Some employees very friendly others just ignore you. Convenient location.

I absolutely love Wawa! Everything about it! Well except the new burger.. its very salty and is not fresh. The bun is not heated or toasted and the cheese is not melted. I had high hopes for this burger! Wont stop me from going there!

The place looks clean and the workers there are proffesional, but I came here to put gas in an emergency and they dont take cash

The employees are courteous and they have gone above and beyond from my experience.

Great that remodel has finally finished and things SHOULD be getting back to normal. Notice the should. But new policy is only Regular and Decaf are to be brewed after 2000 and before 0500, no soup during same hours. I was told if I didnt like it to go somewhere else and that was the store managers new policy. Maybe WAWA corporate needs to assign a new store manager and get rid of shift manager who worked overnight 3/15 - 3/16.New store, ugly attitudes and people.

I have stopped at this store so many times and have had to go inside to get my curbside order at least 7 out of 10 times. I could excuse one or two mistakes like this but when it is so frequent it is a management problem. Wawa corporate needs to look into this atore management and make some changes.

My husband and I used to frequent this store quite often until one of the young ladies repeatedly openly flirted with my husband right in front of me. I get southern charm and friendly personalities but this was over the top, disrespectful and unprofessional. I know my husband is good looking. I don’t need to be told.

I’m glad the remodel has happened. This store is a Cornerstone for our local community. However, I visited today and the lady at the cash register, (Tracey) I think, was rather rude and normally, I don’t give reviews but this woman seemed tired and over-worked. Perhaps she needs a break or customer service training. I’m baffled at how many people that work in customer service lack people skills.

Dont order macaroni with bacon from the deli! Awful! Grease literally floating in the bottom of the bowl. The bacon wasnt all the way cooked nor cut up into macaroni. The cheese was hard as a rock making it impossible to stir the food. I literally gave up and put the top on to take home to the dog. But I dont even know if the dog will eat it. Dont waste the $6.00.

This is the worst wawa I have ever been to. I have never had a good food experience here. I just got a bowl with maybe a single shred of turkey on it, last time a turkey sub w NO TURKEY IN IT. I MEAN ITS BAFFLING how poorly this wawa is run compared to others. Took them 15 minutes to make a bowl of soup and sweet potatoes. One register going with twenty customers waiting. I am continually amazed to no end with this level of ineptitude and I love wawa usually. Im so blown away Im leaving this review.

I ordered through DoorDash. December 2nd 2020 at 1:34pm.Two breakfast burritos and an iced coffee. Dasher drops off my order and my coffee isn’t there. He told me the employee at wawa said everything was there. He was so kind to drive all the way back to get it for me.The employee at wawa refused to make the coffee that they MISSED and I PAID FOR and was negative to my dasher.Incredibly disappointed with this customer service. How can you refuse to fix the issue that you created?

This place is just run poorly, been going here for two years since I work just across the road and it has consistently disappointed. Items are “locked out” of the order screen/app when they have it in stock, or they don’t have it locked when they don’t have it; minor inconvenience that occurs too often. The customer service is lacking any real engagement, and they just don’t keep things stocked in their deli/drink station. In my experience it is the almond milk and the roasted vegetables that they never seem to have. Which is such an avoidable issue if you do any form of inventory in your store. For a while I thought “oh Wawa just isn’t all that, can’t expect much from a convenience store anyway” but I have come to realize it is literally just this store on Butler Road. Go up 17; to the store on Southern Gateway or the one on Warrenton Road and they are freaking stellar, extremely nice, never had any issues getting the items I want. How can a convenience store consistently be so inconvenient?

I honestly wish I could rate this lower. The service here is consistently terrible, constant attitude from all workers. I love WaWa’s sandwiches, literally the only redeemable quality at this store. Last week my wife and I both ordered sandwiches and now have food poisoning. We ordered on August 5th and will never return to this location.

ALWAYS OUT OF SOMETHING AT THE DELI ON A REGULAR BASIS. On top of not staying on top of cooking. Constantly out of rice out of oatmeal you name it. Simple things. Managers are always walking in circles. Dont get me wrong nice people just not managed well.

