I used this shop to replace a muffler on my 2013 Dodge Ram 1500. They did the work in a timely fashion and it was reasonably priced and it was done correctly. A year later I began noticing my vehicle was showing signs of an exhaust manifold leak ( ticking and minor loss of power). I took it to them for a quote since they had treated me fairly in the past. I was told not one but both sides were bad ( I’m not disputing this because I know that year and make is known for manifold leaks). Going into this I had pre quoted parts for $150 per side through Autozone. I was given a quote for parts and labor of $2400. I have never had major exhaust work done before so I was unsure if this was a fair price but it seemed very expensive. After calling around and checking online almost all sources said this job could be completed for just under $1000. The shop did good work but seemed way over priced.

My oil plug was completely rounded off so needed more then an oil change. They were very reasonable, honest and quick. Would recommend to any of my friends or family.

Doyle and his crew are highly recommended! This family owned repair shop is top notch and packs a small town personal touch with waiting room decorations and memorabilia to make you feel at home and welcome. I spent over 20+ working in automotive dealerships and fleet shops as a mechanic. Since taking a position in supervision, I prefer to take my personal vehicle issues to Doyle and his team when I dont have the time to do my own work and I trust I will be taken care of and treated fairly! If you feel like you havent been able to find a trustworthy shop, give this place a try next time you need some work done on your vehicles! Had used them in the past for muffler work. Recently went in with F150 pickup showing Catylitic Converter code. He quoted me $750 for repair, went elsewhere and got better replacements installed for only $300. Would not recommend this shop anymore, getting Greedy!

Theyre not going to be as perfection-picky about all the other parts of the car. For instance, I was told my whole exhaust pipe and such was going to cost $900-something to replace from another shop. One of the we guys looked underneath and told me all I had was a flex pipe needing replaced. The rest was ok. So my bill went from $900-something to $145. 👍

Called the store to get an estimate on a new universal muffler installation and the guy said “I can’t give you an estimate, you’d have to come by and let me look first.” I said don’t you have a price for the universal muffler? I’m 100% sure I need a new one and that is it. He says “nope, I can’t give you a price yet.” I hung up the phone.Don’t let them scam you, go somewhere else. I’m completely disgusted by people who do bad business.

They always find time to squeeze my car in without an appointment. (I didnt even know an ignition pulley was a thing until mine exploded and they took care of it for me.) Reasonable prices and friendly staff.

I would recommend this place to anyone for any service. Great price & Great work. I came in needing a whole new exhaust and they quoted me $408. Me being the person I am said ill find the parts and do it myself for half the cost. I could not have been more wrong. I called the Top 4 Auto Parts in the area. The parts alone would have cost me $375. All the staff was great but I can personally say working with Doyle was excellent. No BS straight forward type, thats the best to work with.

I had a muffler issue, and was a walk-in client. They got my car in, fixed, and I was on my way within an hour. (It was a simple fix, apparently.) They didnt try to sell me work that didnt necessarily need to be done, at least not right away. They were also affordable. Ill be a returning customer.

Called to get a quote for a new muffler and tailpipe on my 2011 Nissan Titan. I was quoted a price of $189-$229 from Doyle. When I arrived to my scheduled appointment, They said they didnt realize my truck took a 2 in 1 out muffler. I was told they didnt have the muffler in stock and the price is now $429. I drove from Cincinnati to Franklin to be told they dont have the muffler in stock and oh by the way the price is $429. Terrible service. They didnt even apologize for the inconvenience. Ended up down the street at a competitor who installed the same product much cheaper...BEWARE!

Had my car towed here last week to get a muffler repair. I was told the only guy that could do muffler repairs was on vacation for a week. When I asked the kid at the desk if anyone else at MUFFLER bros could fix it, he responded, Well, that guy was teaching me, then he left for vacation... I would assume that a place with Muffler in its name would have more than one muffler tech.......

The quality of work was good and done promptly, and the staff was courteous, but the cost was a bit high. I supplied the parts, but the labor cost was nearly double what I paid for similar work from another muffler shop.
