My husband had his truck at another dealership for them to replace his entire drive train. They had it for a week and still hadnt even inspected it. We took it to Beck and they not only inspected it but fixed it in like 4 days and called us every day for updates. Hands down best customer service we have ever had at any dealership. We will never use anything but them again.

Becks Automotive was a lifesaver for us! We broke down about 40 miles from them on our way to Tennessee with a leak in our oil coolant line. All the oil had drained out of our vehicle. We had it towed to them and they had called me within just a few hours if it arriving with the issue and a solution for us. They had it fixed the next day. We paid over the phone and we were able to pick it up on our way back through to Michigan!! Thank you so much Becks! You guys are amazing. We would highly recommend!!!

This place did the alignment inbmy truck, the stearing wheel has about 1/6 turn play and the alignment is pulling in right. left the track bar loose. When trying to get it refixed, said Id have to sit there for 1-4 hours on a lift, wouldnt give a call when lift about to open, because i have more to do today that are equally as pertinent 0/5 would not recommend dangerous work. If you value your life dont use this company

The folks here are honest. I do most of my own car work but had a difficult job that needed done and didnt feel like doing it so I called up beck auto. They got me an appointment and handled the repairs. Things didnt work out the first time but that didnt stop them. They continued work on it, at their own expense, until they got it right. Ive used beck many times over the past few years and this has always been my experience. I remember once I had them replace a power steering pump. They would put a new chinese one in and it would blow almost immediately. They went through 5 or 6 of them before they found an oem one for me that did not explode and only charged me for the one that worked. They truly are good and honest folks there which is important to customers who dont necessarily understand what automotive repairs entail.

They charge almost 100 dollars an hour for labor. They didnt only half way fixed my coolant leak and they charged almost triple what they should have. I had another mechanic look at the work Beck did and they said it was a very poor job. I recommend going somewhere else.

I’ve used Beck’s multiple times. Their service is 1st class. The folks that work the service desks (Dale) are extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Beck’s service is fast, and they’ve never surprised me with invoices that weren’t discussed before the work began. Their pick up and drop off service is super helpful.5 Stars!!! I have personally only delt with dale, he has always been punctual and personal. I recommend anyone needing vehicle repairs to beck automotive. A little higher on the prices, however their work speaks for itself as does the customer service... thanks beck for being great.

The people here are honest and know their business. They don’t charge unreasonably and at times have charged me nothing even when they had to actually work on something. They’re great and I’ve been going here for almost three years. Very satisfied with the quality of work and trust them entirely. They can take care of anything and they will tell you whether something NEEDS to get done versus CAN be done.

They have a lot of experience. They take a look at every aspect that can go wrong with the vehicle. They didn’t charge me anything to look at my van to see what was wrong with it. They told me exactly how much time was going to take to look at my Van. They also kept me informed about the process. I do recommend this place and we are going back next week to get some headlights and fog lights fixed.

Had my car towed here in the morning and service was completed by the end of the day. They worked fast, communicated well, and even had a shuttle to get me home so I wasnt stranded at the shop. Came in to have a second opinion and diagnostic after jiffy lube left my car running funny. They had me out of there and fixed up under the price I paid for the original screw up. Oh and a free shuttle service while I waited to got fixed up. Cant beat it for my money. Thanks guys

Although they had to call me to tell me that my engine was locked up, the staff was very courteous and helpful in the process of getting my car towed. They provided several options for repairing my engine and were very understanding when I decided that the car probably wasnt worth the cost of a new engine. They even provided me with a business card for a towing company and let my car sit on their lot for free until I could get it towed. We continue to go to Beck for all of our family vehicles for their professionalism, efficiency, and friendly nature.

Have gone to this shop for approximately 30 years or more. They do amazing work and are so nice. I recently stopped in to see if they would check the air in my tires. They gladly checked the air and adjusted it for free. I didnt even buy my tires there but they checked them anyway. I highly suggest this establishment

Called the morning I needed my car serviced for travel check-up and they were able to work me in at 10 am. (Even had someone take me to work). Very professional in how they greeted me. Called within 2 hours to make repair suggestions. They had my car ready by 3:30 that afternoon.

