The best grocery store ever! This store has much more than food. Their clothing, shoes, candles etc. are good quality and sales are every week which is wonderful. The employees are very helpful as well.

I had the wow factor when I walked in what a huge store but it was easy finding my products I needed because customer service was out of this world. Pretty much had everything that I desired. Man this store is slow. You cant make heads or tails of where lines start. Just a few lanes open. I literally burned up 20% phone battery up waiting in line. I was the 4th person in line. I would have only gave 1 star. But 1 of your employees was a big help. Helping me find chipped beef in a jar. Thank you!

I have been using curbside pickup and Im very pleased my orders are correct on time and the staff is friendly and put it in my car where it doesnt get too much love it!

My wife and I loved our visit to this Kroger! We drove 30 minutes to visit this location and it was well worth the drive. Shelves stocked, store clean, staff friendly and helpful and plenty of hard to find items we could not find at our local Kroger. Thank you to everyone on the team at this Kroger!

Love our Krogers (Franklin). Most of the time they have what I need. The people that work there are very helpful also.

Everytime I go here the pharmacy drive thru is down very inconvenient.

Saw 2 staff, one in the bakery and behind the cheese counter, with their masks under their noses. I understand everyone is tired of wearing masks, me included, but theyre preparing food and should do whats right at work.

Only three lanes open and there are six customers in each lane and nobody to come up and help get the managers up here

They should have someone cleaning the carts when you enter the store. They also should always keep the front of the store entrance clean.

So much to choose from hit the weekly sales...took my total price down 100 dollars Wow! They also have clothes household goods and things you know you dont need but the price is too good to pass over

Kroger is a great place to shop Kroger definitely knows how to run a grocery store kind friendly helpful associates you may see associates in the aisle but they work in another department so they cant help you as would a associate working in that apartment will be able to help you more enjoy your shopping experience at Kroger

Not real happy with pharmacy, The drive thru is closed for past few months. I have breathing and arthritis makes very difficult to pick up my script. Have considered changing to a different one. Just not convent anymore.

Masks ARE required at this time. Young kids are an exception. Our cashier was sweet & polite, even though my 2 boys (1 & 3) were hyper happy and being super extra. They have plenty adult size disposable masks (10 pack) for fairly cheap. And single pack (reusable) youth size for a little less cheap.

This Kroger is awesome. Is very clean and well lit! The layout was a bit but with a few more trips I should have a better grasp of where things are.

This store has just about everything a person could want when it comes to food. Everything is easy to find and check outside are fast.

Always great service and very reasonable prices. Surprisingly, they were out of Kroger brand Mac&Cheese. I was disappointed. But I am sure they will restock quickly. They usually do. Keep up the great work Kroger!!!

Store layout strategically puts the essentials in inconvenient locations and the impulse junk near the front. How is this putting customers first?

Its always so overwhelming. Too many people. Too loud. Too much. I try to go through the drive pharmacy and order groceries online when possible.

Well I spend more $ at Kroger than anywhere else I can think of, including the pharmacy whom I called today to help me with some medication questions the answer was were understaffed and behind with covid call this number 1800 Kroger which didnt work😑

This store is filthy. The floors are disgusting and the produce is always moldy. Several months ago I had an older check out lady throwing my groceries. Ive tried a couple times to go here but its a nope. Rude staff, dirty store, garbage quality products.

I like shopping at this Kroger, even though my mind cant always put items in the correct location, well where I think items should be.

They are the only Kroger that doesnt have apple turnovers in the bakery. The little Kroger in Greenwood has they and so does JayCs.

I have used the Kroger click list several times. And I appreciate the convenience even more in these trying times. I picked up my order today at 2 o’clock and most of the items I ordered were included. I understand stores are running out of product because of the times we are living in. Kroger is my happy place. I do miss going in and shopping for myself but the click list has been a prayer answered for me and my family. Thank you Kroger and all your wonderful employees!!!!!

Wasnt too impressed with the efforts at social distancing. Staff shouldnt attempt to squeeze-by customers. And those wearing masks should know they work best when covering the mouth and nose at the same time not one or the other.

Its a good store and Im glad they are so close. Always has good sales, clean building, and helpful staff.

The actual store its self, is very nice. Its very clean and open spaced, its a pretty big store. My awful rating is more so for the Starbucks inside of the Kroger. The woman there was very rude and despite how they werent closing for another hour and a half, she told me they were done making frappes for the day. Which made no sense to me so I drove about 3 minutes down the street to another Starbucks and low and behold got my drink. So dont go in almost 2 hours before they close expecting to get something you want.

This is one of the biggest krogers I have been to. The employees where very friendly and helpful, other customers also where nice to be around.

The pharmacy drive thru was closed with no notification so I had to put my health in jeopardy to go in to retrieve my medications.

Trey in the meat/seafood was very helpful, courteous, and friendly. He walked me to the aisle to find my spice.

I went to get blueberries which they did have but they were very small.

I was just there. There are two different colored totes on the same skid I took the one color that was left there was one price on the skid I took them up to the register. the woman at the register was rude about telling me that they were different priced and if I would have read the small writing on the sign I would have known that.
