These people are great, very helpful and go the extra mile for you. Lisa the owner called me back to let me know she could take my order over the phone. Matt the beer expert and delivery guy went out of his for me. A little miss communication and brought the wrong 12 pack but was very willing to go back and exchange it and bring me the right beer. Consistently excellent service, a growing selection of non-alcoholic options which is extremely appreciated, and just an awesome shopping experience every time. We moved out of town (an hour away), but still stop by every time we are in Nashville - it’s worth it! Everyone who works there knows so much about the products they have, even the brand new stuff. This is one of my all time favorite liquor stores! It’s my go-to for harder to find liquors, bitters, sparkling wines & aperitifs. I am impressed by their non-alc/low-alc options too. The staff is friendly, helpful & gives spot on suggestions. Highly recommend.

I LOVE The Bottle Shop! Everyone is always so friendly, attentive, respectful and knowledgeable. I keep shopping here not only because of the lovely staff and beautiful store, but because they still require masks in store. Not everyone has had the chance to be vaccinated yet and people are still getting sick, coming here makes me feel responsible about being in a public space. Horrible customer service!!! Bought a bottle of Cristal last night after seeing it was available on their website. Website showed picture having the matching box with purchase. Arrived to pick up bottle in the box this morning. The woman that greeted me upon entry acted bothered to assist me. She handed me a bag with only the bottle and no matching box. I asked where the box was. The employee was annoyed with my question and stated “I didn’t package the order, I don’t know”. Her attitude was it is what it is.

I would highly recommend not shopping here!! We are in a non-mask mandate in Williamson County and we have been for the past couple of months. The majority of people have already been vaccinated, and we are in the spring/summer months where Covid or influenza rates are extremely low. I walked in to the store not even 1 foot and the owner screamed at me to put a mask on! I asked her if she had a particular wine and she said she did but I had better put a mask on or leave, so I left. I went next-door at Whole Foods and I purchased three bottles of that wine and it was on sale! I wasn’t forced to wear a mask at Whole Foods, and everyone was very pleasant. The bottle shop is unfriendly and their prices are overly exorbitant. I would recommend CoolSprings wine and spirits or Whole Foods. The owner of the bottle shop is on some sort of left wing political agenda it appears. SHOP ELSEWHERE AND BE HAPPY❣️🥰😇

GREAT, thoughtful wine selection! High end choices without ridiculous prices. Today I cleaned them out of a fabulous Slovakian red wine (got the last 4 bottles). If you prefer boutique wines this is the place!

The kindest, most helpful bunch of folks I’ve ever encountered in a bottle shop. This is my go to spot for the stuff I love and get on repeat. It doesn’t have a bazillion things, but what they do have seems purposefully curated (and really good). You can place orders online or in their app and know hat they do and don’t have in stock. Highly recommend.

I came here looking for a brunello, but they didn’t have any in stock. So, I asked for a recommendation on a Pinot noir.I can be very picky when it comes to wine. I wasn’t too sure they’d recommend something I liked, but they did a great job!Not only did I like the wine, but it’s now my favorite Pinot noir! The staff are very knowledgeable and friendly. I really appreciate the help!If anybody reads this review, the wine I bought was a 2017 Sokol Blosser pinot noir. Ask the staff about it!

Top-notch selection and even better service! This shop has some of the best curation of all three spirits: beer, wine, and liquor. You can tell the employees really care about their job and helping the customers. Connor was very helpful to my fiancée and I picking out wines and beers for our weddings. Definitely went above and beyond to make our trip worth it and helped us find delicious, affordable options. Very personable and knowledgeable. Stop in while hes working and you wont be disappointed!

Stopped in on the the way through for some beer. Small but solid selection of bottles and some great choices on tap for growler fills I guess. Plenty of wine and liquor options as well. Staff was friendly and professional.

Small shop with limited space but they do pretty well as far as offering an interesting selection given the size. The staff always seems very knowledgeable both about various spirits but also what they carry/dont carry without needing to look it up. Prices are very reasonable and they clearly care about their customers as Buffalo Trace is $25 (great price) and is limited to one bottle per customer. They could just as easily charge $5 without the limit and probably sell more. Theres really no reason not to check this place out of you havent been there though.

The Bottle Shop at McEwen is my favorite store for adult beverages. I especially like the tastings and the excellent selection of wines, liquor and high gravity beers. The staff is especially helpful and friendly and dogs are a nice touch too! You couldnt ask for a better shopping experience. I highly recommend The Bottle Shop!

Nice selection and friendly staff. Ordered a bottle of rum from Trinidad. Called....no status. Came in 2 months later and there was no record, so I ordered it again. Called today (weeks later) and got the run around. Probably a great place to purchase whats in stock. I wouldnt put any faith in ordering anything.