I can always come in and be met by professional people at the front desks who will insure my vehicle gets the best attention possible by a crew of mechanics who know what they are doing. Great place to go for auto repairs.

Had a flat tire, they said they patched it and it was good to go. Next day after work, completely flat. Went somewhere else and they said there is no patch in tire and the problem was sealer on the rim. Thanks for stealing my $20 for your labor. Great customer service. I was stranded with a dead alternator. They squeezed me in to their busy pre holiday weekend schedule. Their shuttle took me to several places while my car was being fixed. I dont live in the area,but if I did, I wouldnt go anywhere else.

Took truck in for front brakes. Brakes were still good. They called and said nothing wrong. No charge. Great customer service.

I needed an partial exhaust ran out from end of muffler to a wye to two exhaust pipes with two 2- 1/2inch pipes with 2 3 tips. Mark and his exhaust crew did an excellent job for a great price. My old truck sounds good as ever. Thank you guys for helping me out in a pinch.

As a tourist passing through the area, I noticed on the freeway that a rear wheel bearing was going out. We had to make an unscheduled stop and spend the night at Quality Inn. The next day I arrived at Becks at 8. They put 2 or 3 guys on the job and I was out of there by 9:30, all for only $320! The service was professional and prompt. Many thanks. :)

Becks was not interested in helping me. I walked in, mentioned my muffler is dragging, that my dad had been a customer for years and I just wanted advice for my safety and my vehicle safety. They provided neither and sent me on my way dragging my muffler. They could have earned my business today by simply addressing my concerns, asking questions and have a customer centric mindset. I would not recommend stopping in, theyre too busy for you.

Cant say enough good things about the service here. They could have done what I asked them to do--replace a a stripped lug bolt, which would have meant lots of time and expense, but instead they just re--threaded the bolt, which saved me a lot of money. Honesty is the best policy after all. What a concept! Honest, competent and reliable.

Super impressed! First time there, and they diagnosed my transfer case within a few hours. Got me a quote, and once I brought the vehicle in to be worked on they had it done in a day! The people were super friendly, and even offered rides back to the house after dropping off my vehicle!

Ive had my jeep worked on by them several times and they always call and explain my problem(s) and what needs to be done to fix it. I had Beck Automotive mount some tires on my new wheels and I asked them to be careful with them as they were new and I know how easily wheels can get chipped or damaged while installing tires. They did a great job and even saved the boxes the wheels came in for me. I had one issue another time with them but they were quick to make it right the best they could.

Becks runs its business with honesty and integrity! After determining the problem with my sons Trailblazer and giving me a quote of $1700 to fix the issue, I was then advised NOT to fix it. The vehicle would run safely without the work. Then I was told about another problem of which I wasnt even aware that would cost about $1000 to fix. After discussing these two problems they told me that theyd noticed the Trailblazer had been in fairly frequently lately and advised me it might be time for a new vehicle. So, instead of taking my $2700 for repairs, I now have that money that can be put down on a new vehicle. Becks has my business for life!

Took my vehicle to Beck Automotive on a Thursday afternoon to have my front driver side tire repaired (small leak). They told me if it continued to leak to bring it back. The next day I observed the tire was still leaking, so I took it back. They fixed the tire (another small leak was found) for free and gave me a coupon for a free oil change.I was very impressed with their willingness to fix my problem correctly and urgently. They worked us in even when they had no appointments so we wouldnt have to go through the weekend with no air conditioning. The shuttle service was prompt and the driver was courteous.

My 2003 BMW Z4 was having AC issues, I was told it was probably the evaporator with an estimated cost of repairs in the $2200.00 - $2500.00 range. Ben took the car to the shop and had it for several days (which was fine) after going thru the complete AC system they found that the Expansion Valve was stuck. They replaced the valve and recharged the AC system. Now, we are back driving the BMW with ICE cold air. Could not be happier with the service and cost to fix our baby. Let’s just say it was under $300.00 to fix and repair. I am now a true believer in BECK’S AUTOMOTIVE. 👍👍👍👍👍