This Wawa does not practice safe covid procedures, they do not enforce customers to wear masks, used to come here all the time. We will not be back.

I love Wawa, but today I went there and got a vanilla latte with extra vanilla and espresso like I always do and it tasted so bad. The coffee was super dark like a chocolate color and had a terrible after taste. I dumped it out when I got to work. I’m hoping next time the lady that was there this morning who made my coffee will be better next time. Literally muddy latte water.

I used to be frequent customer of this Wawa, I would get breakfast and iced coffee, and gas either every morning or definitely on the weekends. After my experience last week I wont be returning to this Wawa for gas, food, nothing. I wrote into customer service and they really didnt say much back but a pre-typed generalized response that they send most of their customers. The lady who was at the front was extremely rude and nasty, so needless to say I will not be returning. Dont be surprised if you get treated like you dont matter here as a customer, customer service and compassion isnt there thing at this location. Also, disappointed that the customer service department just seems to try appease people with their generalized responses.

Ordered chicken noodle soup there for lunch. Not chicken broth - chicken noodle soup. There MAY be two tablespoons of noodles/chicken/carrots in the container of broth I just paid for. Very good fail WaWa.

Wawa has a wonderful standard that is shared by all employees. It is evident in their work ethics. Always polite and helpful, great tasting food and handmade drinks. All around great company. 🌭🌯🥗🍪🍫🍔

I freaking love Wawa and I always will. They are fast and easy service and convenient in my area. Their food feels, looks, and tastes better than other gas station food. To be honest, theyre more like a mini grocery with some gas pumps.

I travel a lot. I have been to hundreds of wawa all over from PA, NJ, DE, VA, FL, and probably a few others.I seen a lot of bad reviews on this one.As a person who knows wawa pretty well, it seems as though this particular wawa does not have a crew that meshes well together, and ultimately brings the quality to the customers down.They have a flaw in the prepared foods and beverages area. Generalizing from the previous reviews. Of this I would agree. But I am pretty sure that it is not something that will be ongoing. They must have people who work there that do not know the expectations of the customers who come to wawa. And that is pretty easy to fix. Even with some training.We as customers know exactly what and how our wawa is supposed to be, and taste. But we shouldnt assume that all employees always do as well.

They have great cappuccino and coffee! It actually stays hot for quite some time so theres no rush to finish it. Its great for a pit stop to fill up your tank and your family on the go!

Love this Wawa, deli has great service. Orders always come out fast and fresh. Crispy chicken buffalo sub cant be beat.

My personal favorite WaWa. 💚 the people. Easy in-out parking. Hot & cold, prepackaged food. All good, all the time.

We often stop here for a quick breakfast on our way to the train station or for lunch if were busy on a weekend. The staff are always friendly, the shelves are stocked, and the food is well-prepared. Im a fan of Wawa in general, but this location is well-run and conveniently located to boot.

Difficult to deal with! Not sure why it was a strain to their staff to substitute bread for a croissant. I was directed to two other areas in the store to find a ham, egg and cheese on a croissant. Each person I spoke with pointed back to everyone else to complete my request. Other Wawas Ive been to have made this particular sandwich the first time without a problem.I finally spoke with the manager who agreed the deli (where I began) should have knocked out my request. The manager was kind enough to make the sandwich himself without a charge. Unfortunately, I declined due to already being inconvenienced with the 10 minutes I wasted and other parties who were outside waiting.Likelyhood of visiting this store in the future is very slim.

Friendly staff, clean store, much better food than Sheetz, best gas station coffee. The quality of gasoline itself is not as high as someplace like Shell however.

The cookie tasted like a donut. The sandwich was soggy. There were too many options. My burps tasted funny after. There was an odd sheet of plastic covering my sandwich. I was told wawa was the best place ever by Anya McDermott and Erika Ferguson and was then disappointed.

Good wawa. Beware of the PNC ATM! It took $100 out of my account and didnt give me the cash, it kept printing out error messages on receipt paper. I have used wawa atms many many times but was told by my bank and wawa employees this was a heard of issue! 😞😠
