Very highly priced and rude customer service. I went to get a Macallan 12 yrs which is usually priced at 76$ including tax. They charged me 98$ for the bottle, when I checked the bill and asked for the price they said that is the price they sell at. When I asked for return they said we dont do that.Literally I could have went a mile more to different store and would have saved 23$. 5 to 10 dollars difference is understandable but 23 dollars is too much.I Feel cheated!

Great place for high-end liquors. Nice selection of Scotch, Whiskey and Tequila, as well as some rarer spirits.

Without a doubt, this is the best wine and spirits store in the Greater Nashville Area, if not the entire state. Justin and James are extremely knowledgeable and helpful. They have some of the best barrel picks around. Make sure to get there quick because their picks sell out fast!

I recently attended a conference in Franklin and wanted to get some wine afterwards to take back to the hotel. (The store is walking distance from several hotels.) On my way out, I realized I had no way to open the bottle. The clerk opened a corkscrew from his sales rack and opened my bottle instead of making me purchase one. It was a small gesture, but I really appreciated it. Thanks guys!

Not a bad selection, just overpriced. Cool Springs Liquor has them beat between $1-$10 depending upon what exactly it is you’re looking for. Also, this was my second time walking into their establishment, and the second time they decided that their conversation was more important than asking if I needed help finding anything...with so much competition you would think they’d be clamoring to help customers, as well as be more competitive with their prices. I will not be back.

The guys at Carothers Wine and spirits are fantastic, they always have great barrel pics available and have plenty of samples of this stuff to try, which many other places don’t offer. Very happy to call them my go-to liquor store!

Heard about this place on the podcask and man did they not disappoint. I can’t speak to their selection of wine or beer, but the selection of bourbon was excellent. Don’t come here for everyday bourbon. They have a real talent for barrel picks which is the real draw. If you’re into whiskey, they are a must-stop. We will definitely be back whenever we’re within 100 miles just to check out their barrel picks.

Wonderful distillery, hidden gem

These guys really know their stuff! Extremely helpful in picking out an organic wine, and not at all arrogant....just very intelligent and kind. Highly recommend!

When youre looking for something specific, and they tell you it doesnt get distributed like that anymore, and then you find it at the next 4 liquor stores you visit, you dont trust a word they say. I understand you want to make the sale, but realize you wont get any future ones from me because you couldnt be honest.

Brinkmanns is a bit pricier than its competition, however Id say they have a much better selection than most liquor stores... So much so that Im able to find more here than at Cool Springs Wine & Spirits.
