Good people who take care of you

The staff makes me uncomfortable when I go in alone, Im not sure what the laws are behind asking me to remove my mask when IDed but Id rather they scan my license than ask me to remove my mask during this pandemic and comment on my appearance. The comments I could definitely do without. Wont be returning, especially by myself.

Inside a clean, warm, safe for a single woman to enter, handicapped accessible neighborhood treasure chest!Blessed with a friendly clientele as best I’ve noted and an owner who’s the REAL gem!A place where I can ALWAYS find my favorite single malt Scotch and at a very fair, usually the lowest I notice elsewhere IF THEY EVEN HAVE IT price point!And a WONDERFUL proprietor who KNOWS his field!! Jay has introduced this vintage hedonist to some rare, local and ALWAYS on point bottled delights!! BOTH his taste, more importantly understanding MY TASTE; in wines and spirits have been intriguing, refreshing and unerringly on target.I asked Jay’s help with a critical yet ALWAYS last-minute chore when I was exhausted from preparing a move. He SWIFTLY, CALMLY, ABLY assisted me in setting up what I needed for a summer of guests! Loading up my purchases in an already “packed to the gills” with daily essentials car appeared easy for him. Unloading at the new site the next day was a pleasure! Invariably, Jay asks, arranges for or does carry to my car himself my purchases.Not my first bar rodeo, I had a list but Jay not only opened my taste experience but saved me money as well with suggestions he made bold to offer. He turned me on to a marvelously fragrant gin which is now top of my list . Let us just say......it had to be replaced more frequently than anything except TP last summer!!!

This store is ultra convenient (right off the highway), has a great selection of unexpectedly good wines, and is staffed by some of the friendliest people in town. The best part is that the owner remembers what I like and sometimes holds aside inventory for me. Ive never had anyone do that for me before - anywhere, let alone at a liquor store.

I love this store and Im not even a drinker lol! The owner (Jay) is ALWAYS pleasant and has gone above & beyond for myself as well as my significant other. All of his employees are pleasant and helpful, the store is always immaculate and im always greeted with a smile. Ive lived here my whole life & Franklin has grown significantly over the years, but this store gives you the feel of the little country town liquor store where the owner knows & greets all his patrons 7 days a week. Another plus is that his prices are the cheapest compared to the rest of the liquor stores in town

Excellent service, always willing to help you find what you want and if necessary carry it to the car for you. Occasionally I cannot find the item that I want in stock however.

The owner j u can talk to and he is very friendly, and he will order something if he doesnt have what you want, large variety of ipas,and beers and wine
