious.

Friendly baristas, and of course great coffee. Glad we were driving by and found them. Needed coffe after along day shopping and all the local coffee locations were closed.

They are requiring face masks even after Texas lifted the policy.

Fast lines and polite servers

So this morning I was turned away because I was told they didnt have change for a 100 at 9:20 am.im pretty sure they had change and my bill was 24 something .very disappointed

Well, you can get everything in a skinny option except a mocha, of course...and then have the barista repeat everything to you three times before you get a total. What coffee shops has zero alternatives? Oh wait, I forget this is a starbucks. Next time I will just get my coffee from the local places no matter how far out they out.

Very disappointed. How is it that a company that makes lots of money has no change for $100 when my bill was $24 something. This is not the first time this has happened with them not having changing.

First time visit about 8:30 am on a Friday. Inside is larger than what appears from the outside, however, because of covid, no sitting area. There is outside seating. Parking can be tight. There were 5-6 cars in the drive-thru, about 4 people inside and 5 baristas. Took almost 15 minutes for small decaf americano and a plain latte. Not overly impressed.

No complaints. Coffee is hot and service was friendly.

It is very busy, but the associates are very friendly and accommodating.

Favorite place for coffee

Don’t expect your online order to be ready on time. The mobile app estimated 8-11 minutes and we have now been waiting for 30 (and they still forgot our food!!) haven’t experienced this at a Starbucks before. Very unfortunate. Staff was very dismissive and didn’t seem concerned.

Friendly staff BUT...Ive been here 7 times in the last month, when They were open before the closing due to COVID 19, as well as since theyve reopened ... Of these 7 times 6 times they have gotten my order wrong! Its been orders placed directly at the restaurant as well as mobile orders. They dont keep the online information updated, so when an order is placed for a particular drink, the website says they have it and its paid for but when you pick up theyre out of stock. Its EXTREMELY frustrating. This staff needs some REAL TRAINING!!!
