A nice Starbucks inside the Spotsylvania Towne Centre.Usually quite but always quick service. Everything one would expect from any other Starbucks; full beverage and small plate service, coffee beans, mugs and more. Decent seating area.They just rolled out mobile app ordering and in-mall delivery, with the exception of department stores.Nice place to enjoy a cup while the family shops.

The baristas are very nice, friendly, and professional. The place is neat. The wait time is not bad at all.

I will not be back. Rude, snotty associates. Make rude comments about people they are serving and standing in line. I guess they dont know customer service protocol and need retraining in manners. One employee stated didnt care they would be closing soon. Not sure if she meant for the holidays or permanent. Hopefully PERMANENT!

Great coffee and snacks. Friendly service. Restrooms are not open to the public right now.

I ordered the very berry hibiscus lemonade, I usually really love it but they watered it down way too instead of opening a new container. Not very happy >:(

The drinks always taste great. I probably come here at least 2 to 3 times a week. I would suggest downloading the Starbucks app to skip the line- It can get pretty packed (its inside the mall).The employees here are always energetic and always willing to help you out with whatever.Its the best Starbucks location Ive been to by far. I would definitely recommend.

Its a very clean starbucks with amazing drinks. Theyve never messed up my order and service is great! Never had the food, but it looks fresh and never has those nasty fruit flies flying around in there like other starbucks. Love their frappacinnos and seasonal drinks. Nice for something quick, although they are crowded most times Ive been there.

The lady there was so sweet. She had made one too many coffees right before closing and allowed me to have it to give to my mother or another person who may be in need of caffeine. Great atmosphere, however I do miss when they yell my name for my coffee

Starbucks is always great. Nice relaxing atmosphere where you can sit on comfy couches and drink your beverage without feeling rushed to leave. Great place to stop and get your coffee fix while shopping!

I just bought a coffee with my grandaughter. The guy on shift did not allow me to use the restroom, but 2 minutes before closing. The nice young lady served. me. I saw red & left. If it wasnt for my Mom I would of turned over tables. Unacceptable!!!

Stopped only to get a juice for the baby. I wouldnt pay a half million dollars for a coffee I can get at seven eleven for less than two bucks.

Rolled the huge trash can over flowing with trash right through the seating area. DISGUSTING. waited 10 minutes in line to order and another 15 minutes to get my drink. I know its Saturday but there should be more baristas doing drinks instead of just two.

They have always made my drinks to my liking. They are very friendly and courteous. Proud of my hometown Starbucks.

Convenient location, always busy. Sometimes efficient, sometimes not. Best to order thru app for pickup to Spotslyvania Town Center location and call it a day.

It was a little busy but the employees are so nice and fun to be around it is a very nice public area and is one of my favorite study spots

Similar to the regret after eating say taco bell or mcdonalds, i always feel robbed after i leave. staff is friendly enough. but 10 bucks for two coffees, one being one of those froze cappamocalatios leaves my visits here to only when the spouse successfully griefs me into going.

The brewed coffee was too hot and it didnt taste quite right. I get Starbucks a lot and I theyre machine needs to be calibrated. I went back for another drink with friends that same morning and the barista put two shots in the hot chocolate, just because. No thats not what I ordered, they did remake my drink, but its a wierd oversight for an order that is just two hot chocolates.

Manage needs to get this place straight. Orders are not coming out in order. Been waiting over 25 mins.

Manager of this Starbucks is a nutjob. Constantly yelling at her staff or crying in the back room. She has issues and doesnt need to be in charge of ANYONE. Staff are about 30% cool and 70% weirdos.

Starbucks is more of my daughters place. Its a little pricey for me, but every now and then we will indulge in some type of Frappuccino.
