Have been doing business here for probably a decade or more. Would not buy tires anywhere else. So impressed with the training and people! And I love how they dont nickle and dime; free repairs and rotation. Excellent value.

Best customer service I have had anywhere this year.I felt like there could have been hidden cameras and a guy was going to pop out and ask me to sign a waiver to be in a commercial it was that good.Xavier took care of me. Excellent guy. They fixed a screw in my tire for free. Didn’t try to even sell me a tire! I almost felt guilty leaving.I’m going to go out of my way to buy tires here when it’s time. 100% recommend.

Peace of Mind when traveling!! Easily found this location and great customer service. We were traveling from out of state and our low tire pressure light came on. Glad to find Discount Tire because that is where our tires are from. They have an easy pull up tire inflation station that staff inflate tires and do a tread inspection. We didn’t even need to get out of car.

I was surprisingly impressed that when I called this facility they were able to fit me in at the last minute being that I get off of work at 6pm and they close at 6 so I made it there about 5:45pm and they were able to take care of me thank you so much this is a very punctual and fast service repair shop.

I was travelling from Birmingham to Louisville, but had to fight my tires all the way to Franklin. The tracking was so bad I actually pulled to the side of the road to confirm that I wasnt losing lug nuts. The next morning, Discount took me in immediately; they balanced the tires within the time they said they would (when has THAT ever happened?); and they did not charge me for the service. The trip to Louisville and back to Birmingham was much smoother. Well done, Discount!

I had great experience here. Came in with a screw in my tire, and knew my tires were getting old. The associate up front met me outside, measured the thread and explained that the tire with the screw had a heat ring on the outside which would have made it unsafe. He also showed me the tread height and we decided to purchase 2 new tires. At no point did I feel I was being upsold or forced to purchase anything and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend!

We were traveling and picked up a screw. Made our way to this discount tire and could not be happier. The service was above and beyond. Every person we spoke with was kind and courteous. We were in and out with four new tires in less than 45 minutes.

After having a flat on my way to Nashville from west Tennessee. Was able to get in first thing Saturday morning and Taylor one of the salesman did a superb job in taking care of me. I went ahead and bought four brand new tires great price great service. If you live anywhere close to a discount tire, there a chain go see them. Five stars and two thumbs up.

Jesus helped me immediately and told me my tires were 9 years old and that all should be replaced after asking me many pertinent questions about my driving needs etc.After swiftly setting up and appointment and helping me to select the best tires for my vehicle I was taken care of. The appointment for mounting and balancing my new tires was done in a short period of time and I was most grateful.Jesus was so helpful, the office was very clean with chairs placed for social distancing, prices reasonable and mounting done quickly. As you’d expect from Discount Tire, this store is amazing. I had an appointment that I was nearly 30 minutes late for because my low psi tire turned into a flat tire on the way in and I had to stop and put air in it. I called, expecting them them to say that I couldn’t keep the spot time, but they told me they would still honor my appointment time and to just get there safely! That made my stressful day less stressful and I felt so much relief! What great customer service! As soon as I pulled in, Ricky was in the parking lot ready to help me! I have never had a negative experience at any Discount Tire. From Utah to Chicago to Tennessee and anywhere in between, if you want the best customer service go to Discount Tire. And if they ask you if you want to purchase the warrenty, DO IT! It has literally saved me hundreds of dollars over the years. Discount tire is God’s gift to mankind. Came in right before they closed just to check where the tire was leaking and they patched everything FOR FREE! These guys are incredible and have amazing customer service. THANK YOU GUYS! I’d give more stars if I could.

This is the only place I go for tires. Several times they have saved me a ton, and they never charge to check air in your tires and even for basic repairs. Everyone who works here is well-trained, and Im always happy to recommend them. Probably been doing business here 2-3 times a year for many years, and have never had a bad experience.

