This store has awesome customer service. I was greeted upon entrance.They have a great selection of whiskey and offer great prices.I walked in looking for a specific bottle for a friends birthday. I was chatting lady of wisdom and she was able to provide me the bottle. When I pass through, I will definitely shop there again.

The place was an excellent establishment with incredible variety of choices and very well presented. The owner, or at least I think it was the owner, was very kind and spend a long time listening to my long winded child talking. He was very sweet and gave our children candy and spend the time to get to know all of us. I wish more people were like him. I definitely recommend the place.

Went to Case Select looking for Irish cream. The name brand seemed awfully high. John ( the owner) came over and explained to me that brand had gone up across the board. He suggested I purchase another brand and assured me it was just as good. Made pot of coffee poored in a shot or two. He was right its delicious and it saved me 20 bucks. Thanks Johnny boy your the best.

They have a good selection at reasonable prices (especially for an upscale location.)

I was just shopping around did not buy anything prices ok but not discounted good selection, i guess its great for Franklyn, i am from up north and surprised to find Tennessee whiskey priced 6-7 $ higher then what i can buy 900 miles away. taxes i guess.

Staff is wonderful always friendly and helpful. Love the layout of the store and the spacious aisles. Owner also very kind. My #1 choice for shopping.

One of the best liquor stores in town. It is impossible for any single store to stock every variety out there, but these guys come pretty close to being the one that always surprises me, plus their prices are as good or better than most.

Great prices and selection plus the owner goes the extra mile to assist customers with selecting the perfect wine. I was even able to get a special order of Preds wine during Stanley Cup playoffs to cheer on our hometown team properly!

The gentleman that runs this establishment knows how to treat customers. You can buy a $5 bottle or a $100 bottle and you will be treated with the same excellent service.

Helpful employees but rather limited selection, especially of important varietals as merlot and cabernet sauvignon.