I went in for a standard balance and rotation before starting my 2000 mile journey out west.Before pulling away I asked the guy to check the passenger rear tire because it looked much lower than the drivers rear.Of course they didn’t adjust the pressures on the tires and so I asked him to check all four tires and make sure they were 46 upfront and 71 in the rear.Then when I get on the road the next day my tires are more out of balance than when I took them in and I’m now driving with wobbly tires down the interstate.On top of that, my tire pressures up front still weren’t equal and I had to air up my passenger front tire another 5 psi.You would think a shop that specializes in balancing and airing up tires will get it right every time but these guys have a few screws loose up top.Now I’m wondering if they even rotated the tires correctly but there’s no way to tell at this point.I wouldn’t recommend the shop and only gave them two stars because they were friendly. Ignorance is bliss.

A few weeks back I visited Discount Tire due to having a screw in my tire. Ended up having to get a new tire. Today I noticed a stem cap was missing so I ran by and was helped by Xavier who treated me like I was there to purchase a full set of tires instead of just a stem cap. He was attentive and polite despite the fact it was 99 degrees outside and he was wearing a mask. Thanks for great service on big things and little things.

Was headed to Tim’s Ford a couple weeks ago from Memphis and had a boat trailer tire separate while on I-40Had a spare and got that changed, but had well over 100 miles to go and now had no spare. On a Saturday afternoon during Covid, I had trouble finding an open tire place so I could get a replacement tire.Found these guys in Franklin. Called from Dickson TN and they said no problem. Plus they had Goodyear trailer tires, which is what I prefer. I had to drive the 45-50 miles to get to them late on a Saturday afternoon. Ended up replacing both trailer tires including new spare. Guys were professional, friendly and quick. Had me back on the road within an hour. Considering how busy they were I was impressed with their service. When you’re traveling with the family on vacation and pulling a trailer, the last thing you want is to be stuck on the side of the interstate.Thanks to the guys in Franklin. Great job!

This location of Discount Tire is outstanding. I had a 1:30pm to get my tires rotated/balance and I didn’t even get inside before I was greeted by one of the nicest people I have met in Tennessee!!Less than 20 minutes later I was out the door and on my way. I barely had a chance to crack open my magazine.

Sales associate was friendly, quick and had my old tire aired, and new tire ordered in less than five minutes. Went back that afternoon one hour before my scheduled appointment fully expecting to wait because they were slammed and they still had me in and out in under 15 minutes. I thought I have seen all the great thinks in Franklin and then I visited Discount Tire in Franklin. Outside temperature was 25F but there was a guy outside smiling at everyone while checking air for people. Then I went in and met with more helpful staff. They gave me 45 minutes estimate but the work was done in 15 minutes. This place is awesome and I highly recommend it!

Can’t recommend this place enough. They are always super friendly and incredibly efficient. Prices seem fair and they have price-matched for me in the past. They have corrected mistakes created by a less than scrupulous dealer without selling me tires I didn’t need. Discount Tires in Franklin is a great example of Real Customer Service! Not only did the Manager Bo call me to find out my issues but when I brought my car in today they fixed it with no charge & no wait! EXCELLENT CUSTOMER CARE!

This one is fast and very helpful. If item is ordered, it comes in a timely manner. It has a clean waiting room, clean restrooms, a coffee machine, water to have while you wait. This is the only one that has serviced my vehicles.

This is a great place to buy tires and have tire maintenance and repairs done. Every employee at this particular Discount Tire store is professional, helpful, patient, and knowledgeable. It has always been a pleasant experience every time I go here, which is great because this store is within walking distance of my home. All three of my vehicles now have tires that were purchased at this location. These people work quickly and efficiently, and they always call you when your vehicle is ready of you dont stay in their waiting room. I highly recommend this place, with no reservations whatsoever!

Excellent and friendly customer service! Out of town on business and got a flat. They took the time to be sure my tires were in good shape after finding two separate issues in two separate tires. They did not charge me anything to fix my flat or the other Tire! Had to wait quite a while but understandable since they are so good! Would highly recommend!
